Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Marino和Kei都非常親切。住宿地點非常棒，附近就有巴士站，步行就可以前往山中湖。房間和公共區域都維持得非常乾淨整潔。 另外，住宿提供洗衣機和烘衣機，收費也很便宜；如果需要，也可以提前寄放行李，費用同樣很便宜(相比寄放在車站置物櫃)。 整體住宿體驗非常舒適，很推薦！

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Wonderful staff who have taken great care of their place. Feels like a home the second you step through the front door. Great location to explore Yamanakako area and in walking distance of a beautiful onsen. Several restaurants and convenience stores and even a brewery nearby.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026It will give a very homey feeling. The whole facility is so clean and comfortable to hangout with other guests. You can rent bike from them to bike around Lake Yamanakako. It's very close the bus station and there's a lot of nearby restaurant.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026We loved staying in murabito. We had a private traditional Japanese style room with futon and tatami as we were 3 guests. We absolutely loved every single corner of the house. You can feel the passion the owners put in this business: super kind, willing to help you for any request. We managed to rent the bikes twice. If you go, definitely give it a try! The room was super clean, the bathroom perfect condition, the kitchen well kept and the house position was just perfect. We loved every single moment there. Thank you so much ! I will definitely come back 🐸ケロケロ

Reviewed May 28, 2026신주쿠에서 버스로 출발하면 숙소가 바로 앞에 있어 이동이 너무 편했습니다.세계여행 경험이 풍부한 숙소 주인부부가 직접운영하는 숙소라 여행자들이 필요한것들을 너무 잘 준비하고 소품샵같이 아기 자기하게 꾸며놓은 숙소는 주인의 뛰어난 센스가 느껴집니다.숙소 주인이 영어가 능숙해고 주변맛집 여행지 숙소이동 교통 자료들이 너무 잘 정리되어 놀랐습니다. 숙소에서 빌린 자전거로 호수 투어를 적극 추천합니다. 소요시간은 1시간정도로 언덕이 없는 평지로 자전거 도로가 잘 정비되어서 천천히 돌아 보기 추천합니다.
아쉬운점을 찾기가 쉽비 않네요. 방음이 조금 더 잘 되었으면 하는점..

Reviewed May 3, 2026Wonderful room, wonderful hotel, and wonderful hosts! We had a view of mount fuji and the room was perfectly comfortable and quiet. The common spaces are also super cosy and cute. The host also went above and beyond to help us and we are so so grateful to him.

Reviewed Apr 13, 20261. 地理位置：非常非常方便，山中湖车站走路2分钟。走路去山中湖5分钟。周围走路2分钟就有7-11。很容易看到富士山。 2. 房间： 我住的日式家庭单间。共享淋浴间和厕所间。房间住起来非常舒服。是我来日本来睡的最好的一晚。共享客厅里面可以跟世界各地的人聊天交朋友。 3.老板类型：Marion桑是我遇到过的最友善！最有趣！最有温度的人。Marino桑和Keisuke桑是不同上班时间，他们都可以说流利清晰的英文，只要你提出想要帮忙的地方，他们会竭尽所能为你提供帮忙。Marino桑就帮我解决了错订回程巴士车站上车点的难题。让我更加舒服的探险山中湖。 4. 配套设施： 酒店里有自行车可以出租比直接在外面租性价比更高。而且民宿里有漫画，推荐当地餐馆和地图等。非常清晰和方便。

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026From our communication right after booking until our departure everything was just perfect, and the owners make you feel like you are visiting friends. The house is located easily accessible very close to the bus stop to/from Tokyo and Mishima and right next to the lake and there are convenience stores nearby. The room and the shared areas were meticulously clean, they had everything you could wish for at the house and the futon beds in our traditional tatami room were comfortable. Another bonus for us was the bike rental, as Lake Yamanaka is perfect for a bike tour. We will hopefully be coming back soon!

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026The owner was very helpful- he helped secure a bus ticket for me that I accidentally bought from a different pick-up location. It was also really nice that we could rent the bikes to cycle around Lake Yamanakako to admire Mt. Fuji in all its' glory. The shared bathroom was very clean. The common area room was very well stocked with books and information. The kitchen also had everything you would need. The location was very convenient by the lake, with bus stops nearby and a 711 too. Highly recommend for budget traveler!
The walls were a little thin and we could hear people outside the room walking and talking. There was no yukata provided.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026I arrived in the evening and was warmly welcomed by the hostel owner. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, which immediately made me feel at ease. The couple who own the hostel are incredibly kind and thoughtful. They were always available to help with any questions and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my stay. The hostel truly feels like a home. It’s clean, tidy, and beautifully designed, with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable living room space. The decoration is lovely and adds to the warm, inviting atmosphere. There are both private rooms and dorms available. I stayed in the dorm and really appreciated how spacious it was. The beds were comfortable and each one had its own light, shelf, and hangers. There are lockers, earplugs, and other small essentials provided — it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into every detail. I was genuinely impressed by the attention to detail, which made my stay so enjoyable. I would absolutely love to come back. The location is also great, with a bus stop nearby that can take you anywhere, and a beautiful lake right across the street. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay — I hope to return in the future!

Showers are communal (individual cubical of course) but this does not detract from the stay. They are very clean.

宿泊者は、インバウンドの方が多いです 宿が悪いんじゃなくて、我々がもっとフレンドリーに接してあげなくてはいけないと反省してます
