Nơi ở rất tuyệt vời, Khách sạn phía trước là trạm xe buýt tiện di chuyển tham quan khắp nơi. Mình thích các món ăn nhà hàng đều làm tại chổ như mì tươi, quẩy, bánh.... bếp trưởng giám sát rất chặc chẽ. không gian thoáng, sang trọng là lịch sự. Phòng ở rộng rãi sạn trọng sạch đẹp

The hotel located at a strategic location. It is conveniently to the nearby attractions. Loved morning breakfast on 26th floor. It had nice sea view and variety of food.

Sea facing, proximity to seaside,comfort bed,buffet food,cleanliness,etc...

I had booked a deluxe ocean-view room, and the hotel, in accordance with my request, carefully arranged a room on a high floor for me. When I woke up in the morning and opened the window, my eyes were greeted with a breathtaking sight. The vast expanse of the ocean lay before me in all its glory, with the horizon where the sea meets the sky presenting a magnificent view. This splendid scenery set a wonderful tone for the new day, and such an exceptional view greatly enhanced the comfort and pleasure of my stay. The hotel staff demonstrated professional and high-quality service qualities. From the check-in process to daily services, every detail was attended to with meticulous care, and the services were efficient and thoughtful. This fully reflected the hotel's respect and care for its guests. Based on this remarkable stay experience, I am certain that if I have relevant needs in the future, I will firmly choose your hotel again. Finally, I sincerely thank May for the assistance she provided during my stay. Her enthusiasm and professionalism added a great deal of convenience to my time here.

I had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel restaurant, thanks to our waitress, Flora. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome.

Flora is a very very professional member of the lounge staff, she possesses a wonderful attitude to the care and attention of whoever passes through the hotel. An asset to the Hilton.

朝食が美味しかったです。立地もよく、張裕酒文化博物館・煙台芝罘万達広場・朝阳街步行街から近かった。

The freshness of the breakfast and the choices that can be made. No dish last long to simmer and would be replaces by the staff. As said all fresh and fantastic choice.

There was nothing to dislike. Friendly staff, good service where required. For me the location was highly convinient and nice for a evening straw.

체크인시 보증금 3000위안을 결재하고 체크아웃할때 숙소비를 따로결재하셔서 보증금 취소는 왜안해주냐고 하니 대화가 잘통하지않고 영어하는친구 중국친구까지 통화를 해줬는데도 그친구들도 그들이 해주는 설명을 이해하지 못했다 세직원 모두 통화시 퉁명스러웠고 불친절했다 결국 시원한답변을 듣지 못한채 AI질문을 통해 보증금가승인이라는 시원한 답변을 들을수 있었다 그들은 퉁명스러웠고 전혀 웃지않고 친절하지 않았다

The sea views from the hotel are simply amazing! The stunning vistas from the room made my stay so much more enjoyable. Truly impressive! I wanted to specially commend Sally at the front desk for her fantastic service during my stay. Her warm welcome, quick check-in, and helpful attitude made my visit much more enjoyable. Kyrie helped me book a taxi for the next day. He listened to me and helped me thoroughly while using a translation app. A hardworking young man. Receptionist thought I was Korean at first, and as soon as he found out I was Japanese, he suddenly changed his attitude and became very friendly. That’s not good. I picked this hotel because it said it had an airport shuttle so I contacted them but they did not answer my text so I had to take a taxi to the hotel. But the breakfast, location, price, and the bath was very good, I definitely want to come back again.

Beautifully presented room, friendly staff, great buffet breakfast included in the stay. I didnt use the exclusive Executive lounge - but will try another time. Short stroll to the ocean.

Missed an item on my food order, because I dont speak Chinese I didnt want to make a fuss.

시내 위치해있어서 관광지 근처여서 걸어서 갈 수 있어 좋았어요 연태 여행 오신거라면 위치로 봐도 힐튼 연태 좋습니다 고층이라 뷰도 정말 멋있었고 조식도 종류 많아요 피트니스도 24시여서 출장자들, 여행객들 모두에게 다 좋을 것 같습니다

Very good service and nice staff.

The staff were absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived (via taxi) with the doormen / security chaps assisting with our luggage and escorting us to the elevators. Our room (suite) with sea view again, wonderful and with additional purchases (food / drinks) our stay was thoroughly enjoyed by my wife and two children. In addition, we all loved our breakfasts with a wide range of choices.

I have no comment regarding dislikes.

In general the room is good the bed is comfortable. The facilities are nice.... The location is close to the beach and not far away from the old city.

I asked for a pickup from the airport and I got refused twice.... I was in shock that this is Hilton service. The shower didn't had curtain of any kind and the water just flooded the all floor.

I brought my parents to Yantai for a family weekend getaway in October and our stay at Hilton Yantai was exceptional. As a long-time Hilton gold member with stays across the world, I can confidently say this hotel ranks at the top of my list. We initially chose it for its prime location and beautiful views of Yantai Mountain and the Yellow Sea, but what truly impressed me was their friendly and attentive staff who are always ready to help out, not to mention its excellent variety of breakfast selection and a fully equipped gym&pool. A special shoutout to the front desk manager, Amanda Liu 彤彤, who welcomed us warmly and made our check-in smooth and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again when returning to Yantai.

There was big group on 1st morning, queue for breakfast and food choices limited just after 8am.

Breakfast is average and limited choice. Food are repeated the same compared last year and this year that I had visited. Would be nice if there is a lounge for foreigners or higher class areas for higher tier rooms to enjoy better food.

Their dedication to ensuring a memorable stay was evident in every interaction. In addition to its remarkable features, I was thrilled to discover that Hilton Yantai was conveniently situated in front of the beach and just a stone's throw away from the charming historical town. One pleasant surprise was the hotel's internet services, which allowed seamless access to websites outside of China. This was a massive relief for me as a traveler, as it meant I could easily stay connected and efficiently manage my work. One aspect that truly impressed me was the breakfast and lounge team's attention to detail and care. As someone with nut allergies, I was delighted that they took my dietary needs seriously and ensured a safe and enjoyable dining experience. Their excellent care and consideration were genuinely commendable. The hotel's beauty and the city's historical charm created a memorable experience I will cherish for years. Rooms are too Dark, Bed was making noise, Towels are old. Bath Rob was teared off. Food was not good as well.
