Domus Alberti Bed & Breakfast

The Domus Alberti Bed and Breakfast was wonderful. We can't say enough positive things about the staff. Upon arrival we were given an overview of Rome in relationship to the B & B as well as which bus or metro to take for different sites. Also, a very early car was booked for us to be taken to the airport for an early flight. Excellent!

it was great! Room is super pretty and has all what you need! super clean! Apin was an amazing host It is placed close to main attractions at walking distance.

It was convenient to walk to many big attractions (12 min walk to Trevi Fountain, 15 min to Spanish Steps, 20 min to Colosseum). There is also a taxi rank 200m away, and of course many restaurants and shops. The building is very charming on the inside, starting with a lovely mosaic floor in the foyer, a mini elevator or marble steps, and beautiful carved wood doors. Located on the fourth floor, it was quiet at all hours. The decor is also lovely with Rome theme throughout, yet modern. Important to some may be air conditioning in the rooms. Apin provides everything you could need for a greats stay; the breakfast area with a variety of fruits, pastries, breads, and cereal, plus a caffé machine available 24 hours. Toiletries in the room, and extras like luggage storage, and umbrellas for rainy days make it an extra special stay. The best part may be Apin herself! A most gracious, warm and considerate host who is very helpful and kind.

We liked it all.

Niente

Personale cortese e simpatico, stanza pulita e ordinata. Tutto perfetto!

From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was well equipped and we were able to access it at any time..no set breakfast hours. This is the perfect comfortable place to stay and the location is excellent to visit the sites of Rome.

Nothing.

Friendly & proactive hirer Breakfast room always opened Location 19-15 mins Spain square , Venezia Square, Trevi Fountain, St Maria Maggiore church

Torneremo sicuramente

Right in the heart of Rome; you can walk to the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain in 15 minutes. There is a supermarket nearby, and the rooms are clean. Apin was very nice.

There was no kettle in the room, but I found hot water in the kitchen.

Alles.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Domus Alberti Bed & Breakfast! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is simply perfect – close to all the main attractions, restaurants, public transport, and yet quiet enough to have a comfortable night's sleep. It was the ideal base for exploring Rome. The biggest highlight was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel at home from the very first moment and were attentive to every detail. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and the entire property was well maintained.

14 min from Termini by foot. Great that lady was there to welcome us (during working hours) Price at 105 euros was reasonable. Breakfast is self-serve (no eggs) but honestly complete, sufficient and very convenient. Good comfort, good bathroom. Safe in the room.

All good.!

Consigliatissima!

Tutto. Posizione veramente a pochi passi da molte attrazioni. Struttura tenuta bene e pulita.

Adoramos a estadia.

Great location. Good breakfast and kind staff. The AC worked great despite the heat wave which was a big relief.

It was really good. The "lift" is unique (small European)

Las instalaciones y comida y personal

The kitchen is so cute and a nice array of food for breakfast. Apin was very friendly and helpful 🙂

Betten mehrfach frisch bezogen. Minikühlschrank im Zimmer. Restaurant vor dem Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Weitere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

Very comfortable room and bed. Excellent communication.

L'aria condizionata funziona molto bene. Staff molto disponibile.

Ascensore vecchio e stretto, capienza max 180 kg, per arrivare sl 4o piano bisogna fare a turno. La colazione potrebbe essere presentata meglio

We did not eat breakfast but did grab an early coffee from the espresso machine - very convenient!

Location - close to train station for quick overnight before the ride to airport

A little Small - but manageable

The staff was very friendly and helpful they made us feel very comfortable. There was a kitchen where you could make your breakfast any time as well as during all day have some snacks , coffee, cakes etc . Also very clean and in good spot where you could easily go everywhere

The breakfast was not so good there were some vegetables and fruits but cheese and ham where not so fresh but kind of plastic choices .Some cakes and sweets but seemed everything not freshly cooked. Also there was coffee all day but cappuccino and latte only in the morning!!! Sorry but what if we wanted one in the afternoon? Also something that must change is the fact that some people ate earlier left all the dishes and tables covered so we had to pick everything and clean the space to sit because there was no one to do it at that point . I think some details should be more in detailed.

Great location, very clean, 24h available kitchen, enough towels, elevator.

There was a decent amount of space and the location was great.

The noise at night was a definite problem. There was trash pickup around 2 or 3:00 am both nights we were there. It was vey loud and went on for 10 minutes or so. Also the second night the power went out in the neighborhood about a half hour after the trash pickup and there was a siren that went off.

We absolutely loved this place! The location couldn’t be better—peaceful and quiet, yet right in the heart of Rome with so many restaurants and sights just a short walk away. The staff made our stay even more special with their kindness and helpfulness. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

There was really nothing we didn’t like—everything was wonderful. If anything, we just wish we had stayed longer!

Accoglienza!

We liked everything. Apin is very nice and friendly. She welcomed us and gave a lot of useful information. We travel a lot for work and pleasure and this is one of the best places we have ever staid. A little treasure 10 minutes walk from Termini Station. Very convinient location. Higlhy reccomended.

Klare Empfehlung!

Nichts!

Everything was really fine.

Nothing wrong.

The bed was very comfortable! The courtyard and the fact we could open windows was great! The 24 access to the fridge and dining area was also great! We could get snacks, water, toast, cold cuts all day long. The morning coffee was wonderful! Great location. We walked to everything but the Vatican!

The elevator was bit small. But there’s not much you can do about. If you have a lot of luggage you could take 2 trips.

The extra slippers and room set up, water was free and just what we needed after walking to everything so close.

There was a lot of road work.
