Aircond tak sejuk, pintu wash room kaca lusuh agak bahaya utk anak kecil, lock pintu wash room mcm besi tu agak tajam bentuk segi empat, sbb dh kena beberapa kali sbb tu sy risau kena pd org lain..

Family room. Aircond location is out from bed area. Hard to sleep early - a bit stuffy &:hot (maybe due late check in at 9.30pm). Anyway this is not a big matter. Overall happy cos near to UITM.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025Lokasi banyak kedai makan dan pakaian wanita/tudung/ sangat dekat untuk konvokesyen di UITM. Dekorasi menarik dan vintage. Aliran air paip sangat menyenangkan. Laju.
Bilik sempit untuk solat. Walaupun ada disediakan bilik solat, namun perlu keluar dari bilik . Untuk seterika pakaian perlu turun ke tingkat 2. Sebaiknya setiap aras ada tempat penapis air dan tempat gosok baju. Selimut juga agak nipis. Hanya bilik family ada cerek. Water heater tidak berfungsi. Semoga ada penambahbaikan.

no telefon yang dipamerkan tidak dapat dihubungi kerana bertukar no telefon. Staff boleh call or pesan dahulu sebelum kami keluar pagi tersebut. ada barang yang rosak bila barang dipack bawa keluar . staff tidak mesra. penggunaan tangga ke aras 2 tidak sesuai bagi orang tua.

Beberapa kemudahan asas tidak disediakan seperti kettle, tisu muka, air mineral, gelas, syampu, serta sabun yang hanya diberikan dalam kuantiti yang sangat sedikit. Ubat gigi, berus gigi dan hanger juga tiada. Lantai bilik air agak licin,sejadah juga tidak disediakan kerana pihak hotel memaklumkan terdapat surau bersebelahan, namun surau tersebut tiada aircond atau kipas, jadi agak kurang selesa dan perlu ulang-alik setiap kali ingin menunaikan solat. Selain itu, seterika hanya tersedia di Level 2, jadi tetamu perlu turun ke bawah jika ingin menggosok pakaian. Secara keseluruhan, saya berharap pihak hotel dapat menambah baik kemudahan asas untuk keselesaan tetamu pada masa akan datang.
