Alexander Hotel

It was good for a night. Clean. The employees were kind.

It came up as an option close to the airport. It is not, and there isn’t a shuttle although the listing said there was. The room and hotel interior is dated.

Beautiful clean hotel.

Booked with airport transfers but left stranded at airport & with no Internet or phone service we would have had to stay there if it wasn't for the kind airport staff helping us. Hotel receptionist said they did not offer airport transfer even though it is advertised on their website & there were 3 minibuses parked outside with the hotel logo! Advertised currency exchange but refused to change £30 in order for us to pay for our airport return & card payment not available. Receptionists offered no assistance to help resolve our problem. Taxi did not put us on the meter & thankfully accepted the 840thb that we had left as payment. Disappointing end to a wonderful Thailand trip.

Нам нужен был утюг, чтобы гладить вещи. Иногда мы просили, но его не приносили. У нас было важное соревнование утром. Вечером мы попросили утюг, но нам грубо отказали, сказав, что у них есть только прачечная, которая к тому моменту была закрыта. Мне и моей команде пришлось идти в мятых футболках — это очень неудобно и неприятно. Отель позиционирует себя как пять звёзд. Если они боятся пожара, должны купить утюги, которые сами выключаются при перегреве

Bei einem 5* Hotel kann ich erwarten das sich im Zimmer ein Tresor befindet.

Hôtel magnifiquement décoré! Le personnel est très agréable, et le buffet du petit-déjeuner offre un très large choix.

Hotel hosted the event we attended. Shuttle from the hotel to event place and back were great.

Our room was flooded by the aircon condensation. With the room replacement, the following could be improved: 1. placement of toilet roll to be more conveniently accessible from toilet seat. 2. no area to dry small clothes.

Heel vriendelijk mensen ze staan paraat voor hun gasten en proberen alles te doen voor je mocht je iets nodig hebben.

Was een beetje ver van het centrum. Maar het was het zeker waard ik ben echt tot rust gekomen. Het ontbijt was niet slecht maar echt basic.

Ehrlich nix was gefallen um die preis leistung sehr schlecht passt booking.com nicht

空港からのシャトルを期待して前日にリクエストしていたが、返信が無かった。当日電話してみると「空港ピックアップはしていない」とのこと。結局、電車で近くまで行き、モール内を歩いて行ったが、結構時間がかかった。

We did not get the room we booked. Did not match the listing. Bed was a rock and the pillows were worse. Would not recommend this to anyone. The staff barley spoke english and was not helpful in any capacity.

Overall, I want to say not best but not bad and beautiful hotel, The Mall Bang kapi is just 10 minutes from hotel, located in peaceful and beautiful area and staff are polite very helpful. Breakfast wasn’t good.

The Alexander has been a great stay for me for the 3rd time, I recommend.

Very nice hotel and staff. 8 minute walk to Mall Bang Kapi . Food was a little pricey for Thailand, but was good. Breakfast buffet was ok, didn't like that their fried eggs were served ice cold. Room was clean and up to date. They did not provide hand soap for the bathroom so bring your own. Overall pleasant stay and we will return.

There was only warm water for a shower and during the day sometimes none at all. It would have been a perfect stay if not for that.

We enjoyed staying here, but there was a big party below us. The hotel manager promptly came to our room & asked if we wanted to move to different room. He sincerely expressed his concerns and apologized. So we did changed room to a higher floor and much nicer view. The hotel staffs were extremely nice and helpful. This hotel is next to a canal. You can take a boat ride to city center and main attractions etc. This will save you a lot of time. Breakfast was good. The only thing that we didn’t liked was the hard pillows… we will definitely come back here.

It is located on Ramkhamhaeng Road , close to the Mall Departmentstore. In the hotel, it is clean in the room. If possible stay at the top floor from 10th up the you can see view in the area.

Unanständige Chinesen die ständig vordrengen und neben uns telefonieren beim Essen so hatten wir nie Ruhe bei den Mahlzeiten! Auf unsere Bitte hat keiner etwas unternommen!

โดยรวมถือว่าดีมาก เพราะเป็นโรงแรมเก่าแต่ไม่มีกลิ่นอับในห้องและโถงทางเดิน ประทับใจมาก ราคาสมเหตุสมผล แต่พนักงานกะกลางคืนไม่ค่อยเซอร์วิสซักเท่าไหร่

โรงแรมสะอาดดีค่ะ ไม่มีกลิ่นอับ พนักงานให้การต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี อาหารมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย ราคาห้องพักถือว่าคุ้มมากค่ะ

ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องแม่บ้าน มีความสะเพร่าในการทำงานมาก เมื่อทำงานผิดพลาดไม่ยอมรับความผิดและเหมือนจะโยนความผิดให้ลูกค้า เข้าพักโรงแรมมามากมาย ไม่ว่าต่างประเทศหรือไทยไม่เคยเกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้ มีที่นี่ที่เดียวที่เกิดความผิดพลาด และทำให้ลูกค้ารู้สึกว่าโรงแรมไม่มืออาชีพ ก่อนเช็คเอ้าท์โรงแรมควรจะเช็คห้องก่อนที่จะให้ลูกค้าออกจากโรงแรม จะได้สบายใจทั้งสองฝ่าย

Above and beyond service throughout our entire stay!

空港から電車で3駅目約15分（25バーツ）で降りて、タクシーで20分（100バーツ位）で ホテルに到着 道路より少し奥に有る為、騒音は聞こえず、静かです。 観光には少し不向きかもしれませんが、空港の乗り継ぎには便利。 又、中心街まではタクシーで30分程（100～120バーツ）で行く事も出来ます。 私が宿泊した時は観光バスのツアー客が沢山、宿泊していました。

初めてタイを訪れて、写真の雰囲気と手頃なお値段からこちらのホテルを予約しました。 バンコク市内からは、少し離れているのでタクシー利用必須。高速を利用しました。 場所は微妙でしたが、従業員の方はとても親切でした。

Was great experience, very impressed staff friendly and helping always .Beautifil buffet breakfast every morning. Close walk to bury shopping centre or street markets .

Had an 8am flight out of Suvarnabhumi so flew in the night before and stayed at the Alexander Hotel. There are a few signs of age but it is clean and comfortable. In the short time we were there the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is very good and I know from previous stays that the breakfast is good.

Paula ,the lady at information desk of the hotel ,had been extremely helpful in arraging commute for us and help us with lots of other things. Without her I would lost!

When we arrived after a long taxi ride, we were sent to a room that smelled like cigarettes and was not properly cleaned after the last guests. When we were given our second room, a few of the maids just walked into our room without knocking. Apparently they had forgotten to set up that room properly and we were missing towels and the coffee makers and cups etc. The free breakfast didn't have anything that I would actually eat for breakfast and was ultimately a waste of money.

Hotel was in a very busy location, not only difficult to access but also difficult to find! Otherwise hotel has all facilities.
