Hervorragende Lage, um in Zell am See von der Bushalestation über die Lifte bis hin zum Ortszentrum mit all den Lokalen und der See promenade alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Gastfreundschaft der Hotelbetreiber war sehr groß, das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück war sehr gut, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Everything was great!

I did gave 9 instead of 10 because of breakfast. We came to breakfast at 9.30 am and everything was almost empty, specially cheese corner. As someone who doesn't eat any salami, that was a problem. Also there's a lot of vegan options now, so I was expecting some of those products in the offer (such as hummus, vegetables spread, vegan salami).

- Although I have mentioned that we are 2 adults and 1 infant , I was asked to pay 25 euro per night for the crib, it should’ve been inclusive like other hotels, otherwise don’t accept my request - no air conditioning

فندق جميل جداً في وسط زيلامسي، وقريب جداً من السنتر (5 دقائق مشي)، ومن بحيرة زيلامسي (النافورة ومحطة قارب البحيرة) (11 دقيقة مشي)، وجنب الفندق فيه محطة تلفريك يطلعك لقمة جبل فيه بحيرة صغيرة كمان. وفيه مواقف مجانية تحت الفندق.الغرفة كانت شرحة ونظيفة، والسرير والمخدات نظيفة ومريحة، والحمام حجمه مناسب جداً وفيه الحاجات الأساسية، والغرفة فيها غلاية وثلاجة وشاشة فيها القنوات النمساوية والألمانية وغيرها، ما فيه مكيف (بس ما احتجته عشان الجو كان بارد في الليل)، والمنظر من الشرفة على بحيرة زيلامسي كانت جميلة جداً. والافطار كان جيد فيه معجنات ومخبوزات وأجبان ومربيات وجهاز لعمل الوافل، وكمان فيه موظفة عربية في المطعم قدمت لنا افطار عربي (شكشوكة وفلافل وحمص ولبنة)، والسيدة صاحبة الفندق وزوجها والموظفين كانو محترمين ومتعاونين معانا وتعاملهم راقي جداً.

رائحة روث البقر اللي يستخدموه كسماد للزرع والزهور خرب الجلسة في الشرفة، الفندق في مرتفع خفيف بس مع الوقت رح تتعود وترفع من لياقتك البدنية. بشكل عام انصح بالفندق بقوة كموقع وخدمة.

موقع الفندق جيد قريب من السنتر حوالى 5 دقائق سيراً على الاقدام ، قريب من محطة الباص ، هدوء المكان ، قريب من التليفريك ، الفندق يوفر البطاقة الصيفيه ، وجود شطاف فالحمام

Empfang war sehr herzlich, Personal sehr höflich und freundlich, Frühstück sehr gut, Wellness Bereich mit Pool/Sauna/Dampfbad sehr angenehm und auch Zimmer + Balkon sehr sauber und gemütlich. Super Lage direkt neben Lift und auch sonst Lokale/Geschäfte gut zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Komme gerne wieder ;-)

One of the best places I've ever visited! Room very clean and comfy with all necessary amenities, fantastic view and I loved flowers on the balcony! :) Additional plus for place to sit at the window, you don't see that often in Europe. :) Staff really amazing and helpful every time, I felt welcomed and not like another customer. Breakfast tasty with a lot of options, swimming pool nice and clean! Place where I definitely come back, hopefully very soon :)

I loved everything about this property, from the warm welcome by the hosts, Elisabeth explained everything for me to maximise the time. The room was comfortable with a modern bathroom. My room had a lovely balcony with lake views which was so relaxing to sit and enjoy. The breakfast was plentiful and the service offered was warm and friendly. A nice pool and sauna area, a good way to unwind after a busy day sightseeing. A great location too, walkable to all parts of town. I stayed in summer but would love to come back in winter given the ski lift proximity.

Breakfast was not good. I stayed for 3 days. I tried it only once and too days was outside because I didn’t like it. The are not providing slippers.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is run by a very friendly and welcoming family, which gave the place a nice and personal atmosphere. One of the best memories was watching one of the World Cup football matches together with the hotel family and other guests. It was a really nice experience. Breakfast was very good, around 8/10, and the location is great. They also provide pickup and drop-off from the train station, which was very convenient for us. They even have room with Shattaf in the toilet ;) Definitely one of my favorite hotels from the trip.

We had an amazing stay at Sporthotel Alpin from the moment we arrived until the second we left. Elisabeth & Stefan do a phenomenal job keeping guests happy - every single detail is thoughtfully taken care of. ​A huge bonus is the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card provided by the hotel, which saved us a ton of money on local transport, lifts, and attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat!

Perfect location, extremely helpful staff, clean and great breakfast

We could stay only for two nights

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The location is excellent, and once you arrive, there's no need to use your car. Bus 660 to Kaprun and bus 71 to the Schmittenhöhebahn stop just nearby. There's free parking at the property, and the town centre is only a 5-minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. A great bonus is the Summer Card, which is included with your stay. It provides free access to many cable cars in the region, saving you a significant amount of money

The only downside was that the room became quite warm when the outside temperature exceeded 33C. Fortunately, there was a fan in the room, which helped a little.

Schon bei der Ankunft wurde ich herzlich empfangen. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts war das gesamte Team außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und authentisch herzlich. In anderen Bewertungen wurde die Freundlichkeit des Personals bereits häufig gelobt – und ich kann das aus voller Überzeugung bestätigen. Man fühlt sich nicht einfach nur als Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen. Mein Zimmer mit Balkon und dem traumhaften Blick auf den Zeller See war ein echtes Highlight. Gerade morgens und abends war dieser Ausblick etwas ganz Besonderes. Auch das Frühstück hat mich jeden Tag begeistert – eine große Auswahl, frische Produkte und alles, was man für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag braucht. Den Wellnessbereich habe ich zwar nicht genutzt, da ich die Zeit lieber in den Bergen und rund um den See verbracht habe. Dafür war das Sporthotel Alpin der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Dieser Urlaub war für mich aus persönlichen Gründen etwas Besonderes. Nach einer herausfordernden Zeit hat mir das Sporthotel Alpin einen wunderbaren Start in meinen Roadtrip ermöglicht. Dafür bin ich dem gesamten Team sehr dankbar.

