Un ensemble qui semblait propre mais en y regardant de plus près nous avons trouvé un chewing-gum collé sur le sol, des taches au sol dans la salle de bain. L’insonorisation de la porte n’est pas top. Logement chère mais c’est Madrid.

The location is a short distance from the center of Madrid with a good neighbour vibe. Short walk to the Prado, Retiro Park, two metro stops and Atocha Station. The street is quiet. I would stay there again.

The washing machine made this a great mid-trip stay. While there is no dryer, there is a drying rack that a week's worth of clothes for two people! It made it possible to do a two week stay in Europe possible with a carry on bag!

Estava tudo muito bem limpo, tanto a cozinha como o WC. Oferecem um kit de limpeza para a cozinha (pastilhas para as máquinas de roupa e loiça, esfregões novos, pano), algumas cápsulas de café, chá e produtos de higiene (champô, gel banho, sabonete). Também gostei particularmente das instruções da casa, tudo bem explicado (entrada, saída, funcionamento das máquinas, do cofre, etc).

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Das Apartment war sehr schön und effizient ausgestattet. Sehr ruhige und zentrale Lage! Wir haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht. Die Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert. Ein rundum Zufrieden Paket mit Geschirrspül-, Wasch- und Spülmittel, inklusive Spülschwam und -tuch, sowie Müllbeutel war vor Ort. Das Bad war sehr sauber, die Handtücher von hervorragender Qualität, genügend Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und alle anderen Geräte in der Küche sehr sauber. Bei Ankunft vor dem Einchecken gab es im Keller kostenlose Schließfächer.
Wir hatten sehr laute Nachbarn die morgens früh um 3 Uhr Heim kamen und bis morgens um 5 Uhr Krach gemacht haben.

Posizionato lungo una via secondaria, non trafficata e quindi silenziosa. Moderno, ben attrezzato, pulizia ottima, comodo e di facile accesso, non manca di nulla.
La insonorizzazione è scadente, se ci sono vicini rumorosi si sente tutto.

L'appartamento è pulitissimo ed è ben servito anche per quanto riguarda gli utensili da cucina. Molto apprezzato il cleaning kit personale. Veramente consigliato.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026It’s closed to the main Atocha train station making traveling to nearby locations convenient, walking distance to some of the museums and attractions. The communication from the host was good and responsive.
The instructions for the appliance need improvement. For example, which compartment (there were 3) of the washing machines I should use. The tea bags and coffee pods are extremely limited for a stay of 5 nights (was told later it’s just to get us started, which was fine). The pictures look bigger but in reality it’s smaller than I’d imagine. The sound proof was not good. I can easily to hear people from the next apartments.

A little longer walk to the royal palace and more! The rooms were very clean with a large refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen. I would stay here again!

It was quiet, clean, and easy to check in via access codes. Even though we were on the upper floor, the apartment offers an elevator so you don’t have to transport your luggage up and down the stairs. We requested an earlier check in and the management was able to accommodate. Our family also loved the comfortable beds, amenities like the washing machine and especially the cold AC for our short stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Area of the home need maintenance. Things are broken and in need of repair. One of the rooms has a solar window above the bed with a broken blind to cover the incoming light. Also, outdoor trash bins (not recycling) are hard to find and there are no directions as to where to throw it out.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026L'appartamento che abbiamo usato noi è il n. 1C ed è disposto in lunghezza, con un soggiorno con divano letto e con la cucina a vista, piccola ma perfettamente funzionante e funzionale, c'è anche la lavatrice e lavastoviglie, il bagno con doccia, lavandino e wc, poi c'è la camera da letto matrimoniale che ha anche un bel terrazzino interno all'edificio con sedie e tavolino. Climatizzazione fatta benissimo.

El sofá-cama muy incómodo, es lo unico que no nos ha gustado. El colchón muy finito y también muy ruidoso. La cama de matrimonio en cambio, comodísima.

El elevador estaba descompuesto el dia que llegué. Tuve que bajar y subir mis maletas por las escaleras. Primero bajar tres pisos a los lockers y luego subir esos 3 pisos + 2 pisos al departamento. No se me advirtió ni se me propuso una solución.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026The apartment was very clean and situated in a very good location for accessing Atocha train station. It was also within walking distance of the Botanical Gardens and El Retiro Park, as well as the Royal Palace and the Gran Via. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets also within walking distance.
Everything was fine.

Unfortunately the lift was out of order but no o one to inform us. We need to walk 3 floors up with all our heavy luggage. And the hangs in toilet are not enough for 4 people (2 bedrooms apartment)

