Dont look further just book this hotel. Everything is good and the standard is up there. The place is clean and well maintained. When you step in the garden it seems you are entering another world. Still it is not to posh and shiny. Breakfast is good and changes daily. So for a long stay you dont have to worry that you are eating the same everyday. At night you can sit with a drink in the garden and watch the tides come in. Truly beautifull. The staff is great and will help you with All your needs. If you can book one of the villa’s it is worth the money and you have your own porch.

The only negative is, is that the place is so nice that you dont want to explore the island anymore😉

Ni si quiera hacen la habitación ni cambio de toallas. Si lo quieres tienes que ir a recepción a pedirlo. Pones el cartel de que te hagan la habitación y no hacen caso. Y eso que era la mejor habitación del complejo, supongo que la más cara. Ni por esas.

The villa was fantastic (island villa 5). Perfect for the four of us (2 adults, 12yo & 13yo). The pool and restaurant were great, food was amazing, staff were so pleasant and courteous (not unusual in the Philippines!).

Not inclusion to all the guest. Chooses room type to give welcome complimentary bags which I think is not fair to some guests. With early morning tour not allowing guests to have packed breakfast as it included in the booking

Great garden, nice breakfast, Halal but good anyhow, great beach front, but be aware in low tide you have to walks 500m through water to get to the beach break. Good access to General Luna.

Smelly bathroom, needed to let the vent work all the time.

Het ontbijtbuffet is prima, maar voor wie graag westers eet in de ochtend is het wellicht iets minder.

Le personnel pourrait être plus sympathique, souriant et compréhensif ! La piscine pourrait être rénové car certains petits carreaux cassés peuvent être dangereux L’hôtel loue des scooters accidenté avec des directions pas droites et des casques qui ne ferment pas, gros manque de sécurité !

The location is great! The grounds are wonderful and maintained. The water pressure was better than expected for an island. The security staff out front are very helpful. Loved the scooter rental on site. I loved the resort dogs! The souvenir shop is adorable! Overall it’s a pleasant stay. I did not know there would be an annual party but it was probably the highlight of the stay. Please keep that! Please kindly note that the staff out front for security and bellhop are top notch! They really really do a great job! Lastly, the onsite avail to get tours was great.

Sometimes there a bugs like gnats, other flying insects in the room. The bathroom emits a strong sewer smell that doesn’t go away. I do wish there was a tv, but I know that’s not common in the island. I think the front desk staff could be trained a bit more/some could be more knowledgeable. However the security/bellmen in front compensate for that. I found the breakfast to be interesting. It’s not bad, just different.

Missing some little details, such as; no facial tissues in the room, no memo pad and pen, no conditioner in the bathroom and the lighting in the bathroom is not bright enough. The hot water in the shower doesn’t get hot.

We had a premier room and it was spacious and comfortable, a really nice room! Staff all super friendly and helpful

The staff is lovely.

The breakfast could be improved by offering more variety. I understand that the owner is Indonesian, but since the resort is in the Philippines, it would be a great idea to include some local Filipino breakfast options as well. Catering to local tastes alongside Indonesian dishes could enhance the dining experience for both local and international guests.

It was close to everything with a lovely pool, restaurant and beautiful view. It was relatively clean and very comfortable.

There was a sewage smell in our bathroom for a few days which was unpleasant, however the staff were responsive and tried to fix it. When they could not, they moved us to a new room which was good.

Clean and easy access to the center

The souvenir bag was not given to every room. I booked for 3 rooms and it was only 2 rooms received a souvenir bag. It should be for every room not only the expensive room room.

Grounds were beautiful

Rooms are very basic. No space to store clothes, no TV and poor/no wifi

Nos quedamos muy gratamente sorprendidos con el alojamiento. El hotel es una pasada, el personal muy amable y los servicios que tienen son de 10. Nos hicimos masajes en el Spa y salimos muy contentos, en general la estancia fue perfecta. El desayuno también está muy bien, no es muy grande, pero lo han rotando cada día así tienes variedad de un día para el otro, lo que es de agradecer.

Pent hotell, koselig restaurant med utsikt utover havet, god mat og hyggelig besetning. Hele området var vellstelt om pent.

Location is near enough to the center but far enough for a peaceful stay. Hotel is aesthetically pleasing- simple but modern rooms, lush landscape and quite clean. Bed and pillow quality were good too. We also liked the fact that they have a Tuktuk to bring us around town.

The breakfast spread wasn’t that good - we opted for brunch elsewhere several times. The restaurant is Indonesian and has a limited menu (no pork) but the cocktails are very good! The shower stall doesn’t have a door, so water would splash all over the bathroom floor.

The room is clean and spacious.

The tour packages are a little bit pricey and only few tourist spots to visit.

Beautiful landscaping, well maintained buildings, wide beachfront, full-service restaurant. Very attentive staff.

The deluxe rooms sorely lacked soundproofing. I could hear toilets flushing, and people speaking through the doors and walls. When I asked for an invoice, they said I had to get it from Booking.com, but when I said that the invoice is supposed to come from them, they made one.

