Quite area, big room

The bed could have been a bit better, but its personal preferences.

La location é assolutamente al.centro di tutto quello che serve ed a 3 minuti da Nai Harn beach. a 60/70 metri dalla strada principale quindi silenziosissima. La struttura é recente,, pulitissima gli alloggi sono tutti o quasi appartamenti con angolo cucina divano erc di ampie metrature con anche ventilatore, bollitore e vettovaglie .Quelli al prano superiore hanno un grande terrazzo vivibile con lettino, sedie e tavolino. All'ingresso c'è il posteggio privato per moto al coperto ed il cortile con piante palme etc,davvero bello! Il proprietario estremamente cordiale, presente e disponibile come lo staff.

Brilliant house. I'm traveling with three babies, so the hosts quick responsiveness made things convenient. The cleaner was friendly and efficient. Good location. We're coming back in a few weeks time.

I'm a fussy person, I genuinely don't have constructive criticism to give on this occasion.

Просторный, чистый номер, очень удобная широкая кровать. Кухня оснащена всем необходимым. Замечательный владелец, готовый подсказать и придти на помощь. Расположение удачное, чуть в глубине от шумной улицы. Обязательно вернемся!

Останавливаемся второй год подряд. Все очень нравиться. Номера большие, уборка каждый день, удобная локация, огромный балкон, на котором приятно полежать в тени под пение птиц.

Loved this place. The owner is really chill and nice guy. Offered me early check in too. Large room. Clean. Great facilities. Good location. I really liked the pillows, i think they were my favourite throughout my time in thailand.

I really enjoyed the owner and the staff working there. They are extremely kind and caring people. I ran into an issue and the owner helped me out with a second doubt. The cleaning staff were friendly, kind, and empathetic. The room was always clean, with fresh water given every morning and daily cleanings. It also had functional AC and wifi which was very important.

I spent a very pleasant week at Coconoi Residence. The room was spacious and very clean, with daily cleaning service. I was traveling with a small dog, which was accepted, and the stay was very comfortable. Very quiet location and close to everything you need: 7-Eleven, markets, massage, and beaches. It's very important that you can rent a bike on-site. Thank you, John, for the hospitality.

Great stay and great host.

Location and spacious rooms

The quiet area and the large rooms. And everything is just working well.

Everything was perfect.

Quite with tropical surroundings. Was very clean throughout and space for parking. Shops were close as well as a laundry 60m away. John and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels.

No pool and the bed was too firm for me.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious property. Included a kitchen, which was very convenient. Close to a range of restaurants, shops and so on, but no issue with noise or any of such disturbance.

Pleasant and well maintained hotel. The owner John was very friendly and helpful. The staff was also very nice, even their housecat Lily was super nice. Will come back next year.

Great location, in a smaller side street so you won't hear the noise from the main road. Spacious and clean rooms, friendly and helpful personnel and easy check in and check out. Bathroom was nice and spacious. Super cute garden, good vibes. well working wifi.

It was a beautiful oasis only a small walk off the main road. Very quiet and relaxing. Spacious room. The staff was warm and welcoming and willing to help out in any way.

I’m a repeat visitor several times. Always happy with what I find. Lovely people, big, clean and comfortable rooms. Close enough to local shops, bars, restaurants etc to walk in 5 minutes but far enough away to be quite and peaceful.

Honestly, everything was great! If I had to choose, then location. The residence is in the quiet street next to the field with palms and cows😍 you don’t hear motorcycles or other street noises! The view from the balcony on the 2d floor is amazing! Even though there is a neighbour’s house, you don’t see each other because of the greenery

Coconoi, is a Very well kept venue. The attention to detail within the grounds make this place so welcoming, matching that of the host. The entire place is super clean! If for some reason your missing something ..you only have to ask. Note. the house maids are wonderful.

It would not be a fair review if I did not mention the Hard Bed!!! But I was offered a topper.

I’m a repeat visitor and will be again in the future. Good value, nice hosts, clean and private. Peace and quiet but close enough to anywhere I want to be.

A spacious, clean apartment located in a quiet area just a few minutes away from restaurants, bars & massage etc. As with most accommodation m the Rawai area,, it is advisable to rent a motorbike or car to get to the beaches & see and do everything this area has to offer.

Big rooms, clean and strong airco.

The room was large (fridge was huge) and modern, and the sheets were glorious (what is that great material?!). We kept extending our stay to spend more time at a comfortable place with good wifi, in a cute town with lots of yoga, healing and health food. Only downside: mattress was really hard - I (only half joking) wondered if it was just a box spring! And the couch was pretty uncomfortable too (but most people don't stay in a room as much as we did!)

My apartment at Coconoi Residence which was cleaned daily was modern, bright, spacious. The residence are located in a quiet residential area of Nai Harn not too far from some nice restaurants and a 5 minute scooter ride to the beach. John the host is friendly and helpful and does everything he can to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend staying here.
