Rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished, staff always available, position is a great compromise, close to the city center but far enough to not have the crowd below your terrace

Our rating is 9 because the structure deserve it, but we really suggest to solve the issue with the strip bar on the street, our room was exactly above it and noises during the night were, in some cases, annoying. You cannot move the bar, you cannot teach people how to behave, maybe you can find better solutions to soundproof the room.

Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία διότι ήταν πολύ κοντά σε ΚΤΕΛ, παλιά πόλη και λιμάνι και σε όλα τα σημεία κλειδιά των Χανίων

Location is very easy to find and to reach. It is walking-distance to the old town. There is a supermarket just 1 minute away and right next to it a private parking. Staff are very kind and their recommendations helped a lot with our itinerary and choice of restaurants.

The property was close to everything - fantastic restaurants, shopping, the old town centre and beaches. All within a 10 to 20 minute walk. Parking was a small problem but we left our car in a nearby parking garage for the 2 days we were there at a very reasonable rate

I loved this place. Rania and her colleagues are so kind and really did go the extra mile to make me feel at home. The place is beautifully furnished, comfortable bed, nice balcony. Perfect location, close to the city center but not in the middle of the busy area. A couple streets away from the city bus to the nearest beach, a couple streets away from the main KTEL station where you can take a bus to Falasarna, Rethymno, Heraklion, etc. The hotel offers different breakfasts to choose from for a small price and has a deal with a nearby restaurant if you're rather looking for a breakfast-brunch. I didn't have the chance to try it, but it sounded amazing. I will definitely come back to this lovely hotel.

Everything was perfect. If anything, I missed a small kitchen, but I knew the rooms didn't have one beforehand, so it was a personal choice. On the other hand, I got a refill of coffee capsules every morning.

Posizione ottima, vicino al centro (10 minuti di passeggiata) ma non troppo da avere casino. Camera spaziosa e comoda, bagno spazioso, letto comodo, TV con Netflix e Prime, frigorifero e bollitore con the e caffè a disposizione.

Non c'è un parcheggio privato quindi bisogna cercare sulla strada (ovvero impossibile perché non si trova) oppure a distanza di 2 minuti a piedi c'è un parcheggio a piani, costa circa 1 euro all'ora

Όμορφο και περιποιημένο δωμάτιο σε ένα άριστα διατηρημένο και καλαίσθητο χώρο. Επίσης, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ελάχιστα λεπτά μακριά από την παλιά πόλη των Χανίων.

Βολική τοποθεσία κοντά στο παλιό λιμάνι. Τα δωμάτια ήταν καθαρά και τηρήθηκε το χρονοδιάγραμμα αλλαγής πετσετών και σεντονιων. Η Ράνια και η Ειρήνη στην υποδοχή είναι πολύ φιλικές και μας έδωσαν χρήσιμες συμβουλές. Το κατάλυμμα προσφέρει πρόσβαση σε δημόσιο πάρκινγκ με χρέωση.

Rania ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza e ci ha dato tanti consigli utili per organizzare al meglio la nostra vacanza. La struttura è molto bella, accogliente e pulita, e la posizione è davvero ottima: vicino a un grande parcheggio e a due passi dal centro, pur trovandosi in una zona non pedonale, cosa che rende molto comodo anche spostarsi in macchina. La camera era molto bella, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort, con anche caffè e acqua offerti gratuitamente. Struttura assolutamente consigliata, ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Ada helped us find the best places in Chania, recommended restaurants, activities, beaches, and local spots, and acted like a personal guide throughout our trip. Her recommendations were always perfect and made our vacation so much easier and more enjoyable. What impressed us the most was her communication. She was always available, responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. El mosaico del piso hace que algunos escalones no se diferencien bien, lo cual resulta peligroso para adultos mayores. Hubiera deseado que hubiese un micro hondas en el area común para poder calentar comida.

This was our first time staying at the Mosaic hotel, and it certainly won’t be our last. The hotel is beautiful; it’s a renovated building. Our room was comfortable, clean, and chic. Perfect for longer stays. The owners are very hospitable and helpful. The location is better than the harbor area.

Nothing, nada, rien.

Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la grande disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff. Quando abbiamo smarrito la chiave della stanza, anche se era già sera, ci hanno subito fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per riuscire a rientrare in camera. Dopo il check-out ci hanno inoltre permesso di lasciare i bagagli presso la struttura e si sono occupati di chiamarci un taxi quando ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. Come ultimo gesto molto gradito, al momento della partenza ci hanno anche regalato un dolcetto tipico del posto. Piccole attenzioni che ci hanno fatto sentire davvero accolti e assistiti durante il soggiorno.

Non abbiamo riscontrato particolari aspetti negativi relativi all’hotel, ma vorremmo lasciare due piccoli consigli agli altri ospiti. In caso di smarrimento della chiave, suggeriamo di chiedere preventivamente quale numero contattare nelle ore serali. Il numero indicato all’esterno rispondeva solamente in greco e non siamo riusciti a ricevere assistenza. Fortunatamente, una coppia greca ci ha aiutati a recuperare un altro contatto, probabilmente presente nella loro conferma di prenotazione. Consigliamo inoltre di prestare attenzione al parcheggio municipale vicino all’hotel: la domenica può essere chiuso fino alle 16:30. Naturalmente non dipende dalla struttura, ma è utile saperlo per evitare di lasciare l’auto bloccata, come è successo a noi. Per il resto, non abbiamo nulla da segnalare sull’hotel: anche il bagno era molto bello e ben curato.