The location of the pool and beachfront access.

I had dirty sheets which I asked someone to change the first day of stay. The restroom was like a public bathroom with pee smell and not sanitary. We used the gym and there’s mold on the floor. We were inhaling the mold smell while working out. It was bad.

Villa is perfect, location directly on beach although it is a long walk to the water with low tide(muddy, rocks) A little bit to far to the centre to walk.

Restaurant is not good, not authentic Indonesian food. The Gado Gado was a joke. The soup is also a joke. The beef skewers were okay. If you sleep in do not think they will clean your room after you hang the thing to your door a bit later in the morning. Our door passes did not work. We had to go many times to the reception before they took action. One day maintenance changed batteries, then they tried our passes and it did not work. So we told them we are on a tour that day so you have the whole day to fix. We came back from the tour. Nothing happened. So again to the reception. The told us they send someone. After 15 minutes waiting we had to go to reception again...For clean up we had to ask several times at the reception if they want to clean the room. One time after 2 hours nothing was done yet. What is also annoying is that you cannot put bills from the bar / restaurant to your room.

Beautiful gardens, clean pool and beach (great view in the afternoon when tide is high). Friendly staff. Tuktuk service. They have complimentary water dispenser, toiletries and slippers. Good wifi!

My room had cracks on the walls which aside from not looking great led to ants on my clothes and things every day. Strong sewer smell coming from bathroom. Room facing the street was very noisy early in the morning and not a lot of privacy if you wanted to open the curtains. If you want your room cleaned you need to request it otherwise they won’t do it daily. The restaurant and bar do not let you charge to your room, not very practical.

Nestled in a stunning location, this place is incredibly central with beautiful landscaping and a lovely water view. The pool is fantastic and we enjoyed the gym and complimentary tricycle rides. The staff are amazing – so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is superb Totally recommended

L’hôtel est très bien placé, avec un tuktuk à disposition pour se rendre dans le centre. La piscine vu sur la mer est incroyable, les chambres sont propres.

Globalement tout le séjour s’est très bien passé. Seulement avant notre arrivée, j’ai contacté l’hôtel pour demander si c’était possible d’ajouter des petites décorations (ballons, pétales de fleurs) car c’était l’anniversaire de mon amie. Cela était possible mais à condition de payer entre 40 et 55€ selon le pack. Le pack comprenait pour le moins cher, des ballons et des pétales de fleurs. Dans aucun autre hôtel, on m’a demandé de payer et encore moins une telle somme. Je trouve cela dommage de ne pas faire un geste et de faire payer ses clients pour si peu de décorations.

towels - we asked for new towels but they said no new towels are available bar room service - called several times but they didn't answer so I went to the bar and they said the phone is not working?? I checked out and they said that the blow dryer is missing, however I did not used or find any hair dryer upon arrival. (I offered to pay, but they are very kind to decline, they said it's fine, though I hope that hair dryer was not misplaced before our arrival to prevent that incident)

The breakfast was excellent. It was buffet style so you could pick and choose what you wanted. The staff were very friendly and hospitable.

Can’t say much about this place. It was up to very high standards.

We live the vibe, the lushbess and the beautiful tropical plants surrounding the bmvillas and rooms. The plants make it more private. It is also in a great location with many surrounding reataurants but away from the party scene. The cleanliness and well decored, spacious rooms is a big plus!

The restaurant coud have more food options other than Indonesian fare. But we loved how their breakfast are nicely laid out!

Loved our 3 night stay! Buffet breakfast with a view of palm trees and the ocean. Comfiest pillows and sheets i've ever met. Free tuktuk to cloud 9 or GL town centre. Decent gym.

No balcony or hooks to dry wet towels/wet clothes etc in delux rooms. Tried to charge us twice for massages.

The room was a good size for the 4 of us and location of the pool and beach was really close and convenient. Breakfast selections was good. We enjoyed our stay

The phone didn't work so any requests we went to reception. Not a big issue just a little inconvenient

Really nice stay here. Pool and sunbeds are right on the beach. Great. Free tuktuk to town is a good touch. Staff all very friendly. Amenities are good, even a gym.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Missing western options. Smoothie bowls, or brunch would be amazing. Coffee was bad at breakfast, they have a coffee machine so should just use that. Also very expensive for early checkin. Even if you arrive 1 hour early and they have your room ready - they charge you.

Die Lage direkt am Strand. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom generellen Trubel in General Luna, was ganz positiv ist. Die Gartenanlage ist schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Für die Zimmerreinigung, Tausch von Handtüchern, sowie ein Auffüllen des Trinkwassers, erfolgt bei expliziter Bitte bzw. Nachfrage. Das Hotel führt keine unaufgeforderten täglichen Dienstleistungen, wie Betten machen, Zimmerreinigung, etc. durch. Das habe ich in einem 4 Sterne Haus bisher noch nie so erlebt, und finde es bei der preislichen Einstufung auch dürftig.
