The location is spot on. The rooms were super clean. And the view from our room was criminally amazing.

The stairs are too steep, not the best experience if you have to carry your own suitcase, though the staff do it for you if asked.

Location of the place is perfect! Many good food stalls, bars and coffee places just around the corner. Comfy beds and clean rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful! They even managed us a charging converter as the rooms are all two-pin charging points. Loved the green garden

La struttura è stupenda, a due passi dalla città vecchia ma completamente immersa nel verde. Pulizia ottima delle stanze e staff super gentile e sempre a disposizione 24/h. Siamo arrivati a Chiang Mai alle 7 del mattino con un bus notturno e ci hanno fatto fare il check in dato che la stanza era disponibile, regalandoci di fatto mezza giornata in più. Tutto davvero perfetto.

Smoking is allowed inside the guest house. So, some guests smoke a lot and those smoky air can't be avoided.

Excellent (or maybe perfect) location. Very comfy atmosphere, a lot of greenery in the inside space of the complex. Guests can benefit from a big free parking. It is located between the North wall of the old town and the new part of the city. A lot of good cafes (In Town cafe) and restaurants (Mr. KAI) in the perimeter. Rooms are spacious and well maid. 24/7 staff on reception.

There was no coffee/tea provided in the room. Late check-out was not available and was charged for an additional night’s stay. The balcony in the room 31 was quite shabby and didn’t feel inviting.

Habitación muy cómoda y zonas comunes con jardín y terrazas muy acogedoras. Personal muy simpático y dispuesto. Todos los días nos dejaban agua fresca en la habitación. Ubicación genial.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Shower had plenty of hot water. The location was very good with plenty of eating places and shops. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Amazing location, almost every temple I wanted to visit + taxi station to Doi Suthep, a night market and 7/11 were all a short walk away. The rooms were clean, had ac and the reception guy was super nice ☺️ I recommend the place to everyone who is visiting Chiang Mai.

Super cruisy with nice bushy outlook

The location is ideal, I was in room 107 and could not hear the traffic nearby. Beds were hard for some uncomfortable but for me it was fine. Staff were friendly. Food available from 8am - 4pm cooked fresh in the kitchen. There is foliage in the inner court and the frogs come out at night,tiny ones. Frog sounds throughout the night but luckily couldn't hear them from my room.

The location was super central just a couple of minutes away from old town, street food just infront of the place, the staff were super friendly, my room was cleaned daily and the drinking water supply was amazing. I would come back to stay in this place it was just perfect!!! Nick from the reception was also super nice and helped me with my luggage.

外面的青蛙声有一点大，虽然很好听，但是对于睡眠不好的人来说还是会有影响

チャーンプアック門を見下ろす部屋でした。落ち着いた雰囲気の建物で、フローリングの床は温かみがありました。中庭部分も涼しく、大通りに面しているにも関わらず、非常に静かで落ち着いた雰囲気でした。

部屋が4階だったからなのか、シャワーの水圧が低かったです。

The location is great, the room is a perfect size and clean. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is good too.

We stayed a week but changed rooms three times because the air con really was terrible! Our rooms were hotter than outside and it was awful. We were given a fan but it didn't do much in a room with no air con. The WiFi was terrible too.

Angenehmes Haus mit viel Holz und einem gemütlichen, begrüntem Innenhof. Lage am Northgate ruhig und perfekt zum Besuch des täglichen Nightmarkets auf der anderen Seite des Kanals. Alles sauber, bequeme Betten und freundliches Personal.

To nie był mój pierwszy pobyt w tym miejscu, ale chyba 5, co samo w sobie jest rekomendacją:) Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo miły personel, ogród, wygodne pokoje. Polecam pokoje na piętrze z widokiem na ogrod. Nawet te żaby po jakimś czasie nie przeszkadzają, a wręcz przeciwnie ;) polecam

Conveniently located on the edge of the old town, close to the north gate food market, jazz coop, 7/11 and several coffee and food spots. The room was large, WiFi was stable for remote working, and cleaned each day.

Lovely forest type accommodation facility. Although it's inside the Old City the place looks like you live in a forest. There is a big yard with small rivers, big trees and benches and around this area are the different rooms. The room was quiet and well equipped with daily refills of fresh water bottles. But at night it could happen to hear noises, probably from frogs shouting. There is a cleaning service on request and also a laundry service. The staff is very helpful and speaks English. Also the internet was very fast. Many small restaurants, cafeterias and mini markets nearby. There is a big night market exactly on the opposite side of the main street.

Das Hotel liegt super praktisch, direkt gegenüber vom Nachtmarkt, aber dennoch merkt man davon absolut nichts – man schläft ruhig und ungestört. Der liebevoll gestaltete Innenhof war echt schön.

Gros écart de confort pour aucune différence de prix. La chambre DELUXE était super bien. La guesthouse dans l'ensemble est ultra agréable et bien située. La dame de l'accueil super gentille

El personal era muy atento, las habitaciones limpias, la conexión WiFi excelente, la ubicación súper, justo al frente del hotel hay un 7- eleven. La calle del costado del hotel tiene muchos restaurantes variados.

空間很大，雖然在吵雜的馬路旁邊，但是一走進旅館便很安靜。有一個充滿植物的中庭花園，人們可以在那裡用餐放鬆。我們住面對中庭有陽台的雙人房，度過非常美好的五晚，晚上聽著蛙鳴入眠，車上聽著鳥叫起床。中間有換房間，都很棒。旅館人員非常友善且樂於協助人，幫了很多忙，真的感謝！每天行程結束踏入大門都有回家的感覺，之後來清邁還想住這裡😊

Địa điểm thực sự rất tốt. Bạn có thể dễ dàng đến với chợ đêm Changphuak và ăn món Suki nổi tiếng, mở khá khuya chỉ bằng việc đi bộ (Rất thích hợp nếu bạn đáp máy bay sau 7pm) Bạn có thể đi bộ để thuê xe, các con phố sâu bên trong mang đầy tính nghệ thuật. Mỗi việc đi bộ ở xung quanh hostel đã là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời.

Phòng của tôi chỉ có 1 đèn vàng. Buổi sáng thì ko sao, do có của sổ và ban công lớn. Nhưng buổi tối thì khá thiếu ánh sáng với chúng tôi. Điều khiến tôi cảm thấy bất tiện nhất là giường rất lắc lư. Chỉ cần người năm bên xoay người là tôi có thể thức giấc. Trần cách âm cũng khá mỏng nên tôi có thể nghe thấy âm thanh từ trên trần một chút.

Leider enttäuschend: Die Handtücher rochen modrig, die Bettwäsche war stark fleckig und wirkte nicht sauber. Besonders unverständlich war der Umgang mit unserer Situation: Trotz meiner Lebensmittelvergiftung mussten wir um 12 Uhr auschecken und konnten erst um 14 Uhr ins neue Zimmer. Bis 14 Uhr war niemand zur Reinigung im alten Zimmer – man hätte uns also problemlos dort lassen können. Das war sehr wenig entgegenkommend.

We had a very enjoyable stay at deluxe twin room with a balcony facing the inner garden. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good, in the northern a bit more peaceful part of the old town but still within walking distance from the tourist attractions.
