Lidt ærgerligt at vi fik et værelse, der ikke helt levede op til forventninger. Diffust dør der ikke lukkede, hvis man ikke skubbede til den. Og vasken i toilettet var også diffust.

This hotel is very good and is placed in a nice location close to what is considered "central". I would like to highlight one of your employees, Furkat Rajapov, which made our trip even better. He was proactively checking for anything we needed in the restaurant area, and made my daughter really happy every time my daughter was in need of something. Furkat will be the reason we will return to Bayır Diamond Hotel. He is providing top tier service with a smile on his face. Please give this man a raise. During our stay we would check where Furkat was just to have a talk with him, since he is so calm and nice. We will return to this hotel again.

Breakfast was good

Air Conditioning does not work in the full hotel. The temperature thermostat is set by the hotel and it is very hot and uncomfortable in the room. Need to open the window to breathe and then there is too much noise from the street. Not worth the money.

W łazience brak balsamu do ciała oraz wacików i patyczków, szczoteczki i pasty do zębów. Śniadanie obfite, ale nie było na bieżąco uzupełniana. Chociaż byłam na śniadaniu o godz.8.30, to brakowało wielu potraw. Biorąc pod uwagę cenę pokoju, nie powinno być takich niedociągnięć.

The hotel is very elegant, interieur looks like 1001 Nights' Tales. Breakfast is rich. Parking is possible, but the rules were not absolutely clear. On the first evening the staff drove into the undergroung garage our car from the place, where we could leave the car on the second evening...

The very high temperature -sometimes 25 C- killed our nights. The staff explained us, that AC is switched to winter mode, therefore no chance to cool the room, while we couldt open the window slightly, due to safety reasons. The pillows were rigid ones. As the lobby of the hotel opens to a market (?), in the lobby the temperature was very low - big contrast to the room temperature. Finally, the WC made for children, it was very inconvenient to sit almost down to the floor...

The room is spacious with upscale decor. However, wifi is slow. Dinner buffet had very good selection but the quality was mediocre especially with the meat on the dry side. Breakfast buffer had good selection.

Ligging is prima, ontbijt is normaal, hotel is ook wel schoon, personeel ook prima. Maar wel duur voor wat je krijgt.

This is a big hotel yet the staff were very friendly and really helpful. I recommend, to make things easier, that travellers who don't speak Turkish, carry a translator app on their phone. The restaurant was very good offering a wide variety of food. The room was big and the shower was great!

Stayed one night passing through to Cappadocia. A lovely hotel and amazing staff especially cevher. Nothing was too much trouble and he found my lost sunglasses just before we left. A wonderful, lovely man whom the hotel should be very proud of. Kapadokya'ya geçerken bir gece konakladım. Harika bir otel ve özellikle Cevher harika bir personel. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadık ve ayrılmadan hemen önce kaybettiğim güneş gözlüğümü buldu. Otelin gurur duyması gereken harika, sevimli bir adamdı.

De bør gør noget ved deres aircondition. De lukker den ned fra midt om natten og hele dagen. Den er kun tændt fra kl. 18:00 til 24:00. Deres wifi var konstant ustabil så jeg måtte bruge min egen telefondata. Personalet var sød og venlig. Massage er god, så hvis du skal have massage og spa, så er det fint nok. For mig var det afgørende at aircondition var klin tændt for lidt tid samt wifi ikke fungerede. Morgenmad var fint nok, men jeg bad dem specifikt om ikke ost i min omelet men det puttede de i alligevel, og det gentog så jeg kunne ikke spise det alligevel. Tror ikke jeg vil benytte stedet igen.

My husband and I booked Bayir Diamond for our honeymoon expecting a bit of luxury and excellent customer service. We were extremely disappointed. At arrival, we were not greeted welcome and the staff at reception was extremely arrogant and rude. We had contacted the hotel beforehand by email and phone to ensure that we could make use of the hammam facilities at the hotel. When we arrived, we found out they did not offer hammam at all. Very disappointing... The housekeeping effort was minimal. One day, they forgot to empty the trash can and another day, we were disturbed three times during the morning by knocks on the door from housekeeping asking when they could clean the room. This was despite the "Do not disturb" sign being on. When we came back to the hotel later that day, the room was not cleaned after all. I went down to the reception asking for an explanation and was simply informed that I need to call down to reception every time to have our room cleaned! I have never heard of such a rule and could not believe this! After another half hour, my husband went down there once again to complain about the room not being made, and only then was somebody sent up to the room to be cleaned. At 6 pm! For a hotel supposedly being categorized as a 5-star hotel, the customer service there is not worth even a 1-star! This was a very bad experience and I would not recommend staying at Bayir Diamond. Especially not if you expect good customer service or even a smile from the staff...

