La ubicación es excelente. Asimismo, la atención del personal fue muy buena, respetuosa. De igual manera, llegamos super temprano del aeropuerto (9:00Am), y nos recibieron a esa hora, la habitación estaba lista y pudimos hacer el checking sin ningún costo adicional. Igualmente, habíamos reservado una habitación con baño compartido, y al llegar con nuestra hija, amablemente nos ofrecieron una habitación con baño privado sin costo adicional. Eso fue muy amable de su parte.

En la época en que fuimos, hacía mucho calor, y el ventilador no era suficiente para mantenernos frescos.

Bedbugs were in the room! My friend and I got bitten. There was so much noise at night that we could not sleep, like someone was moving the furniture or something… also we could hear all the noise and cars from the street.

Everything else. When we arrived we noticed that in the hall of the building there was vomit, we hoped it would get cleaned the next day, but it was there up until our last day (3 days later); I get that the hotel is not responsible of the whole building since they only own 2 stories, but they should be interested in making their guests’ stay as good as possible, and trust me that seeing that every time you got in or out was not pleasant. Secondly we knew that the rooms were small and that there wasn’t AIR CONDITIONING, but the ventilator that was in our room didn’t work properly: it barely made the air move and it felt like an oven, the first night I did not sleep. It was awful because when it gets so hot it ruins your whole trip, so I suggest to not pick this hotel if you are going in summer. The cleaning lady DID NOT clean our room, she only came in once a day to change our towels, but didn’t do the bed nor swept the floor, there were so many hairs on the ground I can’t even describe. You can hear everything from the other rooms or every time someone crosses the corridor, but the noise is the minor problem. Stay was awful, I’m usually someone who adapts very easily and doesn’t complain a lot, but this time it was too many things combined and I can’t oversee it.

Very good location, right next to the main train station. Close transport links for buses, trains, metro and trams. Accommodating staff with late arrival for check-in. Good WiFi connection throughout room. Fan provided.

Areas felt unclean, the shower area had tiles which had large amounts of brown “stains” on them, empty shower gel packets were present in the shower prior to checkin. Shocking water pressure, barely got any water pressure when using warm water. The toilet was questionable attached to the wall, looked like it had been pulled off and just reattached. Bathroom was VERY small. Had issues having enough room to dry off after showering. Mattress very firm.

Very very close to Roma Termini. The Room was perfect once it was changed from the previous room. Lots of restaurants and a convenience shop right in front of the Hotel for drinks and maybe a small snack.

At first we didn't like the room we were in and what we had booked. With the heat wave in Rome there wasn't any A/C in our room, we just had a fan only. We spoke to the Hotel and they upgraded us to a room with an A/C and a Fridge at no extra cost which was appreciated a lot!!

It was clean and simple to check in. Staff were helpful.

Advertised as having air conditioning however when we arrived there was only 2 fans (one didn’t work) which did not cool down the room at all. We were sweating most of the time and it was generally hotter inside our room than the outside temperature.

Beware of the rooms with no AC. I lasted about 2 hours here before I had to check out and find new accommodation with AC. It’s ridiculous for an accommodation provider to offer a room with no AC in summer, especially when it’s 38 degrees outside during a heatwave. With no staff member onsite to talk to about the situation and after I had already checked myself out, an offer was made to move me but it was too late. Be careful they won’t even entertain the idea of a partial refund.

Objet : Réclamation concernant mon séjour à Rome – Logement non conforme à l’annonce Madame, Monsieur, Je souhaite déposer une réclamation concernant mon séjour dans un logement réservé via votre plateforme à Rome pour une durée de trois nuits. Malheureusement, cette expérience a été très décevante en raison de nombreux dysfonctionnements et d’un logement qui ne correspondait pas à la description de l’annonce. Je suis en mesure de fournir des photographies à l’appui de chacun des problèmes évoqués ci-dessous. Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi aux alentours de 20 h. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été confrontés à un premier problème : le hall d’entrée était encombré de nombreuses poubelles et une forte odeur nauséabonde y régnait, ce qui donnait immédiatement une très mauvaise première impression. En entrant dans la chambre, nous avons constaté qu’il n’y avait aucune climatisation, contrairement à ce que nous pouvions légitimement attendre. Seul un ventilateur était mis à disposition, mais celui-ci était extrêmement bruyant, au point de rendre le sommeil très difficile. La salle de bain était également très loin de correspondre aux photos de l’annonce. La douche présentait de la rouille à plusieurs endroits, le rideau de douche était totalement inadapté et n’empêchait pas l’eau de se répandre dans toute la pièce. De plus, la cabine était si exiguë qu’il était presque impossible de se doucher confortablement sans se cogner contre les parois. Un autre problème majeur concernait les toilettes : la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas correctement pendant le séjour. Pour un séjour de trois nuits, cette situation est particulièrement inacceptable. De plus, il n’y avait personne à l’accueil afin de signaler ce dysfonctionnement ou de demander une intervention. Enfin, chaque fois que nous allumions la lumière de la salle de bain, un bruit permanent et particulièrement dérangeant se déclenchait, rendant l’utilisation de cette pièce très désagréable.

