The property was a hidden gem! Such a beautiful interior. We stayed in the Beatrice suite and the decor was splendid - a mix of 16th century splendour with modern. The staff were always smiling and ready to help and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the early evening where we could meet and chat with some of the other guests. The location couldn’t be faulted- you step outside and The Spanish Steps can be seen just at the end of the street! We will definitely be returning - it is our favourite hotel in Rome!

Large room….very nice sitting room with lots of books about Rome. The lovely addition of an aperitif in the evening where you can meet other guests (or not)! Adorable front desk girl….so friendly and helpful and always with a huge smile. Fantastic location.

I love everything! Hands down! The best place to stay! You literally feel like home, but very beautiful and luxurious palazzo home from 15th century. The atmosphere, the interior, the location, the stuff-everything just great. Also, it is in a very big street but because it has an inner yard, it is very VERY quiet. I will get back for sure. We were staying in a suite.

The only thing-it’s the light in a bathroom that goes off with the motion. And it’s just on and off by itself all the time. You can close the door and it won’t bother, but advice for the owner-I would change that.

Location is great, walking distance to Piazza del Popolo, Trinità dei Monti, etc.

Perfect location for easy walks to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Great local eateries. Would highly recommend staying here. Old world charm and modern facilities. The room size was amazing, with a mezzanine level for the bed. Thank you Team NR!!

Terrible experience. We arrived and sensed right away that there was a problem with the AC. (Suite no 2). We asked for help/ fixing/ changing a room - as it was a tough hot day- nothing was done except bringing us a noisy fan. Never helped. Apparently- there was another complaint exactly like we had 10 days earlier. It was not fixed. No real management. Very pricy and you don’t get a feeling it was annoy close to a good hotel. Will never come back and will not recommend it.

The location was perfect, easy to walk to lots of attractions and near buses and metro. The property was fabulous, had a bottle of Prosecco waiting for me. So many good restaurants in the vicinity too. Staff was incredibly helpful.

The weather was extremely hot and because the bedroom was on a mezzanine it wasn’t cooled as much as the lounge/lower floor, but a fan was also provided.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nobildonne Relais. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Spanish Steps, making it the perfect base for exploring Rome on foot. The neighborhood is beautiful, elegant, and full of great cafés, restaurants, and shopping. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and everything felt well cared for. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Fantastic location, very comfortable and quiet. The room was very large and it felt we were in Italy.

Excelent location , beautiful historic building , very spacious rooms with nice , carefully chosed furniture. A lot of restaurants around , nice area. The stuff was nice and helpful, easy self check in. Just perfect! We definitely recomand .

The worst disappointment- not a hotel but an apartment in a dingy dirty building. You enter via a non descript entrance into a smelly court yard full of rubbish bags - smelly and unpleasant. No signage. Into door B which leads up steps- no reception. Into an ancient small lift- 2 people barely fit in with cases. Jump into building . Again reception is a girl with a desk. Poor English. No facilities beyond a communal sitting area. Room was large but dated and musty. We left immediately.no facilities disabled visitors . On leaving lift did not work. Had to drag suitcases down steep flight of steps . Was a disappointment and disgrace. Want my money back please .

The location was perfect, the building was stunning and every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to accommodate even the smallest request.

Jeg valgte stedet udefra beliggenhed og billeder. Billederne var dog ganske misvisende, da der var billeder af en tagterrasse . Vi sætter stort pris på, at kunne sætte sig på en terrasse efter en lang gåtur i byen. Derfor var det ganske skuffende, at der faktisk ikke er en🫩 Ydermere, var der billeder af kaffe og let morgenmad. Dette er heller ikke muligt. Jo da, du kan lave din egen kaffe men med pulver mælk til🥲

Sehr zentral im Herzen von Rom gelegen in einem alten Palazzo. Sehr schöne geschmackvolle Räume mit Flair, super nettes Personal. Zu Fuß sind alle Highlights Rom super erreichbar.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Nobildonne Relais. The room was lovely and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend staying there!

The shower is tight and the shower doors didn’t close properly so it leaked a bit.

