Porto Sea Apartments

Comfortable apartment with a great view of the beach. Easy access to groceries and transit. 30 minute bus ride into downtown Porto. On the Camino Portuguese coastal route, so able to walk along the river to the apartment and then continue the Camino from there. Host was very attentive and provided assistance when needed.

Perfect location,. Basically on the beach, great views,10 min to downtown, lots of restaurants in the area, very good supermarket across the street, all bus lines, Uber, bolt, Sea world....and the list goes on.

Fomos muito bem recebidos com extrema educação e gentileza, o apartamento está muito bem localizado, tinha 2 banheiros o que facilita bastante para famílias

La situación (bien comunicado con Oporto y dispones muy cerca de restaurantes, cafeterías, super) y la atención de la anfitriona. Amable y atenta a cualquier necesidad y, facilitando entrada y salida.

Everything was great, I was very very satisfied. Bozena is such a nice and helpful lady, this accommodation meets all of my expectations. I cannot wait to get back there soon.

Ubytování má skvělou polohu, je přímo na pláži. Paní Božena, která nemovitost pronajímá, je skvělá, ochotná, nápomocná. Po příjezdu přinesla dětem malé občerstvení, půjčila nám veškeré vybavení na pláž a dala spoustu rad co vidět, kam se vydat.

Všechno bylo v pořádku. Apartmán je vybavený jednoduše, ale je tam vše potřebné a především je tam čisto.

Uma maravilhosa vista para a praia, muito boas comodidades e conforto, sentimo-nos como estando em nossa casa e principalmente fomos muito bem acolhidos pela nossa anfitriã , muito simpática,Sra. Bozena sempre disponível para o que necessitamos.

Alles🙏 super lage und blick aufs meer, direkt am strand und sehr schnell mit dem 500 -er bus in der stadt💪 bozena ist eftrem zuvorkommend und mega herzlich und sehr angagiert💪

Skvěly byl servis hostitelky paní Boženy. Byla velmi vřelá, dala nám mnoho tipů na výlety a nákupy a domluvila dobrou cenu v surfařske škole, ktera je přimo v přízemi domu. V byte, az na nejake drobne detaily, vše fungovalo jak mělo. Úzasný byl velky prostor bytu a především výhled na oceán.

Vlastně nic.

L'hôte est très serviable et sympathique ! Elle nous a fourni tout plein d'informations pour découvrir Mathoshinos et Porto. Elle est attentionnée pour ses locataires et leur réserve des petites surprises. La vue mer est exceptionnelle depuis l'appartement. Le logement dispose aussi d'une place de parking dans un garage sécurisé. Excellent emplacement, l'arrêt du bus 500 qui part pour le centre-ville est situé à côté de l'immeuble.

Le ménage a été fait, mais certains éléments n'étaient pas très propres (couverts sales, un peu de sable sous les draps, petit bout de verre au sol, poussière derrière le lit...)

Nach der Schlüsselübergabe haben wir neben Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl auch noch Strandspielsachen für unsere Kinder erhalten. Per WhatsApp wurden uns viele Ausflugsziele und Restaurants empfohlen. Täglich wurde nachgefragt, ob wir noch etwas brauchen.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können keine negativen Punkte aufzählen.

l’appartement est beau, propre, bien équipé avec une superbe vue directe sur l’océan une jolie petite terrasse avec une table et fauteuils permet de profiter des le matin d’une vue incroyable la propriétaire est fantastique, aux petits soins et très attentionnée. Wszystko było super!!

Accueillis par un couple très sympathique et très serviable (une fois nous avons laissé les clés à l’intérieur, sur un simple coup de fil ils sont venus ouvrir dans les 5 minutes et avec un grand sourire) nous avons pu nous installer dans ce très bel appartement après avoir garé notre véhicule au sous-sol de l’immeuble. L’appartement est grand, confortable et très bien situé face à la grande plage de Matosinhos que nous pouvions contempler depuis le balcon du séjour. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucune réserve. Fabienne et Joël

Het uitzicht is fantastisch, direct op zee en de boulevard. Ruim appartement op de negende verdieping met twee badkamers en parkeergelegenheid. Gastvrouw zorgde voor alles wat je nodig hebt. Locatie was geweldig: aan het strand, bus naar het centrum van Porto voor de deur, leuke strandtentjes, groot en mooi park.

Het interieur was hier en daar toe aan vernieuwing. Maar dat was niet heel storend.

La vue exceptionnelle de l'appartement, la mer le soleil la grandeur aussi. Et surtout l'accueil, une personne à l'écoute ,toujours souriante ,toujours disponible si besoin de quelque chose. Petit cadeau de bienvenue. Je recommande absolument.

La ubicación y la disponibilidad y atención de la dueña. Pendiente todos los días de nuestras necesidades y dándonos consejos y sugerencias. El apartamento está en el mismo paseo marítimo con vistas espectaculares. Tal y como se ve en las fotos.