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Dobra lokalizacja - zwiedzaliśmy Madryt głównie pieszo bo wszystkie główne atrakcje czy restauracje mieliśmy w promieniu do 30 min. Blisko metro Anton Martin i dworzec Atocha, przystanek autobusowy. Budynek w bocznej uliczce, niedaleko 2 bary. Obiekt ma windę, posiada przechowalnię bagażu co w naszym przypadku było istotne ponieważ przylecieliśmy do południa (należy mieć 1 euro - zwracane przy odbiorze walizki) Nasz apartament był na 1 piętrze, z widokiem na ulicę, ma duże okna, dobrze doświetlony ale jednocześnie chroni przed upałem okiennica zewnętrzna. Grube, ciężkie zasłony przyjemnie zaciemniają pokój na czas spania. Nie mogę ocenić klimatyzacji bo jej nie włączaliśmy wcale. Mieliśmy w środku przyjemną temperaturę choć podczas naszego pobytu w Madrycie było ok 40 stopni. Apartament dla 2 osób przestronny, przede wszystkim czysty i zaopatrzony we wszelkie niezbędne przybory w łazience i naczynia kuchenne w aneksie. Spora szafa z półkami więc mogliśmy wypakować walizki i je odłożyć i mieć swobodną przestrzeń. Łazienka przestronna, spory prysznic, mogłaby być lepiej oświetlona przy lustrze, (dla kobiet, które robią makijaż 😀) Budynek i mieszkanie z dostępem na kod. Mieliśmy za pierwszym razem problem z wejściem do mieszkania bo kod nie zadziałał ale po kliknięciu na link, który był poniżej podany, drzwi się otworzyły i kod już był aktywny. Komunikacja z obsługą szybka i bezproblemowa. Mieliśmy tym samym wszystko czego oczekiwaliśmy.
Mały defekt to deska do prasowania. Brakowało mi pełnowymiarowej bo większość naszych ubrań po wyciągnięciu z walizki wymagało prasowania. O ile bluzki czy spodenki na takiej desce nie było problemu wyprasować, o tyle z sukienkami trochę trzeba było pokombinować. Jednak to nie był problem, który zepsułby pobyt czy komfort😉

Das Bad ist etwas ungepflegt, nicht schmutzig, aber durch das ungepflegte und tlw Schmimmel wirkt nicht gerade einladend. Auch der Boden in gesamten Appartment zeigt Wasserschaden, was dem Preis nicht entspricht..

Reviewed May 25, 2026vlotte mannier van communicatie: alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en heel snel binnen geraakt. aangenaam appartementje met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. de wijk is heel leuk! veel cafeetjes en restaurantjes de lockers voor de valiezen was ook een heel leuke verrassing...
het heeft ons niet gestoord maar voor sommige mensen kan het appartement wel als hoorig aanvoelen. We werden gewekt door een enthousiaste kleuter die boven of naast ons, het leven ontdekte... Voor ons geen enkel probleem! Voor mensen die hier niet tegen kunnen, zou ik niet aanraden... voor anderen zeker wel!

Pedimos a possibilidade de fazer o check-in um pouco mais cedo, nem que fossem apenas 30 minutos, por causa do bebé. Foi-nos dito que, caso o apartamento estivesse disponível, isso seria possível e que nos avisariam. No entanto, percebemos que o apartamento já estava pronto há bastante tempo (até porque o check-in era automático), mas mesmo assim não nos permitiram entrar antes da hora prevista nem nos disseram nada. Achamos que deveria haver um pouco mais de compreensão e flexibilidade em situações deste tipo, especialmente quando há bebés envolvidos. Existe um restaurante/bar na rua que faz algum barulho durante a noite, inclusive até de madrugada. Não é algo diretamente relacionado com o Aspasios, mas consideramos importante mencionar para que futuros hóspedes saibam com o que podem contar.

Reviewed May 22, 2026Nice location on a quiet street in the center of Madrid. Short walk to many of the main tourist spots. Very short walk to multiple subway stops. Check-in and access instructions were very easy to follow.
Nice that there are 3 bathrooms. The center one has what sounds like a small jet engine behind the wall. If you close the door, the sound is mostly muffled. Bedroom are far enough away that the noise didn't impact our sleep. Also, the tile on the floor of the front shower is slippery when it's wet.

Reservé un apartamento y en la fotografía me salía que tenía una habitación... pero al reservasr apartamento / estudio no está indicado que es TODO un espacio, es decir comedor habitación todo junto (sin estar separada la habitación). Al ir con un niño pequeño fue un inconveniente ya que el peque se iba a dormir y teníamos que estar en silencio.. y la intención era que tuviera una habitación. Llamé y me dijeron que el ESTUDIO es así, un solo espacio. Para que se pueda tener en cuenta por si alguien quiere también habitación separada.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, w mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne, żeby spędzić z rodziną udany weekend. Wystarczająca ilość miejsca, dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny.
Łóżko w pokoju dziennym swój najlepszy okres ma już za sobą, ale dla dzieciaków nie było to aż tak uciążliwe. Największy problem mieliśmy z ciepłą wodą. 4-ta kąpiel to już niestety zimną woda w kranie. Mimo wszystko całość pobytu oceniam bardzo pozytywnie i polecam z pełną odpowiedzialnością.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Muy buena ubicación y fácil seguimiento de instrucciones para acceso autónomo. Pasamos solo una noche y se ajustó por completo a lo que necesitábamos. Muy cercano a la estación de Atocha. Limpieza adecuada.
Pequeño para 4 personas. Horarios recortados de entrada y salida.

Las personas de los apartamentos contiguos eran muy ruidosas y continuamente golpeaban las puertas. También abajo en la calle había gente armando jaleo. Al día siguiente por la mañana había bebidas en el portal. Por tanto fue difícil poder descansar. La evaluación del personal no podemos hacerla ya que no vimos a nadie en toda la estancia

Estaba en la planta 0 y cada vez que entraba alguien al portal la puerta de nuestro apartamento no estaba bien ajustada y hacía ruido lo que molestaba un poco en la habitación más cercana a la puerta