Very nice hotel with large, spacious rooms and a generous bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room even smelled fresh and inviting. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the main harbour, where you’ll find plenty of bars and restaurants. Street parking was easy to find. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A fantastic experience from start to finish, 10/10!

Apartamentos que cumplen con las expectativas. Instalaciones modernas, pero impersonales. Buena localización, posibilidad de que lleven el desayuno a la habitación por un módico precio de 5-6 euros. Servicio amable que resolvió todas nuestras dudas sobre Samaria. Tienen un acuerdo con Ginger Concept con posibilidad de brunch de buena calidad por un precio asequible.

No cuenta con servicio de parking y ausencia de buenas vistas al encontrarse en pleno centro de Chania. Hotel impersonal sin demasiada atención al detalle.

Sehr einfach und schlicht gehalten und trotzdem schick. Restaurants, Bäckerei und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Ein kurzer Spaziergang und man ist schon am alten Hafen.

Für drei Personen war das Zimmer viel zu klein. Das Bett war auch zu hart und ungemütlich. Aber für 1-3 Tage geht das in Ordnung. Einen Parkplatz haben wir nie gefunden, deshalb mussten wir immer ins Parkhaus.

Very central location with nice paid parking option available that is cheaper than the rate at the parking park. Staff was super friendly as well :) would recommend!

The location. I would recommend the parking offer if you have a car, cause it’s difficult to find a parking spot around the hotel.

The view of our balcony wasn’t anything to remember.

La ubicación buena. La primera habitación que tuve daba a un patio y el balcón era ciego. Eso no me gustó. Después pasamos a otra habitación (había reservado dos habitaciones en dos fechas diferentes) que tenía balcón a la calle y estaba mejor iluminada y ventilada y me gustó mucho más y además daba a una calle que no era ruidosa. El personal muy amable. Las camas de ambas fueron confortables.

La habitación que da al patio es más oscura y tiene un balcón cegado con tablas de madera rotas que necesitaría ser reparado.

It was a superb location, easy to walk to the old town without being too busy or noisy. I appreciated the dining tips given by the staff, we had our best meals in Crete from their recommendations. Beds and pillows were comfy.

We didn't have balcony on our room, this is a little inconvenience ifvyou stay for longer time, you keep your towels and costumes for the bach to dry inside and it take longer time.

What I liked most was the style of the place. Traditional but modern at the same time. It really felt homey, but at the same time elegant. And it was very Cretan, but also universal. Well done.

We had an amazing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, the hotel was modern and spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was both functional and beautifully designed. It also always smelled wonderful—perhaps thanks to the laundry detergent they use. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance of both the Old Town and the harbor. We arrived by car and parked in a parking garage just 1–2 minutes from the hotel. The hotel has a partnership with the garage, allowing guests to park there for only €7 per day. There are also some free parking spaces along the nearby streets, but availability can be limited, so you may need to spend some time looking for an open spot. We chose to use the garage throughout our stay, and it was definitely the most convenient option. Would absolutely stay here again!

There was construction near the hotel, and every morning at 6 am, there was very loud noise. The rooms and windows are not noise proof like the hotel says they are.. also there were lots of people at 4 am that leave the bar or club next to the hotel that kept making noise at 4 am a few nights in a row while our stay.

Parking on the street was quite difficult. I would not recommend it to someone with a car.

Super vriendelijk personeel, er werd iedere dag schoongemaakt en met slechts een paar minuten lopen zit je in de oude stad van Chania! Ook hebben ze mogelijkheden voor ontbijt op de kamer of voor een leuke prijs bij een restaurant in de buurt waar ze mee samenwerken.

Enige wat tegenviel is dat het een vrij gehorig hotel is (geluiden in het hotel en van de bar naast het hotel).

Unfortunately, being on the street, does not suppose quietness at night. It doesn't mean to be loud, but expect some sudden noises. Also keep in mind that parking is not working on Sundays, thought it's not a problem to find a spot on the street at weekend.

Posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Camera spazio e confortevole. Ragazze alla reception cordialissime, ci hanno consigliato dei ristoranti in cui ci siamo trovati benissimo. Molto buona anche la colazione su richiesta, sia il salato che il dolce.

Il parcheggio che solo qualche giorno prima abbiamo saputo essere chiuso la domenica e il primo maggio. Non abbiamo mai potuto usarlo ed abbiamo dovuto lasciare la macchina lungo la strada. Facendo qualche giro il posto si trova. Si sentivano un po’ troppo i rumori in strada.

Чудове розташування, дуже приємний персонал і дуже чисто, атмосферний інтер'єр з плиткою і гобеленами. Зручно, що поруч є парковка, платна, звичайно (якщо оформлювати пропуск через готель буде дешевше), але як виявилось на Криті у містах паркування на вулиці - це велика лотерея.

Є невеликі проблеми з шумоізоляцією. Якщо приїжджаєте у відпустку і хочеться довше поспати, це може бути проблематично, навіть із зачиненим вікном. Особливо враховуючи, що в сусідній будівлі йде чи ремонт чи реставрація.

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable room. Bathroom and shower particularly good. The breakfasts delivered to room were very good value and enjoyable.
