The Three Hat Yai

Nice will be back again

Very good location! Staff are friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to many night markets and massage services.

Stayed here for the third time and it does not disappoint. Spacious room is what i am looking for and it ticks all the boxes. Highly recommend!

Stay 2nd floor aircon not really cold . Overall a good place to stay. Walking distance to food and shopping area. Will stay again.

The room was perfectly laid out and a nice size. The shower was awesome while the pillows and bed were comfortable. Great service and lots of help from the staff, much appreciated! Fantastic location right downtown with lots of activities in the immediate area.

The environment very good staffs are very friendly, nearby shopping mall. this is the 4th times staying in the hotel.

This was my second visit at this great hotel and surprisingly, i was given the same room. The room is big and the hotel is situated at a great location - walking distance to main attractions of Hatyai. Highly recommend this hotel to all!

Walking distance, easy & convenient area. Room is clean & comfort. Air-cond is v.cold too.

就在市中心很方便

i like the almost-all-day snack bar where my daughter and i can have a quick snack and drink.

The hotel feels eerie and the finishes is dated

Location of the hote

Small but comfortable n easy assess to anywhere so long you r comfortable to walk within 5 mins to any place u wish. Is very clean n room is spacious.

Bedsheets dirty only, overall all okay

Surrounding convenient for shopping and night market as all walking distance

Everything is ok except the breakfast 🙂

The checkin was smooth. The staff was friendly . It is a small hotel with 8 floors. The room was spacious and clean. The bed is a bit hard as the other reviewers mentioned but it's fine for me. The best was the Japanese style toilet and a very adequate ventilation fan. Breakfast was included - congee and toast with eggs and coffee and tea served in the lounge on the first floor. Also coffee and snacks are available in the day. It is conveniently located if you want to shop around in the Lee Garden plaza area. There is a night market nearby. A comfortable hotel to stay if you want to be in the Lee Garden area.If you want to go to Central Festival plaza area, you need to take transport there. At the time we were there, quite a few shops are closed.

Clean, convenient & walking distance to Lee Garden night market.

The rooms has electrical bidet. The staff are helpful & kind. It is just 5min walk lee garden night market.

Location is in CBD with lots of restaurants and food stalls

Locations..

Convenient

Good location. The eateries, markets, Starbucks, 7-11, the train station are all within walking distance. This boutique hotel offered a clean room to sleep in with standard amenities. The common area is also small but tidy. The room that I was given was by the common area (aka a coffee shop). It has a balcony which is useless: surrounded by the back of dirty old buildings, decorated with plastic decor and no breeze. So I kept the door shut all the time. TV signal in the room was inconsistent. I had waited the whole week to watch my favorite TV show one night but no signal. Bummer! Free breakfast was at the minimum level both for quantity and quality. Good thing for me that a Starbucks is nearby. One of housekeeping staff, Nok, made my stay here a pleasant one with her service and smiles. Kob-Khun ka!

Excellent hotel. Large clean rooms. Central location near station.

I was happy with the stay except for the Wi-Fi system. After locking in the Wi-Fi in the room, the wi-fi automatically kept going off within 5 mins even after locking in again. Very frustrating.... Hope they can improve on the wi-fi system like other hotels

Room are spacious , bed mattress and pillow are good , bathroom cleanliness can be better , lobby areas are small and breakfast are simple which serve the same daily , room rate that I paid are little more expensive as compare to other hotel , reception do not understand English thus difficult to communicate

Overall nice hotel. New and clean. But the fridge in the room not working.

Convenient, allows early check in (even at around 9am/10am)

Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay.

Nice, Comfort , spacious & clean room Convenient , easy access to food streets Will be back again & recommend friends to stay

Always my choice of stay with my family member during stay in hatyai

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Convenience to move around. Only the breakfasts need to improve.

Great location & it’s nearby Lee Garden.

Short walking distance to town center.

Superb location. Walking distance to many famous restaurant and shopping area. Room condition All good except bed and pillow a bit hard.

Nice room & location is good. Big room with big space for family room. One king bed & one queen bed are good for 4 paxs. Clean & good facility especially toilet bowl. Dining area is relaxing & comfortable as it is new & clean. Our group of 13paxs booking for 4 rooms love it very much.

Convenient location. Short walk to Starbucks and McDonald's. Quite a few coffeeshops around the hotel as well. Room is adequate though the balcony faces another residential unit which is only meters away. Staff can only communicate in basic English. Breakfast is only soft boiled eggs and porridge with coffee/tea. Need to log in to Wifi every time we return to the hotel. Password changes every day so have to call the reception for new password daily.

The room got smell

Convenient.

The location of hotel was good very central 3 mins to Lee Garden plaza night market St you can have good massage too.Hotel room was clean n nice I plan to book again for next month but already fully booked.

