Lovely hotel in a good location. The staff were very helpful and kindle upgraded our room.

There were many options available for breakfast. However as has been the labelling was very poor with some items that are clearly not vegan (i.e butter) and some not so clear (fried rice with pork) being incorrectly labelled as vegan. Tea and coffee at breakfast were pretty cold.

Good location, easy check in with friendly staff, very efficient and helpful. The room was nice and spacious and clean. We only stayed one night so did not get time to enjoy it very much. Would recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The breakfast was ok but would not select it if staying more than two nights. Nothing negative about this hotel.

Отель небольшой, соответствует 4 звездам. Завтраки скромные, но голодным не останешься. Номера маленькие, но чистые со всеми удобствами. Персонал очень дружелюбный, всегда помогал подсказывал, максимально старались сделать отдых комфортным. Месторасположение очень хорошее, пляж чистый через дорогу.

Отель не новый, маленькие номера. Холодильник в номере маленький и совсем практически не охлаждал. В Спа требуется ремонт, не комфортно.

I had such a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The hospitality was exceptional, and a special thank you to Ellie and Lyly, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and full of humour and charm. They went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable and memorable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The only little issue I had was the water pressure in the shower 😂 but maybe that was just my room alone #2001 and honestly, that’s a very minor thing compared to how great the overall stay was!

Clean room, cozy layout and design, and the floor to ceiling glass wall/window is great !

Room service food is subpar - frozen pizza and pho that tasted quite weird to be honest. Not the worst, but not something I'd want unless I have absolutely no other option.

My stay was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Miss HA ,whose service was exceptional and very helpful, even outside her working hours. The hotel is ideally located near the beach, Dragon Bridge, the night market, and the city centre. The breakfast was also very generous. Highly recommended!

Grande chambre avec une belle vue plage/montagne en étant au 19e étage. La piscine au rooftop n'est pas très grande mais nous n'y avons croisé personne les deux fois où nous y étions donc parfait ! Le petit déjeuner est convenable mais sans plus

La salle de sport est vraiment trop petite et pas d'espace au solo pour s'étirer ou exercice, possible de faire une petite séance solo mais pas la place pour deux personnes en même temps. Il y a un tapis, une machine tirage qui fonctionne à moitié, un banc et des altères.

Polished & Balanced Our stay was decent, though nothing truly stood out. The breakfast spread was generous, but the food quality could be improved. While the pool is quite small, it does offer fantastic views of the area. The biggest drawback was the room's air conditioning, which operated inconsistently throughout our stay.

Excellent Stay and Great Service We had a very pleasant stay at Pavilion Hotel. Overall, everything was excellent. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and took very good care of our family throughout our stay. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with the water pressure being quite low, but after we informed the hotel, the staff responded quickly and immediately followed up on the problem. We really appreciated their fast response and attention. Thank you to the entire Pavilion Hotel team for making our family stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Da Nang.

They went that extra mile in every possible way, giving us excellent recommendations for activities, local attractions, and places to visit, while also surprising us with thoughtful gestures that made our stay even more special. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome and created memories that we will cherish for a long time. Empty the ash trays and clean the tables more regularly out the front of the hotel. Coffee in the morning could be hotter and all buffet food with associated name tags needs to be ready to go from 6AM.

Stygt utsikt ifra vinduer rett ut til parkeringsplass hvor det er mye søppel , ødelegger områder sjarm. Veldig lytt i gangen selv om det står stille områder så snakke folk veldig høyt . Frokostsalen var veldig støyete , mye folk og de snakker veldig høyt . Var heller ikke så imponert av frokost utvalg, helt ok. Prøvde på spa på hotellet , var ikke noe luksus rom men hun som gjorde spa var flink og behagelige . Resesjon folk snakke lite, ser ikke til når gjesten kommer inn på hotell slik andre hoteller jeg har vært . Basseng og bar på loftreasser var ikke like fin som på bilde .

Staff especially the front desk personnel are friendly, approachable and accommodating and go the extra mile to please their guests. Breakfast was great. Wide food selection. We're more than satisfied. Our room was big for the four of us, with a view of the beach. The beach itself is walking distance and can be reached in 2 minutes.

The hotel was very well located and very comfortable. The room was cleaned every day and the beds were very comfortable, too. But the most valuable aspect of the Pavilion Hotel was the staff. From the first day until the end of our stay, the staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist us. This included the guys responsible for luggage, the laundry service team and the ladies on reception. I would particularly like to mention Jenna, who was always ready to help and was available on WhatsApp even during her days off; Ellie, who was very open and provided us with valuable information about attractions, Vietnamese culture and language; Lyly, who was the master of organising our trips; and Larissa, who was calm and very helpful in any situation. I would also like to mention the other two ladies, but unfortunately I can't remember their names due to my memory issues. All the ladies were very professional, spoke very good English, and the level of hospitality was exceptional. I hope to visit Vietnam and Da Nang again in the future, and of course I will choose the Pavilion Hotel again.

Les odeurs désagréables de cuisine dans la chambre Les clients en face de nous et à côté très très bruyants dès le matin de bonheur et tard le soir. Ce n’est pas du tout calme. Le buffet du matin n’est pas forcément adapté à nous, européens. Nous étions les seuls.

