Compared to other properties, I was very pleased with the value. The space was exceptional, modern and clean. TV in both living room and bedroom. Dishwasher, washer dryer, Oven, cooker, microwave, Fridge freezer and large shower room. Everything working and spotless. 100mbs internet for firestick. Lift arrived in seconds every time. Property only 10 minute walk from train station and close to everything. Communication with staff on phone and in person was perfect and helpful.

These are NOT faults * I personally felt the rooms were warm but I'm always too hot. There was a large fan supplied - problem solved* Check in perhaps slightly late at 4pm and we arrived at lunch time but yet again the staff were brilliant. We left our cases and went out sight seeing and when we returned at 3:45 our key was ready and our cases were taken into the room for us.

Shower room/toilet were very small in our studio apartment.

We found the lockbox containing the keys very difficult. I know that it is a common standard type but it is almost impossible to read the numbers in the dark. Maybe ink in the numbers or something so that they can be more easily read in the dark. Or put a light over it.

The apartment was beautiful. It had a high quality finish and was absolutely spotless. We couldn’t fault it at all! The location was brilliant, right in the middle of Harrogate. The beds were so comfy. It was fabulous and we can’t wait to go back!

Great value for money better than a hotel any day of the week due to two large rooms and excellent facilities provided for your it was like home from home would highly recommend you stay here.

I asked for a double bed and two single beds twice. When we got to the apartment it had two double beds, meaning I had to sleep on the sofa as the other bed the female apprentice had to have. As you can imagine that was quite annoying.

The apartments are centrally located and less than 10 minute walk from the train station. Very clean and convenient with anything you could need for a few days stay. Our apartment was right over the main road but the internal glazing system totally blocked the noise. We could not fault anything, highly reccomended.

The heat couldnt cool down and opening the skylight or windows compounded the problem.

Pieces of glass in room on floor on arrival and lots of glass kept appearing from under bed. Think a prior guest broken glass and not told staff. I did mention on leaving and know they will have sorted it though as the lady on reception lovely. No body on rec or contactable via e mail at weekends which would have been helpful.

The only thing that could be improved in my opinion was to have a smart TV , we stayed in one night and I missed Netflix!

I’ve stayed in many, many places and this ranks as one of the best EVER! Excellent location - easy to get around. It was quiet inside the building and the neighborhood which combined with the comfy bed meant great sleep! Kitchenette and LR space were perfect. I used the TV, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, and even washer/dryer. All worked great. I was a little concerned about not having someone to check in with (code for entry, lockbox for room key) but it all went smoothly.

I have no answer for this. It was a great experience.

The directions for check in were very clear and everything went smoothly. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything was just lovely. the location could not be any better.

Very large, comfortable room with everything you would want!

I wasn't sent the door code in advance, and the desk staff had (apparently) gone home...30 minutes before advertised. This led to a 45 minutes goose chase trying to get the door code, which they wouldn't send to me as my personal email address wasn't on the booking (an encrypted email address from Booking.com was) After about 45 minutes, the desk staff came out of their room in the same building to let us in, before then calling her boss to get the door key code.

The double bed was two singles put together - there ended up being a sizeable gab in between. Would be 10/10 if this was an actual double

Very large, clean room, big bed, surprisingly quiet given the location. All the sites, restaurants etc were within a short walking distance.

There is no parking outside, so you need to stop just around the corner to unload. You can then pay to park in the nearby multistorey carpark or free parking about a10 minute walk away.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and perfect for our short stay. The kitchen was small but well equipped, and having oil, tea and coffee provided was a bonus. The toiletries smelt lovely! Instructions for check-in and where to park were very clear, we parked an 8-10 minute walk away and there was plenty of space. The apartment is in a great central location.

The lack of communication from staff was appalling! I’ve never known an accommodation NOT have someone in customer service over a weekend (the busiest time of the week). We had a small issue with our room albeit very inconvenient and I rang the number provided to learn it wasn’t in service on a weekend so I then emailed about the issue. We’re home now and I still haven’t had a response! And yet I’ve had an email sent about checking out and leaving the hotel so the inbox was obviously manned but nobody could be bothered to reply. The room had no TV remote (not sure if this is the same for all rooms or ours was just missing) and the amenities also listed a streaming service like Netflix was available, again this wasn’t available. There was also an awful foisty smell in the bathroom. Very frustrating when you pay good money to stay somewhere and not be able to speak to anyone with an issue!

Great apartment. Really well kitted out kitchen - easy to cook in and all equipment needed. Everything else was spot on and functioned well, including great big shower. Comfy beds. Comfy sofa. Plenty of cushions. Plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby.

We had a bad smell coming from the bathroom (drains) it stayed for about 2hrs then seemed to go. The smell wasn't very pleasant.

The studio apartment was perfect. Beautifully clean with everything needed for a short stay. Great value for money, fantastic location, would definitely book again if the price was as competitive.

Nothing really - if we wanted to be really fussy, a pint of milk in the fridge and something to pad the gap between the single beds when pushed together but seriously these were not deal breakers and certainly shouldn't deter anyone from staying. Although there is no parking on site, there is free parking just a 10 min walk away.

So convenient for Convention centre and town. Very pleasant apartment.

Our experience of HLA was very good. Clear notes were provided by email by Sarah prior to our arrival. The entrance from the street was quite smart as was the entrance lobby. The room was modern , clean and adequate although it has to be said, in our room the shower area was a little tight.

No topics on this subject .. all was well.

The staff were friendly welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was central and we were able to access free parking easily. The apartment was clean, light and airy the only thing that would have been useful were measuring spoons as I did cook while there.
