Location near the mall, clean nice room and staff kindness

Weak WiFi

Staffs are extremely helpful and friendly

Overall i feel Pullman is really a great hotel. However i encountered two incidents that i really don’t like First, people smoked near the elevator or in the room. Quite smelly. Although the staff said they checked it asap and it was ok when I return to the room after few hours, it does mean the hotel did not reinforce this very seriously Second, during the breakfast, the cook are really unprofessional. I ordered the omelette at the first one and then few ladies ordered it after me. After half an hour I didn’t get any and all others were served. When I went to ask about it, the newly cooked one was given to another but not me.

room was spacious, clean and the bed also very comfortable. I was there only for an overnight transit before continuing my journey. So, a comfortable bed and clean room are really important for me.

This is 5-star hotel where I saw quite number of expats stay here but the staff's ability to speak English is below average. Even at the front office they have a bit difficulty to communicate in English and has to use translator. I ordered a steak that wasn't cheap and it came as a piece of meat without any side dishes, I don't bother to complain as the staff who took my order could not understand me either, so I just leave it as I need to rest early.

Convenient of New and Old City.

Breakfast was very good

Room was too hot at night

Super confortable room !! We loved the bathroom, the bed linen, the shower... ! The breakfast choice is huge !

It’s a bit annoying to have to take two elevators to get to the room. There was no tea or coffee, and no bathrobe provided. We had to pay a deposit. At reception, the staff’s English was sometimes very limited or nonexistent. The coffee machine instructions were only in Chinese. The hotel is very far from the airport : we paid 200 yuan for the taxi.

The view room and breakfast.

Un vero Hotel 5 stelle

Clean , staff, food, just everything

Nothing

Luxury of Lobby, corridors, rooms and all amazing finishes as well as the great location of the hotel with an access to one of the beautiful shopping malls which is a Wanda mall especially for those who want to buy local brands in addition to some international ones

The gym machine variety that needs to be extended although that might be difficult due to the congested or small size of the gym

Big clean rooms, great view of the old and new city as well as the bay, perfect location mext to the old walled city and the mall, great service. Thanks for the experience
