It was clean . The staff were friendly . The view is beautiful.

The level of noise from other tenants was out of control. We could not sleep the whole night on our first night. They limit the amount of coffees and sugar they give in the room .

booking.com neglected to inform me that the site was under construction. Refused my refund, very basic rooms with no fridge, microwave, toilet seat broken, broken door, really poor condition of units

No microwave in rooms. No fridge in rooms. Loud patrons quite disturbing as not all of us are there for leisure.

The place is well located and clean.

1.The fact that I called reception twice due to noise made by this group of old women acting like teenagers. And nothing was done about it. Being awakened by noise at 6 AM while you only managed to fall asleep at 4am. The noise continued throughout the day. All other guests experienced the same toucher. 2. Congested parking, on my day of check out, I had to go awake the bus drivers because I was parked-in and had to wait 30 minutes before the bus moved. The room did not have microwave, Iron nor mini fridge, which are basic essential even though the place is self catering. 3.The towels are old and torn.

The place is clean, friendly staff, easy to locate. I would recommend it to other people and I'm definitely going to co.e back again. The price is reasonable.

No backup up.for loadshedding, we stayed in the dark for the duration of loadshedding till the power was back on.

There was a ANC youth league event,it finished between 8 & 9 pm,from there on it was party till 5am.No warning from reception or anybody else in regards to the noise.People standing next to the unit windows making noise with alcohol drinks & all.We even got calls from the people we booked for to ask for other places and that was after 11pm.They were really tired in the morning when we fetched them. Does the property even have rules & regulations ? Or is the property for all night partying ?

Maybe I came at the right time for the event in the place that brought a bit of noise, up and down but not bad

Room was very dusty, not cleaned, only only one sachet Tea. Spoke to reception, who promised to sort out, but nothing was done. Also no back up, power, so no tea in the morning.

Didn't have the breakfast as was not halaal.

We were double booked. I was very upset as people staying in room we booked had same Surname . Reception arrange other rooms for us.

Location is great, safe and close to many amenities

1. When we arrived, the room was not ready. We had to wait at reception with our baby until the room was cleaned 2. The shower head was broken. No mat in the bathroom and water would spill onto the floor from the shower 3. I don't know about other rooms but the room we got gets very humid at night, No aircon, there's just a noisy ceiling fan. 4. The beds are extremely uncomfortable (sqeaky and it caves in at the middle) 5. There was a wasp nest with wasps at the entrance door of the room (No.11) 6. You can hear your neighbors and Cars hooting for assistance at the gate

The floor rooms didn't have any fridges at all.

The wifi is not connecting in the rooms. The room has no fridge 🥺. We have to pay extra money to use the pool and braai area. Why!? After our first night housekeeping was not done we had to ask first. There was no tissue in the bathroom.

The bed linen looks very old, and there is no fitted sheet. It was cold and blanket provided.You pay to use an iron and the ironing board The facility has 49 units with only 2 irons to borrow amongst the guests. The room next door was very noisy with loud music and people screaming. Had to call reception 3 times to come and silence the people . Breakfast was not ready at 9 while we were told they started serving earlier .

Everything. I think someone there runs a brothel and a drug house. There were intoxicated, drugged young people there everyday. Cat fights and the most obscene language. We had 6 kids there for a kickboxing competition. This place will NEVER see me again. Close down rather

Room was clean.

The noise was unbearable. The other guests were screaming and shouting all night, walls were paper thin. The staff on hand either did not know what to do, or did not care, as there were no efforts made to quiet the other guests at all. Noise continued until well past 2am.

Tried to upgrade the room to one with a fridge. This was impossible with the staff at the reception. They kept promising to get in contact with the manager. Said because it’s booking.com they cant help.

No noise restriction and people were openly smoking weed, we were locked out the gate with no assistance after coming back from dinner, no electricity the whole Duration of our stay

The place looks nice the rooms are amazing and the cleanliness of the facility.

Change the beds , fix the TV smart TV preferably, WI-FI in the rooms.

There’s no WiFi , only two channels, the basin tap was old and scary.

I like the swimming pool and the way staff talk to guests

I didn't like the fact that they don't put enough towels in the bathroom ,and this television issue ,their groundmen is the one who changes channels for us ,please let them improve, and please let them try other means wrt electricity because they have a board that says no back up during loadshedding, they must as well improve on their wifi because you don't have access when.in the room ,you only access wifi when you at reception.

We loved the setting... The pool and garden was absolutely beautiful.... The room was clean and the bed was super comfy 😁 Tumelo was great at welcoming us and showing us to our room.

I would suggest the reception keeps some change for when people buy snacks and cold drinks with Cash, We did not get our change.

They gave us plastic cups ,they gave us a room without a aircon because apparently people who book on booking.com don't get those rooms,which is shocking,the bed was very uncomfortable,the towels were very dirty you could still see public hair in them ,there was no remote Room 41

The pool actually the place was satisfying outside and the staff only and the complex was quite and clean

Our room was smelling the bed not comfortable no wifi nobody told us about it TV only sabc 3 we didn't bother to watch it security not tight I mean we were asked nothing as we were arriving and were going outside now and then with different cars with nothing to produce

There was no wifi in the rooms, outdated TV set with no streaming capability (YouTube, Netflix etc.), hot water availability was scarce and water pressure was low

Accommodation was very neat and clean.even the pool

The WiFi wasn't working at all, TV wasn't on and off due to network issues.
