Google map showed the hotel next door. The location is very convenient to the center and the beach. The room looked very cozy and spacious. The owner always responded very quickly and provided us everything we requested for. He was also very nice to let us stay longer after check out.

Plates in the room would be very much appreciated.

Location is good, just outside the old walled town.

This is not a hotel, they are rooms in an apartment block. No on-site staff at all and nothing as would normally be expected from a “hotel.” Tea / coffee / water was not replenished at all, only had what was provided at check-in, throughout the stay. No contact / sight of any staff / employees at all, over a 4 day stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming, and all the staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. What I appreciated the most was their fairness and great customer care—they didn't charge us any extra fees for additional requests. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and spacious

Location, design and decor of room. Clean room everyday. Clean towels provided daily. We stayed from 22.6.26 until 4.6.26. and the tempreature was 30'C . So grateful that the room had air con. Own balcony. Would highly recommend.

Great location. On the quiet side of the Old Town. Nice to have a hot bath too. Very clean with fresh sheets and towels daily delivered Lots of space. Bathroom was spectacular. Air con was a plus. Big bed!

Advertised as high floor. It is basically on the first floor. Having no rugs or carpet, people on top of you if they move chairs or anything, is quite loud. So if you are a light sleeper and the people from above don't sleep early, good luck! Hot tub takes a lot of time to fill in. No staff though. It is basically rented apartments.

Camera spaziosa con un bel terrazzo anche se dalle foto sembrava migliore. Ottima la posizione vicino al centro, alle varie taverne al porto.

Scomodo per le tante scale da fare. Un po' difficile il parcheggio. Non ci sono state date informazioni sul funzionamento di aria condizionata, apertura difficoltosa della porta, tv.. Tv con pochi canali e troppo distante dal letto. Scomoda. Per il resto è una bella soluzione anche se un po' cara

T was prima

Very close to old port and touching old town . Room interior, bed cupboards sofa quality was remarkable . Also the shower was good . Balcony was good to have with slight part of sea and bit mountain visible . Fresh air on opening doors and unobstructed view from window . Being last lane of town, and room being on upper floor, it was quite private which was good to have for relaxation.

We stayed for 3 nights . But they didn’t supply milk, sugar each day. I like to make my tea first thing in the morning for a kick start to the day. They did replace towels ,clean room,etc each day.

Die Lage ist Top - direkt an der Ostseite der venezianischen Stadtmauer. Die Terasse ist riesig und der Blick aufs Meer ist sogar noch besser als auf den vom Betreiber eingestellten Fotos. Es gibt auch einige schöne liebevoll gepflegte Pflanzen auf der Terasse. Der Blick geht in Richtung Osten - also Sonnenaufgang. Das Meeresrauschen (falls Wind da ist) ist auch im Bett gut zu hören. Jeden Samstag ist direkt auf der gesamten Straße davor ein großer Bauernmarkt. Das Bett/Matratze war relativ weich - ist natürlich Geschmackssache. 100m die Straße hoch gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt auch Sa/So offen. In die Altstadt - auf der Ostseite mit dem Zugang zum Leuchtturm - sind es nur 200m. Wer das ruhige Hafenbecken zu Gunsten von Meeresrauschen tauschen möchte läuft auch nur 200m um die Ostseite der venezianischen Stadtmauer und ist auch dort direkt am Wasser in einem moderneren Stadtteil, auch mit vielen guten Bars und Restaurants.

Grosse saubere Zimmer mit Balkon oder Terrasse in guter Lage. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe. Schneller und freundlicher Check-In.

La posizione con finestre al piano terra altezza passanti non permette di goderla pienamente... Ma é un ottima stanza

The room was okay and okay location

The toilet dripped all night The coffe machine was outside and down 2 flights of stairs The room view was not as described, photo was taken from elsewhere or 20 years ago… no sea view and the foliage over hun the balcony so impossible to sit out without midgies biting! Beds were hard. When we complained about room we were offered chemicals for the insects.

It was very nice and clean and the owner waited till after 10pm for our late arrival. It was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Location to Old Town was perfect

Sat market started at 5 am right out front of our room, we were on the street, a little noisy but not terrible.

Was a very nice stay with good wifi and clean and modern rooms. I would stay again.

Location is great as you can walk everywhere. Staff were helpful and friendly with good suggestions. Decent view of the sea from the room.

Quite a lot of steps to get to room 5 staff (Stelios) did help with suitcases though which appreciated. Some of the furniture was a bit tired like outside chairs which were badly worn. For the amount we paid expected a bit of a higher standard. Room was dusty were cutlery and coffee machine was.

The location was amazing - just a short walk from the harbour, restaurants and beach. The Saturday market was a big hit - there was so much fresh fruit and veg on our doorstep. We loved the size of the room and the delicious coffee in the coffee machine. Communication with Stelios was fantastic. He replied quickly and helped us print bus tickets very short notice, and booked our taxi to the airport for us.

When we booked the trip, we were under the impression that this was a hotel. It’s actually more like apartments. No bother if that’s what you’re looking for, but for us we wanted more of a hotel feel and service. The only thing to say about the room is that the shower could have been cleaner.

Zimmer groß mit bequemem Bett, netter kleiner Balkon. In Fußnähe zur Altstadt

Nicht wirklich ein Hotel - ein paar Zimmer in einem ehemaligen Wohnhaus. Straße davor in der Nacht sehr laut. Keine Fliegengitter, daher war es nicht möglich, die Fenster offen zu lassen.

Sijainti oli hyvä, vaikka rantaan oli pari korttelia niin meri kuitenkin pilkisti parvekkeelta eikä uimaan ollut liian pitkä matka. Keskustan ravintolat lähellä. Parvekkeella oli aurinkovarjo, joten siellä pystyi mm. syömään aamupalan. Minibaarijääkaappiin mahtui sen verran evästä kun tarvitsimme. Kapselikahvinkeitin käytävässä oli kiva lisä. Huone oli juuri niin hieno kuin kuvissa näytti. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja vastasi kaikkiin kysymyksiin nopeasti.

Vaikka kylpyhuone vastasi kuvia (ja oli ihan hieno), niin viemärin haju kylpyhuoneessa oli järkyttävä. Suihkukopissa ei ollut suihkulle pidikettä ja saippua-astia oli lattialla eikä seinässä kiinni. Astioita oli liian vähän aamiaisen nauttimiseen omilla eväillä.

Die gute Lage, man hat mehrere sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch ein Strand ist in der Nähe. Man hat seinen eigenen kleinen Balkon mit Möbeln. Bett war sehr bequem. Es wird jeden Tag geputzt und frische Handtücher gebracht. Der Besitzer ist ultra nett und hilfsbereit. Jeden Samstag ist direkt auf der Straße vor dem Haus ein Gemüsemarkt.

Teller wären noch praktisch ( Besteck war da).

The property was in an excellent location less than a five minute walk to the seafront. The staff were excellent and the accommodation was well presented and very clean. A nice terrace area to sit and relax. The owner, Stelios, is also a physiotherapist and has a consultancy room off main reception so even managed to help me with an existing shoulder injury !

Location was perfect, the owner was really great and helpful. The room was clean and the view fantastic. All was perfect and the shower and toilet was like new. Really recommended.

The property location was nice. The room is a decent size.

The bed linens and towels need to be upgraded, the television was to small for the room.

One room had an amazing Jacuzzi and great view. The architecture in our room, even though the sq2 were relatively little, was excellent and it made it very comfy and functional. It also had free coffee and was in a very convenient area!
