Extremely convenient for attending a conference at the CSIR which 5mins drive or 15 minutes away on foot. Staff helpful and everything very clean

Curtains do not provide enough darkness for me personally. Floors very cold..tiles mostly. Aircon worked but quite an old model that needs coaxing.

The staff is very helpful. Our drain in our unit gave a problem. We reported it and it was immediately attended to and we were moved to another unit which was just as lovely. The restaurant on the premises food was delicious and we were entertained by waiters who sang beautifully. This is a dinner and show at the same time.

The room was beautiful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff members were extremely friendly. The location is very convenient. There are several restaurants and shopping centers in the surrounding area.

Lovely ambiance and beautiful building with friendly staff. 10/10 for cleanliness.

We stayed in room nr 1. The mattress on the bed was róck hard, uncomfortable and the pillows were thick, bulky and awful. We eventually checked out at 1:40 and drove home. Whát a dissappointment! Defnitely not boutique hotel standard bedding.

On a previous stay the restaurant didn't open on a Sunday, which was annoying.

The room is fabulous, the food is delicious and the staff are the best.

We chose not to stay and went home.

You could do with the bathroom makeover to improve the aesthetics

Great location that houses the LeSi Singing Waiter Restaurant - you can enjoy a show and stay at the hotel without having to drive at late hours

The staff are really nice and very helpful. The rooms are nice too and easy to sleep - no noise from outside. Decent aircon to warm and cool the room. The restaurant is also nice - the singing dinner service is superb! Nice breakfast.

The room is nice but a few things needed fixing when we arrived - the TV didn't switch on and the toilet kept running. The shampoo and conditioner are high on the wall, so if you want to use them while you bath, you have to stand up in the bath. The spa was not great - terrible head massage and an ok full body massage,

Room was stuffy and did not smell good. The TV is also super small for that room size I think rooms need to be upgraded as the bathroom looked quite old

I had a really nice stay at Casa Toscana. The best part was my treatment at Sensi Spa from Abigail! Such a wonderful Spa treatment with massage, facial, manicure and lunch.. Abigail is the best! I would always come back just for her and her lovely, professional and just enjoyable work. Many thanks again <3 The food is also really good!

NO DSTV UNNESSARY NOISE FROM DINING ROOM BATHROOM DOOR TAKES TWO PEOPLE TO OPEN! SHOWERHEAD HAS BEEN DISFUNCTIONAL FOR A LONG TIME!

There was a valentines show on the go at the same premises. This was very noisy. After we returned from dinner, there was no parking available. I could literally hear the room next door's aircon beep every time they adjusted the temperature. Even the neighbor's voices could be heard and they weren't talking loudly. These walls must be paper thin. I had paid for a deluxe room that was supposed to have a filter coffee machine. All that was in the, obviously standard room, was a kettle and a few sachets to make a weak cup of coffee. The location is also right next to a highway, so the constant sounds of traffic is annoying.

It was a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Sprawling property. Very large bedroom with big bathroom. Comfortable bed. There was an interleading room. Good linen. The on-site restaurant was excellent. The staff were very efficient. Well positioned for the nearby conference venue

The dinner entertainment at La Si restaurant was excellent & made the stay memorable. Perfect for a celebration

The location was good but not good in terms of road noise

I thought the room was basic and a bit small. For the price at least breakfast to be included

Perfect Location close to the highway. Left to early for breakfast. Could keep to bar open a little longer

Room and whole premises was clean, service was excellent from gate security to the person at the front desk. No complaints.

Our room was on the side where the highway passes. Aircon didn't work, had to open window for fresh air and the sound of traffic from 04h00 was terrible. Maybe something can be done to keep out the traffic noise.

No clean sheet on the bed. Still cookie crumbs inside the bed. Bed headboard was loose and rattled against the wall when you turn around. Bath was dirty.