A fantastic base for exploring Da Nang — great value for money! The location is hard to beat: just off My Khe Beach, within walking distance of the Dragon Bridge, great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and plenty of shopping. We never had to go far for anything. A special mention must go to two outstanding team members, LyLy and Alana, who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay — from recommending activities to helping with restaurant bookings. That personal touch made a real difference. Rooms are clean, well-kept, and the hotel overall offers excellent value. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Da Nang, especially for the location and the warmth of the staff.

The one downside for us was the mattress, which was on the firmer side — something to keep in mind if you prefer a softer sleep.

Hotelul se afla intr-o zona turistica centrala, pe un bulevard foarte circulat, zgomotos specific oraselor mari din Vietnam. Am avut o camera tripla la etajul 20. Camera a fost mare cu aer conditionat central (are si setare de aer uscat), un birou mic cu 2 scaune, un dulap baie separata cu dus. Patul a fost de 160cm cu saltea tare si inca un pat de 1m latime. Curatenie zilnica, schimbat prosoape, apa 2 pe zi. Buffetul la restaurantul de la etajul 3 a fost bine asortat, asiatic in general, oarecum repetitiv dar avea zilnic si unele mancaruri diferite. Cele doua lifturi mari si rapide au functionat impecabil. Exista room service si spalatorie contra cost(va recomand sa cautati o splatorie self service, este una la 10 min). Spa-ul la etajul 20 cu masaj care e mentinut de o firma separata de hotel dar are maseuri foarte buni, se poate obtine o reducere de 10% daca esti client al hotelului. Bazinul de la etajul 23 este curat, apa calda, are si un bar sic unde se poate servi masa de seara la cerere. Privelistea de la etajul 23 este super. Exista si o incapere la etajul 22 cu un mic gym cu o banda de mers si un aparat de forta. Restaurantul este a la carte, de obicei este deschis seara sau la pranz la cerere. Receptia este 24h cu receptionisti care vorbesc engleza. La receptie se poate face schimb valutar si se pot comanda diverse excursii. Receptia asigura si prosoape pentru plaja tot la cerere. Plaja (My Khe- una dintre cele mai frumoase din lume) se afla la 5 min de mers pe jos daca ai curajul sa treci strada -pietonii in vietnam nu prea sunt respectati. Ce am apreciat cel mai mult a fost personalul hotelului. Au cautat mereu sa te faca sa te simti bine si sa te ajute cu toate cerintele. Iar eu am avut cateva pe care le-au rezolvat cu succes.

Tot ce ar fi putut sa fie negativ a fost rezolvat de catre personalul hotelului. Nu are rost sa mentionez ce a fost, important este sa comunici la receptie ce te nemultumeste.

Közel van mindenhez, nagyon kedves a személyzet. Programszervezésben is segítettek és betegség esetén is maximális támogatást nyújtanak.

Great value for the money. Super location, just off of My Khe beach. Loads of dinner choices in the area. Within walking distance to the fire-breathing Dragon bridge, bakeries, coffee shops, shopping. Da Nang makes for a great ‘hub’ to explore central Vietnam; in between Hou An and Hue, close to My Son ruins and Marble mountain about a 15-20 minute drive away.

Surprised at the amount of litter on the streets (nothing to do with the hotel).

Close, clean and easy

Fantastic hotel – rooftop pool is top! We loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we walked in, the staff were magnificent – incredibly welcoming and kind. Every request was met with a smile. The room was great, breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop pool is absolutely top – highly recommend it! Just a couple of small notes for your information (not negatives): · No ramp for strollers, but the staff always help carry everything up – super supportive. · No balconies – just something to know if that's important to you. But honestly, compared to all the huge pluses of this hotel – amazing service, great room, tasty breakfast, and the awesome rooftop pool – these little things don't matter at all. The staff's kindness and help more than make up for everything. Would definitely come back and highly recommend to others! Special thanks to Jenna and Elena ❤️

Nice property a block off the beach. Nice rooftop pool. Helpful staff. Buffet breakfast which had mostly lunch items. Clean. Cheap by weight laundry service. Free bottles of water daily.

No early check in. The lobby had 20+ people waiting until the clock struck 2pm. No towels for guests at the pool after dark.

Kedves, udvarias személyzet fogadott bennünket, tiszta és kényelmes szoba, választékos és finom reggelik színesítették mindennapjainkat. A 23. emeleten pedig tágas, hűsítő medencében lazítottunk esténként. Ez a hotel jó választás volt, csak ajánlani tudom.

Loud noises at night. Window of room does not shut properly, so essentially can hear all traffic and music from beach clubs, despite being on a high floor.

Very very poor breakfast menu and for the all week same food over and over again. Even the buffet plates are arranged in the same spot too!! Nothing new for 7 days breakfast.. no way

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the view from the room was excellent—you could clearly see the beach from the window. The room and beds were comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate four adults.

The soap and shampoo bottles in the room were breakable and dangerous. One of the bottle slipped and broken. Recommend the hotel to keep good quality plastic bottles instead.

The hotel it’s very well located, so close to the beach! The room was clean and comfortable. During breakfast time, the staff is very good at keeping the tables clean and ready for the next guest!

They would only provide one key to the room, even though the room it’s for 2 guests. We asked for a second key, but the reception said no, saying that if we lost the key, they would open the room for us! We arrived almost midnight, and would only stay one night, so we didn’t try to explain that we only wanted 2 keys so we could enter the room separately, if this was needed!
