Avista Grande Phuket Karon - MGallery

Breakfast amazing, big room

Bed and bellow are not really comfortable

The place was beautiful even in bad weather it still looks pretty good and they made sure we were comfortable and cleaned our room all the time without even asking

Everything about the hotel was wonderful, from check-in to check-out. All the staff were excellent to deal with, the pool was beautiful and clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable😍

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Everything about the hotel was excellent, from the beautiful atmosphere and facilities to the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. They really made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Breakfast was especially impressive, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options every morning. We originally booked this hotel for five nights, but we loved our stay so much that we extended it for another five nights! Overall, we had an amazing experience and truly enjoyed every part of our stay. A huge thank you to all the staff for their wonderful hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.

Noting

The property was beautiful, clean and well maintained. We especially liked the peaceful atmosphere, the pool area and the convenient location near Karon Beach. We also loved the hospitality from the hotel staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming.

There wasn’t much to dislike

Beautiful property, massive swimming pool. Lovely breakfast spread and the staff is extremely polite and hospitable.

The hotel is amazing! All the facilities are designed to make our trip wonderful! The staff are helpful and super polite! The pool is wonderful, the pool bar and the staff there were super kind and proactive! The restaurants were an experience in themselves, and the spa too!! We used all the facilities and didn’t leave the hotel, it was incredible!

Short but very nice moment as usual! Been here in 2025 and I liked it. This is why I came back this year 🥰

Scenic sea view from the room, very near to the beach, comfortable room, accomodating staffs and excellent break fast.

Nothing

Lots of water and ice provided free of charge. Manager was extremely helpful.

The food ….pasta was extremely dry and too expensive . Spas at the pool were turned off at 7 pm which was too early.

It states beachfront and it’s not the case

Best breakfast , very nice hotel with nice pool. Close to the beach and markets. This hotel is highly highly recommended

For elder people who cannot walk over steps or high slops, it might be difficult. However, they will help and send a wheel chair with someone to support.

The swimming pool was very good. The breakfast was diverse and good. Very good staff, especially Nair.

Overall it was a very good hotel.

Las instalaciones

Great hotel, great food, nice location

The hospitality and location, first time I stay in the karon beach area it’s more quiet than patong beach but with all the benefits (shops - restaurants- beautiful beach, etc..)

I wish the swimming pool was bigger with better view. Everything else was amazing. Also if you have physical limitations (disability - injury) some areas you need to use the stairs ex: from the lobby to room - the rooftop restaurant) they have a ramp leading to rooms building but it’s very steep.

Good location. Elevated and close to the beach. Great buffet breakfast and lovely pool area. Very helpful staff on the front desk.

2 short flights of stairs to get to the accomodation. I didn't notice a lift, but we didn't need it.

I didn’t have it

Room should be More clean

Stunning hotel with exceptional service. Staff go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. Food options are amazing - there is always a huge variety on offer. Location was perfect.

The breakfast spread was wide and the afternoon high tea was really good. The room is really spacious and gave us a happy feel and vibe upon arrival.

The pool bar should be extended to 10pm instead of closing at 6pm. The flooring gets really wet in rooms and aircon has to be consistently switched on.

Loction

Self servis hotel. Didnt like the brakfast. People are smoking in the pool area

We loved everything!

Overall nice

Beautiful hotel - fantastic design! Beautiful furniture and fittings. Had everything you could want onsite. Staff were very helpful. Good and cocktails great!!

Close to beach but a long way from airport.

We really liked the facility and the room. And the breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful. We can strongly recommend this hotel.

It was expensive at the hotel, at the bar and the restaurant.

Location away from the business.. The beach is across the street. Great breakfast.

Far away from everything..30 min ++ at least walking street, Marina for boat trips.

I love everything about this place. Hospitality from staff was unmatched, the room was even more beautiful in person than in pictures. Its so close to the beach, you can see the hills around too. I had the best time. Thank you so much!

Easily one of the best buffet breakfasts we've had. Massive selection, and a lot of the food changed each day so the variety was huge. Staff were all very helpful. Pool area was great, swim up bar was very handy.

Clean, comfortable and attentive staff

Great staff, service, location, rooms , great everything.

Value for money

The staff in the kitchen, the head chef and others were super accodative.

I have stayed at many hotels whole country, but this is the first time I have written a review. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was super clean and luxurious, the view from the room was amazing, and the hospitality was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

The resort is beautiful. The facilities are lovely especially the rooftop bar, the pool and char’d restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Would definitely book this again.

Good hospitality

Very clean

The location is good, central to local stores and markets. Close to beaches. The staff from reception to domestic staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful.

Breakfast food and staff were very good - Thanks Lukascz. Access to places was near enough we go for walks. Staff were very polite and ready to help

WiFi was spotty

Clean and environment friendly

None

The staffs were good, kind hospital. The environment is clean they had selections of menu. Lukar is a very team leader.

N/A

The property is well maintained and has latest equipment

None

All perfect

The environment and the staff. Fresh, tasty food. The set up the pool was fantastic 👌 👏 🙌 😍. Staff are respected and knowledgeable about their job.

Suggesting for the hotel to have more lift in the building for easy access especially for disable people. We find it difficult to access the rooftop for other entertainment due to lack of lift. Though there are stairs but lift will be better.

Everything was just perfect and food contained plenty of yummy halal options. Staff where amazing.

I love everything about this hotel except location, it’s quite far from the airport, not too bad if you like traveling but as someone that has just traveled 32hrs to get to Phuket, I wasn’t happy with the distance. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staffs are friendly, the pool is nice, the food is amazing, the gym is just perfect. Have been on many vacation, this was by far the most luxurious one at a cheap price. Totally enjoyed my stay. Will come back if I can manage the distance😁 All the staffs were amazing but huge shout out to Sid, Sikill(not sure i got the name right, he helped me check in on my first day) Tiwa and the house cleaning team. You guys are hardworking and amazing

Nothing.

Beautiful hotel and amazing attentive staff. They made sure I was well taken care of. Everyone was efficient and professional.

La gentillesse du personnel

There was a womderful indian waitor that was great and really helped us with everything

Every single aspect of the hotel from check in to check out even post check out was superb. The breakfast, was every mornings treat! The spa and massage facility was excellent, the stuff especially Mew was exceptional. Thank you, I will surely be visiting again.

Everything was great, nothing to add.

All done

pool, room.. I liked the staff most. They all were very nice, friendly and very helpful. Especially, Kevin, Kirill and Sid. Appreciate very much. Location is great, facilities are nice. Literally, I liked everything. Recommended!

I liked everything

Excellent service

Breakfast choice was excellant. Staff was friendly and helpful special thanks to Nayar and Jeyant. Reception team was helpful, special thanks to Kevin to arrange an interconnecting room to make our stay comfortable.

Reception lobby was very hot it will be nice to keep the surrounding doors closed with aircon on

They had a kids club room but no real staff to watch the children

The location, the cleanliness and lack of staff training. You can leave the cleaning light on all day and it won’t be cleaned.

It was absolutely amazing!! I have no words! the whole service and the staff was so kind and thoughtful!

Staff couldn’t do enough for you . Great pool , food outstanding .

Nothing loved everything . Definitely returning and highly recommend

Parfait ! Rien à dire

The hotel is very nice, beautiful, well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plenty, I made a couple of photos but the food is diverse and fresh. The coffee tasted really good.

I stayed at Avista Grande Karon with my family for 12 days in april 2025. - We had the hotels only large appartment and was extremely satisfied. - great hotel. And really great staff. We will be back another time.

At times a lot of noisy kids in the pool.
