Nem volt felujitva es karbantartva se

Staff were excellent and attentive and very nice. They also organised an airport transfer, it was only 70 euros to get an S class limo to thr airport

Room had some wear and tear

Nada mesmo alojamento em muito mau estado.

Tudo

Lokalizacja. Wszędzie było dość (metro, restauracje, sklepy)

Uszkodzony prysznic, skrzypiące łóżko

Blisko do dworca

Obsługa: Zmuszano nas do przesłania zdjęć dowodów osobistych, zamiast poprosić wyłącznie o podanie niezbędnych danych.

Staff were friendly and information was provided promptly.

Air Conditioning Stuggled to get the room down to temperature, there was building work going on down the road which was loud.

Clean room and shower was nice. Easy checkin and checkout.

The mattress and bed upholstery were in terrible condition. The mattress had springs sticking out and was completely sunken in the middle.

The hotel is in a great location

Lokalizacja

Was dirty and not looking the same like the photo from booking.com

The room was dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned or sanitized. There was dust and dirt on the bed, walls, and floor. The heating was not working, and there was no coffee machine despite it being advertised on Booking.com. The fridge was also not functioning, so I couldn't even keep water cold. Additionally, the shower was not clean.

everything

i don’t like anything

it was 20-30 minutes from the colosseum and the trevi fountain. the towels were changed everyday

The room doesn't look like the picture, the floor wasn't very clean, the bed cover was torn, there were scuff marks on the wall (most likely from the trolleys), the bathroom steps weren't even in order. The neighbors are extremely noisy and there's noise on the street too.

Ekstremt lytt gjennom veggene, veldig ukomfortabel madrass, veldig slitt på gulv, vegger, seng.

Spacious elegant room, very easy get in and location

Beautiful place!

The location is very smart and convenient, close to Roma Termini, all metro lines, and bus stations. Most main attractions are just a 15-20 minute walk away. There is a big supermarket nearby, and the restaurant "Ciro Purpetta - Roma Via Goito" is close by too—their food was so delicious, we didn't eat anything better in Rome! 😂 The hotel service is excellent; they knocked early in the morning for cleaning. Checkout is at 10 AM, but they let us store our luggage until the evening. The historic Roman elevator is very interesting. The staff is perfect—when there was no coffee at night, they brought it to us themselves. Thank you

nothing to say :)

It was all good

Aesthetic, comfortable

Didn’t provide shower gel and shampoo. Next time I hope u provide those so that It will be more comfortable

Everything is clean and functioning, spent good times here. The staff is passionate, kind and patient, they respond messages quickly.

No estaba insonorizado.

A broken shower door, a leaking toilet, ants crawling around the apartment, and a torn floor and bed. The photos don't do it justice.

Very clean, easy instructions to access, comfortable. Riccardo and Daniel were open to answering all my questions and were super helpful

N/a

Camera confortevole e ottima posizione

La cercanía al terminar

El ascensor para llegar a la pieza

Only the location.

The room was so different from the photo , i regret staying there the walls were very dirty the bed was very uncomfortable more like broken and the head of the bed was old and torn also the chair was torn and very old it was better not to was at the room at all. The sheets of the bed were with dirt even thought they were changed and supposed to be clean.

Location , Staff is responding on time.

Soffione doccia parzialmente guasto, idem scarico wc. Tende rovinate, lenzuola macchiate.

Everything clean and perfect
