Eastin Grand Hotel Saigon

Hotel is near airport in a quite area , Breakfast is very good and stuff very friendly .

In the restaurants missing international food .

Staff were very helpful

This was our first stay at Eastin Grand Hotel Vietnam, and we had a wonderful overall experience. I initially thought arranging tours might be difficult due to the hotel’s location, but everything was very easy. I booked all our tours through Booking.com and simply made sure they offered hotel pick-up and drop-off in District 3, and we had no issues at all. The hotel itself is elegant, the ground-floor restaurant serves delicious food, and the staff were consistently polite, friendly, and helpful. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and we would be happy to return!

The only thing I would suggest improving is the music in the lobby and restaurant. Unfortunately, the choice of music was quite unpleasant and distracting and took away from the otherwise lovely atmosphere.

Ras

Ok vị trí và sạch

Hệ thống điều chỉnh máy lạnh trong phòng và hệ thống điều khiển đèn phòng hơi rối

Close to the airport. Good size interconnecting rooms.

Restaurant had limited child friendly options. Not really any other restaurants around.

Le petit déjeuner et le personnel

Nice hotel close to airport but probably not a great spot for exploring rest of city. A tad dated but the rooms were very comfortable, large & clean. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Nothing really.

Excellent breakfast and pool.

A little dated for a 5 Star hotel, the rooms need an update.

Schönes un sauberes Zimmer mit echten Arbeitsplatz. Sehr vielfältige Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, alles prima.

Alles OK.

Beautiful spacious hotel large and beautiful room Good breakfast Excellent very helpful staff

This hotel is excellent

Location and excellent staff

Close to airport

Staff weren’t as friendly as the rest of Vietnam

Room upgrade Massage /spa service

This was already our tenth or so visit. Overall, the hotel still offers a decent value for the price.

After so many visits, a small gesture—like a “hello, welcome back”—would have been nice. Unfortunately, the entire pool area has now been designated a non-smoking zone; there isn’t even a smoking area. So guests have to take the elevator down and walk through the entire hotel lobby in their swimsuits to get to the smoking area in front of the hotel.

Nice room, very good bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and to a high standard.

Địa điểm thuận lợi cho xe ô tô đậu, đón xe taxi dễ, gần bệnh viện Tâm Anh nơi gia đình thường xuyên khám bệnh. Nhân viện lịch sự, phòng rất sạch sẽ, sang trọng. Ăn sáng ngon, cà phê ngon.

tôi chưa gặp phải trong lần lưu trú vừa rồi

Very clean, so many small shop a round very comfortable

very good breakfast! Best Location-not far from airport

No more smoking area at the open swimming pool

Everything at the hotel was very good. The only issue is that the hotel has carpeted floors, and over time the carpet can develop a damp or musty smell. I understand that this is very difficult to fix, so I do not have any complaint about it, and I truly sympathize with the owner/investor. I would definitely come back if I have the chance!

Nice room and good value located very well near airport with 20mins taxi to district 1.

no view from the frosted windows in room. Therefore room felt dark.

Big and cozy.

Far from places but near the airport.

We were there when the Iran/Trump event happened. We had to stay 10days longer than scheduled. Whilst it was traumatic, the hotel staff were beyond helpful. We had to get new Visas, legal matters, medicines etc. Management and staff all exceptional. Thank you so much.

Nothing

Very comfortable rooms and great pools and gym. Breakfast was amazing catering for all.

Breakfast is good and enough but every day the same if you stay there more then week it getting boaring .

Restaurant have terribel food i ordere spagetti with beef , but after started eating have to give it back half of the meat been only big pieces of fat for that price i can not serve a customer such a meal !

The room was fabulous, comfortable and in a good location for the airport. The staff were excellent and the waiters very friendly and attentive.

To be honest, I was a bit disappointed in the dining. The red wine I ordered at the bar tasted off (like vinegar) and I was not offered a refund or alternative drink or anything when I sent it back. Also, the meal I had at the paper restaurant was sadly quite bland compared to what you could get at any restaurant in the city.

Tout était bien

Pas de balcon

It was a very good hotel, I would recommend it to everyone. It deserves five stars.

Nothing.

Good hotel, clean, well maintained, great staff, descent location, good breakfast, stable internet, plenty of options to eat within the walking distance

Temperature in the rooms are well controlled by the AC system, but the lobby and restaurants are a bit warmer that expected.

Everything.

Nothing always great.

Big luxury room, great pool, happy helpful porters and has everything you need on site

We wanted to order from the pool bar menu but there was no attendant present, we had dinner at their Chinese fine dining restaurant, food was good but staff poor, they messed up the order and rushed us through as though it was an inconvenience for us to be there, 6 course meal in around 45 minutes then they changed us for hand wipes

Chambre bien équipée et spacieuse. Personnel très efficace. Bon Café

Petit déjeuner moyen. Pane cake trop épais. Venoiserie moyen.

Fresh Bakery

Large, clean and comfortable room. The staff were extremely friendly and attentative. The pool area was very clean and relaxing. Super close to the airport. Very corporate hotel, feels very geared towards business clientele.

The staff was very helpful, everything was very clean and the restaurant offerings were diverse.

Great location, amazing breakfast.

Great hotel near the airport and a short Grab ride to District 1. The rooms are very clean just as is the entire facility. Great breakfast, but be sure to book room "with breakfast", otherwise, use Grab to bring in breakfast due to the cost. Overall, a great facility with a great pool and fitness center.

Discount for breakfast if you fail to book a room that includes breakfast. (I thought the room I booked included breakfast.)

Nice size rooms. It was very clean and accommodating. There are restaurant options and it’s located not too far from everything.

Didn’t stay long enough to accurately rate.

Room was great. Close to airport (15 mins car ride). Location was ideal although not centre of Ho Chi Ming, it was ideal location between airport and main area.

Check-in process was very hectic. Staff was somewhat friendly.

Staff were very good and the food was excellent

Carpets were mildly smelly but wasn't a concern

I enjoy my stay in Ho Chi Minh City and Eastin Grand Hotel is one of the reason.

Always a first rate hotel to stay in

Central location

Booking policy are very strict for special case.

Immediately after checking into our first room, we noticed a persistent, moldy smell. We went straight back to the front desk to let them know. The staff could not have been more professional or helpful. They were completely "on top of it"—they moved us to a new room without any hesitation or hassle. The second room was spotless and fresh, exactly what we were looking for. The hotel staff handle a problem so quickly and gracefully. Because of their fast response and great attitudes, we ended up having a fantastic stay. We would definitely return knowing that the management here truly cares about their guests' comfort! And the breakfast buffet was excellent!

Lovely staff , clean and comfortable.

Everything and everyone was lovely

Didn’t stay long enough

Great location for the airport as overnight stay

Overpowering smell of lemongrass in the room which gave us sore throat and headache. I think this was to make the musty smell
