I was extremely disappointed by the service and the constant delays during my stay. Check-in Delay: I arrived after the official check-in time, but my room was still not ready. I had to wait in the lobby for over an hour with no explanation or apology from the staff. Poor Service: The front desk team was unhelpful and indifferent. They ignored my questions and acted like my presence was an inconvenience. The lack of urgency and poor customer care completely ruined the experience. I will not be returning.

The location was perfect for our boys' weekend away, with plenty of bars within easy walking distance. The staff were also exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

I was disappointed to discover that my original room had no windows, as this was not made clear during the booking process. To obtain a room with a window, I had to pay for an upgrade, which I chose to do. The upgraded room with a window was quite small and felt cramped. The bathroom was designed as a wet room, leaving very little space to shower without bumping into the toilet. In addition, the shelf beneath the mirror was missing, and the air conditioning repeatedly switched itself off, which was far from ideal in such a hot climate. As a result, I opted for a further upgrade. The second upgraded room followed the same design but was noticeably larger and more comfortable. The shower area was also more spacious and easier to use. However, because the entire bathroom functioned as a wet area, anything left out in the bathroom was likely to get soaked during a shower.

No window while the Booking facilities list the city view My questions before I check-in were ignored WiFi speed was just about 2 Mbps with quite big ping but still usable Only 2 power outlets while 1 of them behind the TV No hot water for showering (temperature as from bak mandi, just showerhead instead of gayung) Many noises because of the thin door / no soundproofing The AC remote controller's display has many dead pixels and the AC itself seems to have only 2 modes (on and off) ignoring the set temperature but maybe it was just my experience I didn't like the furniture (crumbling bedside tables and the hangers in an inconvenient position)

Nothing much I like except the location.

Property charge me 50k for little blood stain on pillow.So my question if I checked with stained bedsheet, stained ceiling and faulty phone (since my last stay around May till July)the room 602 still faulty.So the hotel staff didn’t bother to check and fix the faulty phone.Everytime I need something I have to use my mobile phone to call and WhatsApp text to the receptionist.Can I ask for discount in future?Little stain on pillow sheet that’s hotel job to replaced n wash once guests check out why must charged me 50k?

The room is very clean and comfortable and the staffs are friendly and accommodating especially the staffs Audi,Fadil and the security Wahyu is very friendly and helpful and Kadir security become my new good friends in Batam Indonesia.The body wash smell is very good than before and I love my stay here.I highly recommended this hotel.

At first i was in room 604.Shock that room there was no Hanger and place to hang up our shirt.Suprisely even the staffs was not awared that room didn’t have the hanger and wardrobe.Air con was not functioning well after 2 hours I checked in.Decided to switched room to 601 which much better but sadly on the day 2 early morning there was power trip and again the staffs was not awared.Such a disappointing experience.

I did not like anything to be honest

The rooms are small, no hot water can't sleep at night because the clubs next door plays music till 5 am,dirty bed sheets with blood stains,and when I checked out I got charged for the blood stains on the bed which were already there in the first place will not be coming back to this place.

A crude and simple hotel. The room is smelly, because it is not a smoke-free hotel. There are still stains on the floor.

The overall staff were very helpful and care driven. The front office really needs special recognition for their support and hospitality. Despite our last minute changes on our booking, they accommodated well and adhered to our request. Ms Stephanie (front office) really deserves special accolades for her aptitude and her helpfulness in making memorable stays for all of us. She even goes the extra mile making arrangements to secure a valuable item after one of our members left it in the hotel room after we checked out. Kudos to her and the team.

The lack of an in-house coffee house. This will allow more family oriented or big groups patronising the hotel.
