The location is great though not beachfront as advertised. Rooms are ok, albeit dated. Decent air conditioning and fridge. Cleaned daily

Some very clever photography on the photos used. Tiny pool, unclean, only 2 beds, no mattresses, no beach / pool towels as advertised. Gym is 3 old rickety pieces of equipment in a scruffy open plan area of the closed bar area. Breakfast is awful. Little choice, all cold and not replenished after 8.30am. Breakfast staff are rude. The whole place is impersonal and resembles a high rise block of flats. We have stayed in 5 hotels during our Vietnam trip and this is the worst.

It was on the main road and close to the beach. The pool was nice.

The walls are thin and quite noisy.

The swimming pool was very basic, however this is expected for the price of the stay.

We've stayed here several times now and always return as its such great value for money snd ideally situated for us.

Good location, near Da Nang beach, comfortable room with private bathroom and partial sea view.

Room 802 air cond not working and bathroom smelt. Room 502 air cond great, ensuite door not close properly, front door sometimes hard to open. They charged for water when we checked out, yet there was no advertised menu in the room and we assumed it was complimentary.

The location was great! Close to the beach, some local restaurants and a nearby laundry.

The staff need to be wary that the fire alarm would go off on my floor a few times a day almost every day of my stay. Even late in the evening. Also the housekeepers forgot to top up my shampoo and shower gel. I had to ask nicely at reception for more bottles.

It’s a slightly old building but very functional. You don’t realise how old it is until you get to your room and some items are missing like the buttons on the bed.

If everything were fixed, the hotel would a little bit more luxurious

Location and staff were the best!

What they call "gym" are just 3 aerobic machines, and the "restaurant" is only where they serve the breakfast, you can't actually order anything, having lunch and dinner is not an option. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel and you can find multiple options for gyms and outdoor training, but if they mention it in their description then they should have it.

Завтраки вообще не вкусные . Вообще есть нечего. Не понравилось ничего . Всё очень бюджетно. Также в номерах было грязно. Шторы были просто очень грязные и везде под тумбочками и кроватями пыль. Хотя убиралась каждый день

최고의 위치, 압도적 가성비, 직원 친절 처음에는 방을 보고 약간 의구심이 들었음... 근데 마지막날 0.5박 때문에 예약한 다른 숙소를 경험해보니... 다나 마리나 호텔의 컨디션은 이 가격에 나올 수 없는 가성비라는 사실을 깨닳게 되었습니다. 너무 큰 기대하면 실망할 수 있으나...이 가격에 이 정도면 훌륭합니다.

어메니티, 크게 불편하지는 않았으나... 4성 호텔 기준에는 못 미침... 특히 샴푸, 바디워시, 면도기 교체 필수

Very nice staff

Courteous and friendly front desk staff especially Trang and Truong.

We'll located. The Room had a huge comfortable bed and rooftop pool.

The room was like a bunker, one window facing an internal vent, very dark and ugly which we kept shut down. The shower was not very clean and the drain not working well flooding the floor.

O quarto excelente, amplo, confortável com banheira e vista da cidade. A localização excelente a 4 minutos caminhando até a praia. Funcionários prestativos. Comparando o preço pago com tudo que é oferecido, é um dos melhores custo-benefício da vida!!

O café da manhã praticamente era igual todos os dias.

Bed was hard and breakfast wasn’t great, not much left and what was left was cold by 9am

The staff were awesome, I had a fall and cracked my head open, they were very concerned and made sure I received the correct treatment

Tivi hỏng ko xem được, buồng phòng để cửa mở khi dọn phòng, có muỗi bay vào phòng. Điều hòa rất mát, tốt. Bể bơi quá nhỏ, cho trẻ em bơi thì phù hợp.

The property is close to the beach though far from the city. There are many stores nearby Incase any grocery is required. The cleaning services was done regularly.

The window within the room is very small.There is less ventilation and the rooms are small.The rooms are not sound proof so you can hear if someone is doing something in near by room.

The staff was friendly and efficient even though I messed up my check-in time by one day. There was always someone at the front desk and the location was unbeatable - you walk out the door straight to the lake and on weekends, you are right on the doorstep of the night market.

The only con was that the room space was a bit tight -- the room was largely taken up by the beds with little walking space between and to the bathroom.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and the hotel is right next to the beach. The rooftop pool offers beautiful city views and a gym.

The room and location were great

I really disliked the key cards as they were extremely old. The first card was already damaged and failed to work, yet I was forced to pay for a replacement. To make matters worse, the new card I received was even older than the first one. Both cards had adhesive tape wrapped all around them, which was peeling off, and they even had cracks. If a key card is broken or in such poor condition, why is it still being used? They should have been thrown away and replaced with new ones long ago.

Gym besteht aus 3 veralteten Geräten, die teilweise defekt waren. Frühstückt war sehr dürftig, wenig Früchte, Kaffee wie Wasser, Personal relativ unfreundlich

Outstanding Reception & Housekeeping staff. Professional and eager to assist. Location was excellent. Security policy was appreciated.

The pool,rooftop bar & gym were limiting.
