البنت في الاستقبال جداً محترمة الغرفه مكتملة ببلكونه كبيره بالدور السابع لكن

للاسف النظافة في البلكونة سيئة والزبائل لم تنظف من قبل من الزبائن السابقين الفراش فيه رائحة جداً سيئة لو كان هناك قفل من الداخل افضل الحمام لايقفل بابه اتمنى من القائم على الفندق ان يكون اشد حرص من ناحيه النظافة لااريد ارفاق صور فهو يتفهم ذلك

Hôtel dans le vieux quartier

Nous avons eu la chambre sans fenêtre au rez-de-chaussée. Elle ressemblait à une zone de débarras (deux télévisions déglinguées, une lampe sans ampoule…). Le personnel/famille parlait très fort dans la réception à côté, le soir tard.

Only location.

Mattress was very soft and uncomfortable, led to back pain. I had to sleep on floor. Negligible breakfast option, no buffet, need to order and wait for years. No access to top floors by elevators.

The location is in prime area.

We had booking made 2 months back. Also messaged regarding check in time on booking.com messages. Yet when we reached hotel, they told no rooms and shifted us to their other hotel named Hotel Endless Hanoi.

Номер на 8 этаже ужасный. На счет остальных не знаю. Простыни грязные, матрас не удобный, нет гигиенического душа

Die Lage ist gut, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Etliche Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer verfügt alles was man für eine Nacht benötigt. Der Balkon bietet Sitzgelegenheit und hat Pflanzen, jedoch kann man lange nicht verweilen, da das Hotel an einer verkehrsreichen Strasse liegt.

Die ganze Ausstattung sieht älter aus, so sind die Matratzen eher weich. Für mich sind sie zu weich, aber für eine Übernachtung war es passabel.

Sehr kleines Zimmer mit kleinem kaputten Fenster zum Betonhinterhof. Zweite kleine Fenster ein Fake mit Bauschutt dahinter. Dusche mit Klebeband irgendwie geflickt. Für den Preis ein bißchen frech.

Personnel très sympathique, serviable et accueillant. Hôtel très bien situé.

The location is great for the first timers visiting Hanoi. The hotel is walking distance to major attractions. Room is spacious and has comfortable bed. The staffs are friendly and accommodating especially Calvin (receptionist). He always makes sure our stay is comfortable. He even helped me pull off my surprise to my mom and husband. We recommend this hotel for their great service.

Bathrooms can have some improvements.

Personnel très accueillant et au petit soin. Très belle chambre. Si vous ouvrez les fenêtres vous entendrez le bruit mais une fois fermées vous êtes au calme.

Cleanliness was poor - dirty suspicious stains which I removed from the wall myself. Bar fridge that didn’t chill. Breakfast buffet was very basic, and decade more limited, when occupancy levels decreased.

Everything was great the staff was amazing and respectful 🙏 and the location was great in center

Great location (close to Hanoi main spots, especially opposite the bus stop for Bus to the airport), helpful staff, cleanliness.

Room 102 If you book this hotel make sure you are not in this room as my friend had luck with her room on the 5th floor. In 102 there is no window, the shower is broken, the pipe in the sink is broken, the water flows like a waterfall. The administrator was snoring and coughing all night. Nightmare. Breakfast is very bad, better to eat outside. There are many cafes near the hotel with good coffee and pastries.

Location and staff were excellent. Though we were on the first floor, outside noise didn’t bother us and we slept soundly.

Breakfast area - the sitting area was small and menu was limited but enough that we found something, my 10 year old had eggs that were ready made by a wonderfully friendly cook. There was toast and coffee, pho, made to order eggs, salad and water/ watermelon juice. Staff - very kind and willing to help. The cleaners and cook were nice as well. Room - large and spacious with 2 double beds. The mattresses were foamy and hard to sleep- some may like this type though. We had a balcony with 2 little chairs and plants to make it more pleasant. It was tidied when asked with clean sheets and towels. Area- we were there for New Years and it was a perfect location to get downtown and back with ease. Wifi & TV - there was basis cable and there were a few English programs available. Internet was solid as well.

The bathroom was basis. The shower head and toilet could use an update but it was all in working order. The refrigerator was not turned on but the staff offered to keep food and drinks the kitchen upstairs. Noise from the bus stop across the street and the traffic was bothersome from around 6-10 pm.

This hotel was a life send after an awful experience in Ha Long bay meant we had to book last minute accommodation late at night. The front desk staff are lovely and very accommodating. Our room didn’t have a window and felt a bit boxed in but we expected that and slept very soundly.

Staff were very friendly, very helpful, especially Lily she helped me book 2 excursions which were very very good and good value

There was nothing I did not like about the property. I like my stay there.

The property is beside the no 86 bus to airport and is in walking distance to all the attractions in the old town .The front line receptionist Lily,Lien and Kelvin who spoke great english were brilliant. Lily organised trips to Ha.long Bay and Ning Bing for me .The room was lovely and a special thank you to the chef who came in early to cook breakfast which was lovely when leaving early on day trips .Thank you also to the cleaning staff who made the room so clean .

I did not like the fact that I had to leave the hotel and continue on my travels

Room pictures are strategically taken to make the room look nice and clean. The room we got was totally different, looking old and the bath was dirty and uncomfortable to use, far from the bath pictures we checked when booking the room, very expensive fir what we got! Also they required us to pay the stay at our arrival and as we did not agree, they kept my passport until I payed at check-out!! I dont recommend it at all, it is a tourists trap.

Wifi poor

The room is quite big. We are stay in family room. Is enough for us 2 adults and 3 kids. The breakfast are nice. Eventhough you okly can choose one dish. My suggestion is try the banana pancake, very good. The place for breakfast is small but is okay. The location also very good in heart of old quarter. Is easy to go around. Lots of foods and near the night market also. Overall we are happy to stay in Hanoi Stella hotel.

Cleanliness should be improve little bit. Especially for some corner and little space between tables.

The bed was ok and working people very nice.

The room was dirty, very much older than shown in the pictures: toilets broken, blinds broken so no view, towels torn and dirty before being changed. Very noisy at our floor.

The hotel staff were lovely.

The room was a bit tired, and the shower / bathroom a bit small and dated. Breakfast bread was mouldy, but changed without a problem. Breakfast was a bit limited.

The stuff was very friendly

It is a very oldish asian style hotel. I had a secret deal at Booking and need it for overnight only for a low price. My room 801 was on a top floor, not really clean but dusty. I would not recommend to stay for a regular trip. This room is close to some electrical or elevator box and it sounded like someone hammers the whole night. Mattresses are very soft and you sleep in V position. Maybe other rooms are a bit better.

Would have been better it the room had heater/reverse air conditioner during cold/winter days. Breakfasts are a bit disappointing.

Wonderful staff. Booked all my trips and organised airport transfers flawlessly. The complementary apple cinnamon tea upon arrival is delicious.

Good location and can walk to most places in Old Quarter. My main complaint would be the minimal breakfast. Not many options. Small room on roof with one guy here and there taking your order. Quality not great. Other than that, it gets the job done. Lyly at the front desk is super sweet and helpful.

Staff are always supportive, enthusiastic and super friendly.The room is cozy, clean and convenient. Furthermore, I also love breakfast, so I highly recommend this hotel