We were over in Rome for a wedding and the staff went above and beyond for us Organising dry cleaning and a hair appointment So grateful and the bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch Better than any hotel we have stayed in and would stay again if we ever return to Rome Thanks you for a wonderful stay

Very hard to find since no lighted or otherwise prominent sign exists on the outside of the building. Outside of the building is run-down (not well-maintained). Staff is not on site 24/7 to assist with any needs. Stayed in the room with a loft bedroom. The end nob on the handrail on the stairs is broken, which is a safety concern. Evening drinks and snacks were disappointing - had to make your own drink from very limited options, and the snack portions were extremely limited. Not sure you can call this establishment a hotel. But they do not have the reputation such that they were unable to secure dinner reservations at upscale restaurants, which was very disappointing. Noticed a bad odor that would come and go in the bathroom. Not sure what kind of plumbing problem is causing it. No on-site breakfast service option.

The property was right in the centre of all the main sites and attractions. It was only a stone throw from the Spanish Steps and all restaurants shops.

The property was airy, clean and well maintained. The rooms were cleaned daily. The decoration and design of our room was done to a very high standard.

Unsauber: Die weißen Handtücher sind dreckig (rotes Zeug (Lippenstift?), Braun (Kot?)). Das Badmobiliar fällt ab. An der WC Schüssel ist es immer feucht. Am Waschbecken ist es ebenfalls immer feucht.

Lovely property, great location and staff were very helpful. Complimentary bottle of Prosecco in my suit on arrival. There were a large selection of drinks and snacks on the property (also complimentary!) every evening to mingle with other guests if interested, was a nice touch.

Location was exceptional, short walk to the major sites. Room was large and nicely decorated, beautiful frescoed ceiling. Staff was very helpful. Very nice sitting room for cocktails nightly.

Beautiful, historic building with all the modern amenities to make us feel comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was super responsive and friendly. And as a woman, the fact that they had a salon-grade hair dryer and flat iron was amazing!!!!!

We stayed here with our 1.5 year old and it was great. There are a few stairs but once you are over those you get in the lift and up to the 2nd floor where we were greeted. The staff was fantastic, very nice and welcoming. The rooms were very big, and it was fantastic to have your own kitchen with all the things you need. The building is beautiful with frescos on the ceiling which was so cool. The area was fantastic, you are close to all the shopping and not to mention the best cappuccinos and gelato at Bar Vitti around the corner. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

If you're looking for a true Roman experience as if you were living in a beautiful apartment with gorgeous frescos on the ceilings and mosaic tiled floors, this is the place. To enter from the street through a courtyard and up the steps, with art and romance all around is the beginning of the experience and it only gets better from there. You are steps from all the sites, best shopping, great cafes, and more. The staff were all so incredibly helpful and kind. Can't say enough about the Nobildonne. Highly recommend this spot.

The apartment was lovely and the staff were so kind, attentive and cheerful — and the apartment location is perfect.

The location was the best, within a minute-walk to the designer shops on Via Condotti and Spanish Steps, as well as very close to all major attractions. The staff were very kind and supportive (esp. Alla and Casey); The sense of intimate boutique hotel, like an old times Patrician Villa, it is truly a hidden gem that offers calmness although placed in the hustle & bustle of the city.

I had some issues with opening the entrance door to the Villa, but they very kindly provided a link which, when accessed, the door would open automatically.

Really beautiful classical building in the most ideal location, Spanish steps at the end of the street. Very friendly and welcoming staff, large clean rooms and peaceful setting away from the crowds.

Disliked · It really was very good and would be happy to stay here again. Had a slight issue with the aircon not working properly, staff were very quick to respond, unfortunately wasn't possible to fix on the day. The room is so large with high ceilings it wasn't too bad. Would have scored higher had it not been for this. Our friend was also able to book the adjacent room and had no issues.

The architect owner has made this feel a very authentic guest house - rather than a hotel. You feel very well looked after, with a communal lounge available to use after a hot day out on the street - where complimentary drinks are offered. The furniture, tiled floors & decor are very attractive. Books on Rome, books on photography & many others available to borrow. An old fashioned luxury that you don’t often find .

The amount of keys…. But not much you can do about that!

We had an amazing stay at this location. The receptionist contacted us prior to our arrival to make sure we would have everything we needed. All three of our receptionists were always in great spirits and very attentive. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean and spacious. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a larger suite given that we were staying for a week. Room was equipped with smart tv, hair dryer and straightener that were really nice. Also the air conditioning and elevator were great for the heat wave and traveling with lots of luggage. If we are back in Rome on holiday, this is definitely where we will be staying.

Very centrally located and within walking distance you can visit most of the tourist spots and shopping district. The studio room is VERY spacious and modernly designed with Italian vintage elements. Will come again for visit!
