I really liked how quiet it was but it was still just a 3 minute scooter ride away from the fitness street, big mall also just 3 minutes away. So the location was very good. The big pool was refreshing.

The cleaning could be a bit better but I had my own cleaning supplies so then that was okay.

We switched bungalows. Second bungalow was way better than the first one

Der Poolbereich an sich war sehr gut, die Bungalows stehen glaub ich nur noch da, solange sie halten. Geputzt wird nur auf Nachfrage, nichtmal dann. Von Essen oder Kaffee ganz zu schweigen. Wenn man nach einem Kaffee fragt, wird dieser mürrisch zubereitet. Das Bad ist echt eine Zumutung. Nasszelle ist der perfekte Ausdruck dafür. Wenn man den Abfluss nicht dichtmacht stinkt die ganze Bude Nach Gülle. Die Klima läuft eher Sperrlich und so wie es aussieht, schwitzt man lieber als diese zu nutzen. Also für sehr einfache Menschen super. Wer sich aber schon vor Spinnen ekelt sollte sich was anderes suchen.

staff were always so friendly, and always happy to change sheets whenever you need them doing! also managed to squeeze my friend in another room very last minute which was so helpful

everything was lovely, only thing is the location is a walk or grab away is all but not an issue because grabs can be low as £1 per trip

Es war eine schöne Anlage, mit viel Natur und die Idee ist total toll mit dem Bungalows

Im großen und ganzen war es für unsere Zwecke ganz in Ordnung, wir haben uns auf das Nötigste Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer beschränkt, da wir nicht oft Zuhause waren. Die Couch hatte unendlich viele Flecken, Krümel und Haare, so dass man sich nur mit Handtuch drauf setzen wollte. Die Küchenschränke und der Kühlschrank hätten auch schonmal längst abgewaschen werden können.

De kamers waren schoon en ruim. Bij het hangen van je bordje voor schoonmaken, maken ze ook goed schoon. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De was werd voor je gedaan, gestreken en gevouwen tegen een gecureerd tarief, wat erg goed was. Kortom een fijne plek voor anderhalf week.

Het is wat verouderd, maar dat is het ook alleen.

Je déconseille fortement. Le descriptif n'a rien à voir avec la réalité. Les chambres le long du bassin ne sont qu'une minorité des chambres proposées qui cachent un envers du décor tout autre : chambre sale, sentant le renfermé, extérieurs jonchés de détritus...Aucun des services indiqués dans l'annonce n'est existant : pas de restaurant, pas de petit-déjeuner, encore moins de spa, et pas de navette non-plus. Rapport qualité-prix nul. L'établissement étant excentré, comptez 20 minutes de marche pour gagner la rue principale où vous pourrez vous restaurer. Les gérants ne parlent pas un mot d'anglais. Cet établissement devait être un bel établissement dans une autre vie....

The property is very far from shops, restaurants, and any main attractions. A vehicle is absolutely necessary, which was inconvenient. There were many mosquitoes, making it uncomfortable to stay outside. The swimming pool had broken and sharp tiles, which is a safety concern. There were wasps around the pool and near the houses, including visible nests. This was especially problematic as I have a wasp allergy. There was a constant smell of garbage, possibly due to a nearby dumpster or waste area. My wife has very sensitive skin. From the first day, she experienced itching, and throughout the stay she developed a skin allergy with small pimples all over her body. This could be related to overly strong cleaning chemicals used for bedding or possibly bed bugs. Pillows and mattress are hard, mattress has springs. The pool water seemed to contain excessive chlorine or similar chemicals. It had a strong smell, caused eye irritation, and it was impossible to open eyes underwater. Wifi was below 1mb/s, this is very slow, you can't watch YouTube 480p video quality. Mobile Internet saved us.

El lugar es muy bonito entre árboles y con una linda piscina. La cabaña estaba algo vieja y con muchas cosas que arreglar, pero pasamos una buena estadía.

Que las ventanas tienen los cierres rotos y más de una quedaba sin trabar, y se podría haber entrado sin problema desde afuera. Lo bueno es que es una zona tranquila y que es un país que no se ven robos, por lo que tuvimos suerte y no nos entró nadie.

Pool wasn’t too clean. We had an issue with our hot water which took a few days to resolve. The breakfast isn’t the best I’ve had.

The resort is away from the crowded Kata beach, nice peaceful place, the owner is a kind lady, she works round the clock to ensure you get what you need.