Nos dejaron un ventilador en la habitación nuevo y potente. Lo malo es que incluso al mínimo hacía un ruido infernal, y hacía falta para dormir ya que estábamos en ola de calor. Comuniqué al hotel el problema del ruido y se limitaron a decirme que el ventilador funcionaba y no sabian como ayudarme. Lo lógico hubiera sido que hubiesen invertido un poco más en los ventiladores y pusieran algo más silencioso. Por otro lado en el cable dónde cuelga la lámpara estaba lleno de polvo. Supongo que solo limpiarán la parte de abajo,que si estaba limpia.

La ubicación, se encuentra muy cerca de la estación y del metro, con lo que resulta súper cómodo para desplazarte por la ciudad. El resto, está bien, sin más. El personal es muy atento y en general, aunque lo vimos poco, el trato bastante bueno.

No tienen aire acondicionado, que en Roma en determinadas fechas, es imprescindible.

Location was close to some decent eating spots and the big sell was that it was close to the metro lines and train station. This made getting around the city really easy.

A pochi passi dalla stazione termini, sicuramente posizione molto vantaggiosa. Staff molto cordiale e predisposto a risolvere qualsiasi dubbio o problema. Letti abbastanza comodi. Wi-fi presente e ben funzionante

Il bagno, che era in comune per la soluzione scelta (ci sono anche stanze con bagni privati), non era messo benissimo anche se comunque abbastanza pulito. Anche la stanza forse necessita di un pochino di manutenzione ma rapportandola al prezzo pagato era coerente

It was a great location, lots of cafes and restaurants near-by, 20 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and the colosseum. As a solo female, I felt safe, however I did not go out in the dark so I can’t comment on what it’s like past 8pm. It is close to Roma termini, which I was apprehensive about after seeing negative reviews but this hotel isn’t located on the side that is typically referred to as ‘unsafe’. It is also close to a bus station and supermarket. There is also a water refill a short walk away which offers cold still or sparkling water. It is also close to the University with a safe walk there and back if this is a journey you need. I was a bit anxious beforehand due to the lack of response to my email queries, but the day before check in they contacted me to confirm my check in, and they also took my number to WhatsApp me. They sent detailed check in instructions with pictures and videos included so it was a breeze. They responded fast to WhatsApp’s and emails at this time too. The cleaning staff were lovely and I liked having fresh towels and my bed made and freshened up each day. I would stay here again, it was great value for money, especially when considering how expensive other hotels in the same area are! The hotel room was basic, but it was expected so I don’t see this as an issue. There was a powerful fan in the room which did drown out all outside noise, I think without this there could’ve been some noise issues as I could hear people from other rooms once I turned the fan off. The shower was nice and powerful, and heated up quickly!

There wasn’t anything I was unhappy with. The rooms could use a freshen up with the paint; but that’s just superficial, I had no real issues.

The shared bathroom wasn’t great but was ok for the price. Someone kept coming into our room at like 9:30 in the morning and then being like oops and leaving. Was a little bit strange that she had access to our room.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve experienced. Taking a shower was a challenge because the bathroom was ridiculously small. To make matters worse, the ventilation fan didn’t work at all, leaving the bathroom humid, stuffy, and smelling unpleasant. Flushing the toilet was another frustration, as it barely functioned properly. Basic facilities that should work without issue simply didn’t. I specifically booked a room with a double bed, but what I got was two single beds pushed together. They kept sliding apart during the night, making it uncomfortable to sleep and completely defeating the purpose of requesting a double bed. Getting any rest was nearly impossible. The noise from outside was constant, and even with the windows fully closed, it still sounded as if they were open. The lack of sound insulation was unacceptable. For the price paid, this level of comfort and maintenance is simply unacceptable. The room failed to meet even the most basic standards, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.