La situation géographique

A localização é maravilhosa. A vista pro mar, incrível. A senhora Bozena, anfitriã, é um amor de pessoa. Gostei muito dela e ela nos fez sentir muito à vontade, ela é muito atenciosa.

Pensei que o apartamento que eu reservei tinha banheira na casa de banho. Mas nada a apontar.

Enkratna lokacija. Pogled na morje in promenado. V bližini mnogo prijetnih lokalov. Možnost najema desk za shranjevanje na valovih. Stanovanje je Duplek in je primerno za večjo družbo.

Bozena communicated well with us prior to arrival and during the stay. Location was good, overlooking the beach. Supermarket across the road which was a bonus. plenty of local food outlets and general shops. Bus and Metro to Porto easy to access.

Fridge leaked water. Pigeons had nested on the main balcony

Apartamento grande y muy bien equipado, con unas vistas increíbles, y una propietaria super amable. Parking privado.

Creo que está un poco antiguo y sería aún más increíble con una renovación. El calentador de agua no funciona muy bien. En todo caso, decir que la propietaria, amabilísima, estuvo siempre disponible para subsanar cualquier deficiencia.

sehr gut gelegene Wohnung, direkt am Strand. In der Nähe viele Restaurants (Casa Serrao), großer Supermarkt "Pingo doce", wo man auch mal schnell und günstig Frühstücken kann. Bus/Metrostation und Hop on/off Buslinie gleich in der Nähe. Schöner großer Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Parkgarage direkt unter dem Gebäude. gute Verbindung nach Porto und günstiger

Spacious, top floor 3 bedroom apartment in a great location with great sea views and with a wonderful owner, Bozena, who goes above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. Cross the road and you are on the beach. Ideal for those who want some down time but visit Porto too. Foz do Douro is worth visiting close by either by taxi or walk along the coastline (about 2.5 miles). Porto is a 25 minute taxi ride away. Ubers are much cheaper than in the UK. Secure parking space under apartment block if you have a car. Excellent supermarket (Pingo Doce) just a minute's walk away. Many very good restaurants within 10 minute walk. All types of cuisine.

Some parts of the apartment could do with a refresh/TLC. Pigeons on the Living room balcony do make some mess. Owner did offer to get them removed but as there was a squab that couldn't yet fly, we were happy to live beside them.

Lack of balcony

Il y a une superbe vue du balcon par contre les pigeons sont très présents. C’est tout près de la plage et de l’arrêt de bus pour Porto. L’hôte est très sympathique et très accueillante!

Par contre L’appartement n’est pas tel que les photos, aucune déco et très froid comme ambiance. Il y a également beaucoup de mauvaises odeurs…

The host/owner was like a best friend and very helpful. This a great location for relaxing at the beach and enjoying fresh seafood. There is a wonderful grocery store with anything you would need across the street. The sunset and view was amazing.

A few things were in ill repair and the host fixed them promptly. No complaints!

Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer und Balkon sind zusammengewürfelt und vor allem die Balkonmöbel sind nicht schön, Sitzauflagen schimmelig- kann man wegnehmen. Der Tisch ist aus zwei sehr alten Hockern mit einer Marmorplatte zu niedrig und nicht schön, zwei unterschiedliche Stuhlarten, die weißen sind unschön. Insgesamt zusammengewürfelte Möbel- nicht schlimm, aber eben nicht schön

Gostei da vista, da localização, perto de tudo, transportes ,supermercado e praia.A proprietária muito simpatica e atenciosa.Foi bom ter ar-condicionado, devido ao calor. As camas até eram confortáveis, o apartamento em si até era mais ou menos razoável, mas..........

Mas...... pelo preço que foi pago devia estar em melhor condições, em questão das varandas que não se podia ir devido a sujeita das pombas e as cadeiras deviam ser substituídas por outras novas, já continha muita ferrugem. As tv,s falhavam muito e tinha ocasiões não conseguiamos ver os canais que queriamos, os ropeiros deviam ter uma parte com gavetas para arrumar alguma roupa, pois a função que tem era razoável. O apartamento devia fazer uma pequena renovação para ficar 4 a 5 estrelas. E fornecer o que está na publicação, gel ou sabão para lavar as mãos, PS3 também não se encontrava no apartamento. Isso é o de menos. Mas disso tudo e mais algumas coisas até correu bem .

Beautiful apartment with breathtaking view , very good location next to the beach and just cross the road from a supermarket. About 20-25 minutes takes to reach Porto by taxi. Our host Bozena was very welcoming and special thank you for wine and a beach umbrella. Bikes big plus too

Friendly host who met us on arrival and showed us around the building and apartment. Beach view. Great location (we didn’t want to stay in Porto proper (we preferred by the ocean) but Porto was only a 20-30 min drive away, so very convenient. Loved the Italian ice cream place downstairs and the beach walk a stone throw away.

Going through the garage in some cases to get to the apartment was a bit gloomy. We much preferred the main entrance (to the beach and stores).