The booking originally said breakfast in the room, it does not mention that you have to pay for it.

Unfortunately, there is nothing to like about this property. The conditions are far from what was advertised, which is highly misleading. The unbearable stench, the mosquito and bug infestation, and the poor state of the facilities make it an uninhabitable environment for my family.

Unbearable Stench: The villa reeked of an awful odour originating from a river full of dirty water located directly behind the property. The smell worsened in the bathroom and during showers, despite my attempts to mitigate it with sprays. Mosquito and Bug Infestation: The villa was infested with mosquitoes and other bugs, making it unsafe and unhygienic for my family, including my young children. Misleading Advertising: The resort’s condition, including its facilities, was nothing like what was advertised. It felt deceptive and did not meet even basic expectations. Recurring Issues: The management admitted this is a recurring problem, yet no proper solutions seem to have been implemented.

Out of the noice and traffic of the city, surrounded by green and silence. If you do not have a scooter it is a 30minute walk towards a 7/11 or food corner and supermarket. Because you are surrounded by green, the same rules apply for camping. No food or drinks out in the open. I have had insects and geckos running around in my bungalow. The aircon works good. The pool is right in front of your door. The staff at the reception are really nice and helpfull, translate google is your friend tho

Shower was overflowing after a few minutes of use due to poor drainage.

The staff was amazing, special thanks to Lek, the owner : kapun ka !! :) The 30m pool was great for swimming and the room was always clean thanks to the cleaning ladies. Breakfast is tasty and not expensive and we enjoyed being so close from the Phuket Fight Club where we trained. We will come back for sure !!! Juliette & Anthony

The place was a bit out of the way the WiFi in our room was atrocious the door to our room wasn't very secure and had a big gap underneath which let in small animals and insects we woke one night to something scurrying across the floor and then heard it scratching on the skirting board, shop was expensive on site.

Good emplacement so you can visit the island and do main activities. It's quiet area, with good facilities (pool, gym at resort, and 7eleven nearby). They provide scooter location for good price! Also, I did not have my room and towels cleaned everyday. +1 sustainability!

The peace and Tranquility was just what we both wanted/needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful and Supportive .

The hotel staff didn't speak any English hence it was very difficult to have even some simple conversations and enquires. There were no facilities at the hotel such as breakfast. The rooms were not provided with enough bath towels despite asking them to keep more towels. For a family room 2 adult and 1 child, they keep only one bath towel. There are no toiletries kept in the bathroom.

The resort is a beautiful and the family that manages it are very kind and helpful people. However, if you do choose to stay at this resort you will have to have a vehicle because it is not close to an area to catch a tuk-tuk, cab, etc.

This is a great little haven for a few hours but anything more and you'll be bored. The bungalows are simple and all you need is there. The pool is lovely too. However the location is not great at all. It's down a dirt track and quite a walk from any main road. I would not feel safe walking along it during the day let alone night. There was no restaurant and the owners did not speak English either.

Yuwadee is beautiful with lovely beach huts around a beautiful pool. The staff were helpful but their english was quite poor. However it is very poorly located and very isolated. You cannot walk to a shop, restaurant etc. we arrived at 8pm after travelling for 20 hours and there was no food being served and no way to get food. All in all its beautiful and I would recommend if you have a car.

We read that this place was a little out of the way. We were not anticipating how far however. The cottage we booked was ok, the box spring was not covered with a sheet and shower was typical Thai style. The location is terrible. It is 10 km from phuket town and in the middle of a very poor residential neighborhood. When we tried to leave after discovering the inadequacy of our accommodations we had to get a ride from the hotel owner at an exorbitant fee. I guess at the end of the day my advice would be to stay here of you weren't planning on getting around anywhere. Also, it's probably worth the upgrade to not get standard zone.

I always had a dream to stay in a bungalow with a swimming pool in front, ya this property fullfilled my dream, we stayed here for 3 nights, it had a jacuzzi, four bed room. kitchen, living room, dining room, children could play, very good property..

We just loved staying at this amazing resort. A real sense of calm came over us as soon as we arrived. A real oasis from the hustle and bustle of Phuket. The 2 bedroom villa in traditional Thai living style was great for space with a large balcony and outdoor entertainment area. The pool was very clean and staff the most helpful we had come across in Thailand. It was a little tricky to find initially but staff helped come guide us in. We had 4 wonderful nights there
