Petit déjeuner pourrait avoir plus d’options.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The lake view is hard to beat, absolutely wonderful. This is the best pier to stay at for a more local experience, with a lively food street just behind the hotel, rather than the resort atmosphere on the opposite side. Friendly staff, spacious rooms and comfortable beds.
A very minor detail: the curtains don’t quite reach the floor, so a lot of light enters the room in the morning. This may bother light sleepers. The price is slightly above average, but the view and Sun Moon Lake’s popularity largely explain it.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026L’hôtel est sur la rive la plus « vivante » du lac avec de nombreux petits commerces. L’hôtel est réel en face du lac, niveau localisation il n’y a pas mieux. La vue sur le lac en coucher de soleil est incroyable. Bref son atout est la localisation.
Le mobilier est peut être un peu vieillo mais c’est pour chipoter. À noter lors de lac nuit tombée, un artiste de nuit a joué sur le port, on l’entendait chanter depuis la chambre. Ça ne nous a pas dérangé pour autant mais à savoir

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026L’emplacement est idéal, juste à côté de la rue de street food et de l’embarcadère, et à 8min à pied du téléphérique. Le parking privé est très pratique. La chambre triple avec vue sur le lac était parfaitement conforme à la description, la décoration soignée et les lits ultra confortables. Le personnel était aux petits soins.
La chambre est un peu petite. Cela manque de rangements pour les valises et vêtements.

Reviewed May 27, 2026地點很好,房間都面湖, 且有陽台,傍晚買個烤肉、啤酒坐在陽台聽街頭藝人演唱,配著湖景,超棒!若喜歡貓貓,不妨夜間出去晃晃散步可以看到店家養的貓出來晃哦! 另外環湖船票也可以在飯店櫃台買(200元),比碼頭買便宜(300元),比Klook貴一點點(179元),但可以把車暫停飯店停車場!(15點前取車)! 飯店服務人員都很客氣,有機會會再入住!
枕頭太軟,可能個人習慣乳膠枕,隔音不太好,又遇到樓上有重腳房客,有點受不了!其他都挺好!

Reviewed May 20, 2026Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et disposant d’un coin salon agréable afin de profiter de la belle vue dégagée sur le lac. La literie est moderne et confortable. La salle de bains est fonctionnelle, propre, correctement équipée et dispose d’une douche et d’une baignoire. Personnel professionnel, anglophone, disponible, aimable et serviable. Petit déjeuner non-évalué. Parking gratuit à proximité, pour lequel le personnel est tout à fait disposé à garer les véhicules des clients pour les places les plus difficiles d’accès. La situation de l’hôtel, sur l’esplanade du quai d’Itha Tao, est parfaite pour se promener dans le village ou au bord du lac.
La salle de bains est tout à fait correcte mais commence à accuser le poids des ans et gagnerait à être rénovée pour être mise au niveau de modernité de la chambre.
