Great potential and good location, but let down by organization and details While this hotel has real potential, we had several issues in the stay. On the positive side, the location in Cairo is very convenient, and the rooftop area is really nice, offering a great space to relax. Considering the price, the rooms themselves are decent. The receptionist was also very sweet and accommodating; since we had a late-night bus, she allowed us to hang out in the reception area for the day and even offered us access to a room to use the bathroom before we left

We had some little drama at check-in. I was asked to pay cash, but since I didn’t have any, they accepted my card—though my bank was charged a couple of euros extra. Just two minutes later, the manager called the receptionist, who spoke very limited English, to claim the transaction was declined and demand cash. Half an hour later, they knocked on my door with the manager on the phone to check if I got reimbursed so I could pay cash instead. Ultimately, the card payment went through fine, and no one mentioned it again. Access and maintenance leave a lot to be desired. The hotel is on the 8th floor, but the elevators—which are in scary, extremely poor condition—only go up to the 7th floor, requiring you to carry your luggage the rest of the way. The property suffers from simple neglect: the luggage storage room is filthy, covered in dust, with exposed cables everywhere, and basic fixes like loose screws on doors or random clutter stacked in corners are completely ignored, even though they would take minutes to resolve. There's breakfast but we missed it because of our early morning tours, so we couldn’t evaluate the food service. There is a good hotel hidden in here somewhere, but management needs to address maintenance, clean up common areas and not ignore obvious flaws

Als wir in Kairo im Town VIew Hotel ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser bestelltes Zimmer nicht verfügbar ist (anderweitig vergeben)! Wir wurden nunmehr an ein "Partnerhotel" verwiesen, welches 1. um ca. 40 € teurer war 2. kein Balkon/Terrasse 3. minimalistisches Frühstück 4. kein Handtuchwechsel, Klopapier musste man sich selbst holen etc. Ich ersuche um Refundierung des finanziellen Schadens in der Höhe von € 40,-- Roman Zens

Disappointing experience – Very poor room condition! ❌ ​I had a very frustrating stay at this hotel. The room provided was not the one I had originally booked. ​Furthermore, the room condition was unacceptable: ​The wardrobe was completely broken and unusable. ​There was absolutely nowhere to hang or store my clothes. ​Basic essentials were missing, including towels, which I had to request separately. ​Management needs to look into their maintenance and ensure guests actually get what they pay for. I do not recommend this place.

I would like to thank Mr. Saleh, who works at reception; he is a very kind, helpful, and responsive person. I also thank all the staff. I loved this hotel ♡

Il prezzo

Visto il prezzo ragionevole , abbiamo prenotato una camera solo per fare una doccia e poi ripartire per la Nostra notte in bus , al nostro arrivo in camera (18.00) non c’erano asciugamani per la doccia e neanche carta igienica , abbiamo fatto presente il problema alla reception , che ci m 2 ore non è riuscita a procurarci dei semplici asciugamani puliti per lavarci , alla fine abbiamo dovuto andare via senza riuscire a lavarci , al momento del check out ci è stato fatto pagare il conto per intero

The staff were not friendly and the washroom taps were leaking.. Tv was not working and breakfast was really poor and had to wait until 9 to open the breakfast counter.

Le personnel m’a très mal traité le réceptionniste m’a carrément crié dessus juste en demandant est-ce que je peux rester une journée ou deux tout dépend mon travail il m’a carrément crié dessus dessus en sachant que j’étais déjà cliente dans l’établissement et même par rapport à laisser mes affaires car je suis arrivé soit disant 10:30 avant le Check in selon lui j’ai demandé juste de laisser mes affaires il voulait même pas écouter juste il commencé a crié aller rester là-bas (l’accueil) et c’est tout je vous le déconseille fortement

Нас отель не заселил, несмотря на подтвержденную бронь на booking. Предложили альтернативный отель, который нас принял. В результате ожидания и перемещения мы потеряли около 2 (двух) часов, что было для нас критично, т.к. в Каире была насыщенная программа.

Super Location! Gleich neben Metro, Bus und GoBus Station. Auch mit Taxi ist es nicht lang überall hin. Internet hat gut funktioniert und man kann nett oben auf der Dachterrasse sitzen.

Otel girisi ve merdivenleri ürkütücü. Aşırı pis. Otel binanın 8 ve 9 katinda. Asansörle 7. Kata çıkıp merdivenden devam ediyorsunuz. 7. Katta otelden bağımsız kafe var. Asansör eski, bakımsız, kirli. Odadan çıkıp merdivenler ile caddeye çıkmak isterseniz oldukça korkutucu. Aksiyon filmlerinde gördüğünüz çatışma sahneleri her an olacakmış gibi. Ama şaşırtıcı olarak güvenli. Odada dolap kapısı kırılmış kenarda duruyor. Duş yaparken perdeyi tutmaniz gerekli, her an düşebilir. Duş musluğu bozuk. Odada buzdolabı yok. Kahvaltı gerçekten ama gerçekten kötü. Masalarda peçete Tuz v.s yok. Çatal isterseniz geliyor. Klimayı kumanda ile açmak için uğraşmayın duvarda düğme var. Keşfetmeniz gerekli, söylemiyorlar.

From the moment for my arrival the room that I liked it was not ready.another room .the door didn't closed from inside I waited long time and call the property and send to booking. Com but no body reply to me..no towels in the room.no amenities at all.and A/C as well .

Accueil froid, pas de draps/ couette, chambre réservée pour 4 lits 4 personnes, aucune chambre dans cette hôtel avec 4 lits. Du coup obligation de dormir à 4 dans une chambre à 3 lits sans équipement, de plus une salle de bain dans état laissant à désirée

I was there for just a few hours during the day as my flight was late in the evening. The hotel seemed clean but it is simple. It is very well located.

It was fine. We just needed a place for the night before moving on so it did the trick.

It’s simple, communication was a bit tricky, and it did feel like a bit of a deal to get breakfast. Not sure where to go and felt like a hassle despite it coming with the room. Bathroom was small. No blankets. Stained bedding.

The location is nice, next to Tahrir Square.

The room was dirty. The garbage cans were not disposed of every day. Didn’t get clean towels and sheets, we had to ask to bring to us and had to wait. Moreover, the bathroom was very dirty, had to ask for toilet paper every day. The noise there was becuse the windows are not fully closed and cannot be closed, but its okey since I am used to the noise anyway.

Belirtilen fiyatdan 4 dolar daha fazla fiyat aldılar, Bina korkunç gazino gibi bir yer, oda da yastık ve yatakdan başka bir şey yoktu, battaniye, yorgan vermediler, tuvaletinde tuvalet kağıdı ve el sabunu yoktu, klima var ancak çalışmıyor, her yer pislik içinde, yatağın çarşafları değişmemişti. Burada kalınmasını tavsiye etmem.
