The beds are extremely hard. The most uncomfortable ones in our 2 weeks in Vietnam. The room was nothing like the photos. The paint should be refreshed. The metal doors to the bathroom were full of rust.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was very disappointed. The Superior Twin Room I booked appeared smaller than the pictures on the web; it was uncomfortable. The beds are very hard, making it difficult for my kids to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was tiny-the distance between the toilet seat and the shower is only about 30cm, making it very cramped. The shower water pressure as also very weak and drained slowly. The room has two double beds but only two electrical outlets, which were barely enough for charging 4 phones and not sufficient for other devices such as Ipads. There is none mirror in the room and there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom for using a hair dryer. The biggest issue was the hotel's customer service. Before I even checked in, staff repeatedly texted me demanding payment and threatening to cancel my reservation if I did not pay immediately. This was despite the fact that my booking.com reservation clearly stated that payment would be made upon check-in. I had already informed the total that I would arrive between 4:00pm - 6:00pm, yet the staff continued to texted me multiple times, which felt like harassment. Overall, the room was uncomfortable, poorly designed, and the pre-arrival customer service was unacceptable. I would not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend this hotel.

I wouldn’t recommend booking here. We were half way to Vietnam on a layover in China when I suddenly got a message saying our booking was cancelled because they overbooked. We had to scramble to rebook something the day we landed which cause unnecessary stress to the trip.

Hotel asked us to do the complete payment as our checkin is late. So we asked them to send complete details including IFSC code etc, but they didn't send complete details. They have just given one payment option and did not even help us as we had trouble doing the online payment. They gave us an option to cancel booking if payment is not done, because of which we had to cancel. Atleast they could give one more different option for payment or helped us in doing international payment.

When I tried to check in, I was made to wait for over 30 minutes. After that, I was told the hotel was overbooked and that I would be taken to another hotel. I was then taken to a location even farther from the airport. At that hotel, I was told that credit card payment was not possible and that I had to pay in cash. When I said I did not have cash, they told me they would take me to yet another hotel. I felt unsafe and refused. They then told me to wait because they would bring a credit card terminal, but I was left waiting. I repeatedly asked to be taken to a room, but I was not allowed into a room for 1.5 hours. By then, it was already midnight. They person is very rude and I hardly FO NOT recommend this place.

Не работал wi fi. В номере с окном, окна выходят на улицу, соседнее здание всю ночь сияло и мигало подсвесткой, а занавески были не плотными. В итоге всю ночь моя комната мерцала и светилась и спать было отвратительно

Нам дали номер без окон с единственной вентиляцией это выход в какой-то отбойник. Холодильник не работал, ванная убитая в хлам. Многие жалуются на кровать что жёсткая, это наверное единственное что мне понравилось.

Нет окон вообще, нет вентиляции, убитая ванная и не рабочий холодильник.

The staff and property were amazing. People were very nice and helpful, even with my limited Vietnamese language. Their driver (Tony Whang I believe) even gave me recommendations for food and attractions in the area.

The hotel is in the middle of all the attractions of Vietnam, but you may need a taxi to get to all the places. The beds were also a bit firm but this is just a personnel opinion.

The staff was nice. They gave me four free water bottles.

Room 405 was not clean, shower room is dirty, and there is ants in the room. No phone in the room. The hallway smells like smoking grass.

We couldn’t sleep all night because the doors are not soundproof at all. We heard the elevator playing a sound every time it opened which was very often. Very hard mattress and short cover for a double bed.

The place is basic and would not stay in a place like that Quilt with no cover. No plates to have food. No ice available. Room does not smell very fresh. The staff was nice and polite

very close to airport, driving distance within 10mins; on scooter may be even faster. doesn't include breakfast but very easy to find food within walking distance. cold bottled water available at reception; staff very helpful and eager to help as much as possible. room was clean and had everything I needed for a one-night stay including toothbrush, shampoo, hair dryer.

first impression was not great as i tried to book an airport pick-up. but when I arrived they told me the car was too far away and wouldn't be able to pick me up, and a taxi cost double the amount. not much noise insulation - when people were walking up the stairs late at night i could hear it from my room. bed/mattress was quite hard/firmer than expected. but i was so tired i fell asleep anyway.

Very close to the airport, could have walked there if we were brave enough to cross the big roundabout under the flyover. Lots of convenience stores and places to eat outside the hotel. Room was clean.

The hotel is near the airport with many restaurants and shops around, so it is very convenient for early and late flights, as in my case. The room is spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I booked "Premium Deluxe Room with Bathtub" with a window, but the actual room has no window, so it's like staying in a big box.

10 minute walk to airport (or $3.00 for taxi) area felt safe with plenty of shops and places to eat as well as street food. We will definitely be staying there again

Tiny room, not many facilities

We booked Yoko Hotel but we got moved to Red Sun since they did not have an available room for us in Yoko for early check in. They moved us to Red Sun at no cost which was very nice of them. Red Sun is a bit dated than YoKo although closer to the airport. We had two rooms and both smells like cigar. Bathroom needs some upgrade too. We did not stay for the night as we only bookked so we can wait comfortably for out midnight flight. There were also episodes of random knocking on our door which was a bit strange - we opened the door and no one was there.

The hotel offered a nice breakfast buffet and the neighborhood was good with lots of restaurants near by.

Our room had a bathtub that was not plumbed - the water would run out the bottom onto the floor then across the room into the floor drain. The bigger problem was there is only one centimeter clearance between the floor and tub so they can not clean. The water naturally is dirty so for the first few minutes it smells horrible as it attempts to wash away the mold and filth. Our room also had no windows so it felt like being in a cell. I would probably avoid a tub room if available.

I don’t know if this is a thing in Vietnam but the bed was really hard almost equivalent to sleeping on the floor lol wasn’t too much of an issue though as we were grateful for any bed, also having a shower the water took almost a whole day to drain away, me and my partner had to have like 1min showers each