The rooms are not well cleaned or maintained, in both of our rooms the AC was not cooling, and the drainage was blocked. I really question how the 5 star is maintained. It doesnt deserve the value of money and dosnt meet the expectation

It was a very comfortable stay. People at the reception are amazing and very helpful. The hotel is Clean and peacful. Whenever I needed taxi there was no problem at all. Breakfast and dinner are very good. Laundry was fast too. They upgraded my room when I extended my stay. Thank you 💫

Coffee in breakast need to be improved. Location a little far. But to be honest the stay was more important for me than location. If you are not planning to do shopping then dont worry about location. But you need the taxi to take you down twon specially if during summer.

Stayed a night here and had buffet dinner and breakfast. Dinner spread was really good with salmon fish, lamb and lots of other choices. Dessert was fabulous with tasty paklawa. Breakfast was equally good. Service was fast and the restaurant was spacious and comfortable. We walked across to a shopping mall opposite the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Recommended.

Location means you have to take taxis to the local amenities. Some of the Taxis do not take card for payment and so carrying Turkish lira is essential.

Hotel was very elegant! It was situated in a very nice residential area. There were restaurants nearby. Breakfast was beautiful! Had a lot of food discovery of Turkish cheeses, dried fruits and salads. I also discovered Turkish bath here. It’s a public bath. Glad that their facilities had a separate male/ female area. Sauna and pool were also separate. Lockers and towels were all provided for hotel guests.

The climate in the rooms. Homepage clearly say “Adjustable air condition”. This is not true. The temperature is central controlled. The temperature was above 25 degrees 2 nights. This is unacceptable for 5 star hotel.

Unfortunately, I booked an air-conditioned room, but I was shocked that it was set to central heating, so it was a tiring night in the heat.

Smell of smoke in the hallways and my room was strong. Otherwise was a good stay.

Sleep ruined me on this holiday as room at night was set at Temp 23 and was repeatedly told by staff that the temp could not be reduced any further I mean i love a hamam and steam room but not combined in the bedroom .

Amazing hotel, food, and staff. Very clean and professional. Special mention to staff member, Cafar, who always went out of his way to ensure our comfort, and made us feel at home and like family.

Strange behavior upon arrival and demand for marriage documents, unlike other hotels in the city, on the other hand, the swimming pool for ladies and gentlemen are separate and there is no proper service.

On the positive side, the staff were very polite and respectful, doing their best to help within their capacity. The breakfast was also acceptable.

The overall condition of the hotel did not meet expectations. The rooms were extremely warm because the heating and cooling system was centralized, and you couldn’t choose cooling from inside the room. You could only adjust the heating level, as the system was set to heating mode centrally. Although it was autumn, the outdoor temperature wasn’t cold, so when the central system was on heating mode, the room became excessively warm. The only solution was to open the windows, but given the hotel’s location on a main street, this resulted in constant noise throughout the day and night, especially disturbing during sleep. The Wi-Fi quality was terrible and barely worked inside the rooms. For anything beyond sending and receiving text messages, such as video calls, you had to go to the lobby or near the main transmitter of the hotel. There was a pool, but it was segregated by gender, making it impractical to use it with your partner.

As provided on Booking.com, this is the best hotel in Konya for sure. Luxury, new hotel, nice staff always ready to help, true 5 star hotel, very nice breakfast with so much varieties. Rooms are superb, bathroom too. What sets the hotel apart is the pool, jacuzzi and hamam. 10 mins drive to Hazrat Mevlana R.A. Also 5 mins walk to Kule Mall with so many shops and food court.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They found us a tour company that was really great and we ended up using them not just for a local tour of Konya, but also for our day trips around Konya and up to Cappadocia. Excellent facilities and good location with a couple of malls around the corner for the convenience of having access to anything you may need as a traveller.
