Abrir las ventanas cada mañana y encontrarse con la vista al río Duero fue un verdadero privilegio. Estaba cerca de todo, lo que hacía muy cómodo recorrer Oporto. Podíamos salir a pasear o hacer una excursión, volver un rato para cargar el celu, dejar compras, buscar un abrigo y salir de nuevo sin perder tiempo.
La apariencia desde afuera no refleja lo que ofrece el lugar. La ubicación y la vista hacen que realmente valga la pena

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026The location is just perfect, the view of the apartment is perfect. Very clean place and the staff is super kind. I would say it is perfect for a couple ou a couple with 2 little kids, sofa bed is not so comfortable, but the bed in the bedroom is awesome. Very safe place.
So many stairs to climb to get on the unit, not suitable for people with physical disabilities, stairs are challenging in the end of the day after walking lots and lots of miles lol. But still it was not a deal breaker for us.

La vue est magnifique sur le pont. La literie est de qualité et l'hôte aux petits soins. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très propre
Le bruit de fond de la ville mais l'appartement est en plein centre ville donc très pratique. L'emplacement, l'emporte sur le bruit.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026A localização é perfeita, mesmo na ribeira junto à ponte Luís I. Deixámos o carro no parque de estacionamento do outro lado da ponte e fizemos tudo a pé. O apartamento é super acolhedor com vista sobre a ribeira e a ponte, cama confortável, bom ar condicionado e uma cozinha super prática. Só ficámos uma noite, mas haveremos de voltar sem dúvida numa próxima oportunidade e com mais tempo!
A única coisa menos boa é a cabine de duche ser bastante pequena

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026L’appartement Batman est idéalement situé, en plein cœur de Porto, ce qui permet de visiter la ville facilement à pied. Il est agréable et constitue un bon point de départ pour un séjour.
En revanche, la salle de bain mériterait d’être rénovée. Elle est vétuste, mal agencée et peu pratique à l’usage. De plus, des odeurs désagréables provenant des conduits se dégageaient régulièrement, ce qui a été le principal point négatif de notre séjour.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026There was "first day" complimentary coffee pods and condiments. Location was great. It was across the street from the Douro River and entrance to the Dom Luis 1 Bridge. Great restaurants within a few blocks walking dustance.
Horrible first impression of the apartment from street view. Even worse upon entering thr apartment. Our son was to sleep on the couch sofa, but it was so soiled, we ended up putting a sheet on it and used it for our luggage...worried about bug bugs. At least if there were any, we would see them against the white of the sheet. Luckily we had more family staying at a different location, so we had him stay with them for the 2 nights. Apartment is very small, lacked storage space, not clean, no real amenities to speak of, and highly recommend drinking bottled water. Overly priced and Booking.com needs to do a better job vetting these places. No idea how they (the Riberia Cinema Aparrments) received the locally-recognized "Clean and Safe" Award.

Close to the action means it was noisy with the funicular and train across the bridge and motor bikes late evening along the road out the front. Also people outside the door drinking and yelling with the bar nearby. Slept with ear plugs and music.

Relativamente à qualidade preço, consideramos que poderia ser mais ajustado. Claro que está bem localizado, mas com o mesmo valor é possível ficar hospedado em melhores locais. Além disso, caso fiquem no piso térreo (apartamento do batman), não é confortável abrir a cortina para usufruir da vista, por questões de privacidade.

Reviewed May 25, 2026We stayed 2 bedrooms apartment. It's comfortable for 4 people with 2 double beds. It was a great experience having my first coffee while looking at the river and the bridge view. It's probably the closest apartment to the bridge. I did not see any staff in person, but they use great remote communication. I forgot my AirPods at the apartment and noticed that after the check-out. They assisted me perfectly, and I was able to get it back from the room. Thanks a lot for your great support!
Noise isolation, there is a football fan's pub next to the apartment, and you can hear everything. The only problem was the noise coming from outside, but we walked a lot during the day and were very tired, so the noise could not stop us from sleeping :D

We didnt like that the key card to let us into the apartment building became faulty and stopped working at the end of day 2 of four. For the remainder we had to ring the bell and be let in remotely by owners...which mostly worked out ok.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026The room was great - each room is based on a movie, so that was fun. The location is excellent, due to the view & ease of access to the Duoro riverside and the Dom Luis Bridge. The staff was easy to work with for storing bags etc.
The location is also a downside because you can hear the trains very early in the morning. Important tip - if taking a rideshare service to property, just put in the lower level of the Dom Luis Bridge or the funicular as the address. Our driver dropped us at the top of that area and we had to walk with luggage (and bad knees) down WAY too many steps. The apts are located only 2 small flights of steps up from the main road and, therefore, MUCH easier to access from that area.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026Perfect location, the host was very helpful and was only a message or call away , which after we found the extra towels thankfully we didn't need to disturb her . We were able to leave our luggage as we arrived hours before check in .apartment was spotless with all you could need ,especially the nespresso machine and pods . We were in the 1 bedroom apartment with fab views of the bridge and over the river . There are lots of steps to get up into the town if you can mange them otherwise the lift is right beside the apartment and will take you up for €4 .bargin in my opinion having done the steps a couple of times . Overall we couldn't fault the place at all and would recommend.
Last night there was a little chilly so maybe some extra blankets , not a complaint at all merely an observation .

Chemical air freshener was way to strong. Traffic noise loud for a good part of the night. Location not clear on booking.com. Some what difficult to find. Stairs were a bit challenging.