Nice clean hotel. Centrally located where you can find good food, massage, street shopping even money changer within few minutes of walking. Price is slightly on the high side compare to other hotel nearby but room are bigger and modern design. They have free complimentary coffee on the first floor of the hotel from morning till 4pm daily and also offer some light snacks

4th visit! This is the best choice of hotel to stay in Hatyai. Will definitely stay back the same hotel if I visit Hatyai again. Will recommend friends too Thumb up

Good standard is maintained the same as 3 years ago. Will definitely stay here again and recommend friends to this hotel. .Thumb up 👍

Place overall was clean, except abit mouldy smell since it wasnt in operation during the covid. However, after a few hours after circulation it was gone. Staff was nice and friendly. The washing basin was separated with the toilet make it so convenient for us. Shopping and food was just walking distance. Their breakfast wasn’t intensive, but have all the basics. Their porridge was very nice.

Very big, nice and clean room. Very central location, walking distance to all shopping and food outlets.

Such a nice & strategic location ! Room is superb clean, neat and comfort! This hotel did prepare a snack for the hotel guests like cake& brew coffee. A simple breakfast also did provided

The hotel is new, so their furniture, property outlook, toilet is good. However their pillows was smelly, and when I request to change the cover bed sheet, the staffs so rough. And my room got mosquitoes, after report, still the same. Some of their rooms, the lock got problem, my relatives had been locked outside the room, and wait for 1 hour for the technician. And their breakfast everyday was same and simple.

Good 👍👍👍 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Very goood cleanliness and hospitality. Location is excellent. Maybe need a little more parking space.

Less than 5 mins walk to the buzz of the town. Easy access and easy to locate. Friendly and thoughtful staff. Most important is clean!

Amazing room size, clean toilet and very strategic location. Downside is the somewhat limited car park space but that is manageable

Comfortable hotel with good customer service. Clean bath room with high tech electric bidet toilet bowl. Provide simple breakfast. Location not inside Lee garden area, but very to Lee garden walking street. Highly recommended

The hotel location is good and accessible. Lots of food around the location.

Overall ok

The toilet bowl is one of the best, above it’s class. Super king size bed and clean room. The ventilation fan above the room entrance cannot be closed, unless you off the air conditioner, it is very annoying especially during late night. I have told the receptionist and she send the technician to check, but nothing can be done. The management should try to solve this problem. Another thing is the mini fridge in the room. You can hear the noise when you have off the tv. This should either replace with a quieter model or place somewhere else, not in the room. Over price compared to it’s class and facilities.

Room is Very clean , all hotel’s workers from front desk to the house keepers are very friendly , helpful and polite. The hotel is very convenient to shopping area and restaurants.

Colour of the hotel

Very cozy and pleasant hotel to stay.. Conveniently located. Room is big and quiet but a little dark (not enough lighting). Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again on my next visit.

The hotel is clean and cosy. Mear to lee gardens and lots of streets food around the hotel

Overall good place and stay.Enjoyed

Great location. Great hotel staff. Simple breakfast served. Snacks throughout the day.

Overall its a not bad hotel. We got a family room that can sleep 4. Toilet door cant be fully closed. Toilet door is translucent which is not really good for families. There are no wardrobe or drawers in the room. Housekeeping came around 1-2pm which is later compared to other hotels. Staffs are friendly. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in at around 12noon

Breakfast was basic was sufficient. Free offerings of biscuits and beverages. Noce touch. Nothing much to do around the area though but you can hire a private car to Songkhla. About $1800baht for a full day tour. Pavements not wheel-chair accessible.

Very close to key shopping area at Downtown and is surrounded with lot's of local food option. Worth the value!

Hotel location is very convenience . Odean shopping mall just 1 to 2 minutes walkind distance and Lee Garden just 5 minutes walking distance. Opposite the hotel a lot of eating place. beside the hotel have 1 shop which sell a lot of souvenir and thai tibits Very new and clean hotel, just about 1 year only. Room space is very big and toilet equipment is Japanese style. WIFI is very strong Staff is very friendly and helpful, good in English. Recommend a lot of interest place to visit. Will arrange Tuktuk for us. Last day going to airport also arrange comfort van send us. Safety is quite good, you need to tap the room card before enter the hotel lift. but sometime the safety door is keep open.

I would not go to this hotel again as it does not have any facilities at all. No restaurant and no facilities at all.

nice & short walking distance to malls around the area.. Guest lounge with toast, snacks ; coffee, tea & cordial drinks & fruits provided..

Reception staff were friendly and helpful

Great location and customer service. The hotel is new and cosy. The only downside is that the sound travels between rooms. So if yr neighbour is noisy, u might hear it.

Good location. 2mins walk to odean . Very comfy room . I love the bed. Value for the price.

Good facilities, new hotel, staff with good knowledge and info, nice room and comfortable. Superbbb ohsem for family..

Courteous staff from the time you check in,quiet and clean place to stay ,will stay in this hotel on my next trip

We have a family of 8 stay in The Three, it is very good & convenient located, served with light breakfast, egg, toast, biscuits & fruits. Very unique hotel & worth to stay with. Strongly recommended.

a nice boutique hotel away from the crowd in Lea Garden Plaza area.Near enough to walk to major attraction in the city eg Kim Yong market, Central mall. a very good Thai Odyssey just around the corner

This hotel was in a great location, handy to downtown, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The rooms were very comfortable and there was a great shared space with coffee, tea and some food provided. The staff were also very warm and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in Hat Yai