Es gibt für mich nichts, was ich kritisieren könnte. Wenn überhaupt, dann nur, dass es schwer werden wird, den Aufenthalt im weiteren Verlauf meines Roadtrips noch zu übertreffen.

Prima Hotel incl ontbijt. Vooraf al contact gehad via WhatsApp voor het inchecken en verwachte aankomsttijd, reageert super snel. Warme ontvangst door eigenaar en personeel op dag van aankomst. Duidelijke uitleg wat er te beleven valt in de buurt. Zeker met de summercard is dit een perfect hotel als uitvalsbasis voor vele leuke activiteiten. Ontbijt is prima waarbij de ei-gerechten naar wens worden gemaakt en aan tafel worden geserveerd. Wij hebben daar een prima tijd gehad.

Die Lage war sehr nah am Zentrum und man konnte es zu Fuß leicht erreichen. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Was uns sehr gefallen hat war das Personal, alle super nett und zuvorkommend!

Hôtel moderne bien situé à proximité du télécabine et du centre ville, accessible facilement en voiture ; grande chambre tout confort, grand lit confortable, salle de bain fonctionnelle ; petit déjeuner bon et très complet ; personnel efficace et aimable mais faisant plus penser à une résidence hôtelière .

Les rideaux sont peu occultants: c’est clair à partir de 5h30 et grand soleil à 7h. Piscine moyenne , spa mal conçu et daté: solarium mal orienté, salle de repos borgne ,mitigeurs et douches entartrés, il faut demander à la réception pour mettre en service le sauna ou le hammam.

Everything. Extremely friendly hospitable hosts, convenience to cable car, good restaurants and the best breakfast spread we had during our stay in Europe. The summer card inclusion is fantastic and makes the (relatively high) accommodation price worth it.

Een hotel met een ziel. Het personeel doet er alles aan om het je volledig naar je zin te maken. Wij hadden bijvoorbeeld een kamer zonder balkon, terwijl we dat wel graag wilden. Dit werd direct geregeld.

Eigenlijk is er niets dat ontbreekt. De dagen dat wij er waren was het echter extreem warm tot 35 graden, dan zou een airconditioning wel erg lekker zijn. Maar het hotel heeft wel gezorgd voor een ventilator.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Elisabeth und Stefan, sehr familiär und extrem hilfsbereit und bedauern, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Das Frühstück ist außerordentlich, es lässt keine Wünsche offen/erfüllt Wünsche, die man noch gar nicht ahnen konnte. Wir haben die Zell am See Summercard genutzt, um zum Kitzsteinhorn zu fahren, was ein beeindruckendes Highlight war. Zell am See ist eine abwechslungsreiche Stadt an einem tollen See. Vielen Dank für das schöne Erlebnis.

The hotel was in a superb position with lake views. The reception area and staff were very welcoming and couldn’t help you enough. The breakfast was excellent as was the tea making facility in the room. I would thoroughly recommend. The resort of Zell is also superb.

A very small criticism would be that the towels are on the thin side. I expect this facilitates laundering.

One of the very best hotels I have stayed in! The location of the property, room size and amenities, fabulous breakfast buffet, exceptional owners/property managers who are on site, have years of experience, and commincate clearly and promptly, and the inclusion of the Zell am See- Kaprun Summer Card.

Home away from home - the living room is perfect for kids, location could not be better, breakfast is incredible and the staff truly makes you feel at home

Das gesamte Personal inkl. Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Schikarten konnte ich an der Rezeption gleich bekommen. Nachdem wir nicht genau wussten, wo der Snowboardkurs unserer Tochter stattfindet, hat uns der Chef mit seinem Bus gleich dorthin gefahren. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Gondelstation ist vor der Haustür und am Abend die Ski vorm Hotel abschnallen. Das Hotel würde ich gleich wieder buchen :-)

This was a really nice place to stay. The breakfast was great, very clean, the staff very friendly & it's at a great location with just a short walk to the town centre and located next to the city express ski lift.

I can't think of any negatives. If I come back to Zell am see, I'll probably stay here again.

Property was in the perfect location. Right next to the gondola up the mountain but also only a block away from restaurants and bars. The owners and their staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with setting up reservations. The sauna was a welcome treat after a day of skiing.

From the time we arrived to the time we left it was just amazing. The owners Elizabeth and Stefan were so so friendly and hands on. They went out of their way to make a difference and enhance our trip. Lilly and Agnes from the restaurant and bar were also fantastic. It was spotlessly clean. Poor and Sauna were awesome. Ski in and location right on slopes by the ski lift is so convenient. I would not stay anywhere else but here .

I have stayed in many great hotels. Alpin sporthotel is now #1 on my list. I’ve never experienced hotel pride and customer service to this level. Elizabeth and Stephan go above and beyond in their attention to customer service and satisfaction. This husband and wife team, supported by a great staff, made a short 3 day ski holiday the best it could be. They were so helpful regarding ski suggestions and hikes for my non-skiing friend. Perfect location, right beside the Gondola. Close to restaurants. Very clean. Bedrooms were very modern. The staff were the highlight! Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic hotel. Would highly recommend. The SPA was great too, nothing like a nice hot sauna after a day skiing in the freezing cold.
