Baan URT Suratthani Airport Hotel

Close to the airport. Clean. Water and coffee in room, although kettles are old are rusty so I didn’t dare use. Also A/C in room.

Bed as hard as a rock. Very basic hotel. Basic breakfast. The owner made some eggs and toast and brought it out, attracting the flies instantly.

Niente .. forse l aria condizionata

Nothing

Pigeon droppings on the balcony. Walls damp. TV not working. Staff don't speak English. Many items on menu not available. Shuttle car to airport advertised but not available.

That they helped us leave

It has bedbugs. They werent surprised has been an issue with them for a while already. Dont go. We had to leave in the middle of the night to go somewhere else. They said they would refund us but havent heard back anything after messaging them three times.

Okay

Basic

Second time staying here. Very close to the airport. Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. More facilities than I would expect from a basic motel - mini fridge, bath towels, bottled water, hairdryer, electric kettle, free coffee. The restaurant is reasonably priced.

Location - it's close to airport which is great for early/late flights = very far from the town which makes getting a taxi/Grab harder because there are not many available drivers around the area. Pre-book your taxi to save time and money.

Dicht bij het vliegveld. Eigen restaurant. Vriendelijk personeel.

Eigenlijk niets.

Great overnight stay for those having an overnight layover in surat thani, it's just 10mins drive from the airport. Great value for money, nothing fancy just a bed and bathroom, but everything is clean, so really nothing to complain about. They also give you a complimentary breakfast, if you're not picky it's one more star for this place (they gave us toast, sunny side up egg, ham, and coffee/tea make it yourself). However, the highlight would be great service and staff. They were so so helpful, friendly, and patient. Even though they don't speak much English, they took the time to Google translate everything to help us get taxi and communicate with us about the stay (shout-out to Jaeb, thank you so much!) It is located in the middle of highway (super convenient for airport) so there's no food options around. But they have a restaurant so we were able to get dinner there as well. Overall wonderful experience.

The listing on booking.com mentions that they provide free airport shuttle. We were counting on that, and ended up having to haggle for a taxi late at night. They do not have this service anymore but they have not removed it from their profile, please take note.

Good location if you need to catch a flight in the morning. Great service with airport transfer.

Lots of bugs

Staff are 5*

Zero

Staff are so lovely and helpful and friendly, super clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast was yummy and they offer transfer to airport

Everything was perfect

Poloha ubytování snídaně

Za málo peněz slušně služby personál ok

the property was very close to the airport and complimentary breakfast was included

there wasn’t really anything else nearby but to be expected when so close to the airport

The free airport shuttle took a while but was a nice gesture. The free breakfast in the morning was also helpful. Basically for $11 it was great, you just can't expect much for that price. Thankful for the AC in the room.

Our room did not have a window. Bugs in the bathroom. Shower was just a shower head above the toilet. Bed sagged in the middle. We were only here for a quick 12 hours over night. Other wise I would not stay here.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They help with the ferry tickets, pick up and drop off from the airport and the bus stations. I felt really taken care of. The rooms are small but very comfortable.

The shared bathroom is not fully working properly.

cheap, clean, near airport, bed was comfy and room was clean. only needed it for one night. staff were lovely, restaurant sells beer. Cutest decorations around the place!

They have free airport shuttles in the morning - if you are unable to catch one, BOOK WITH THE FRONT DESK. did not know this and didn't organise transport, no Grab or Taxi could come and get us at 7:30/8am (stressful), but the host's mum or friend INCREDIBLY took us in their ute for 200 thb. So grateful as out flight was at 9:30am! Could have been prevented on our end, we didn't realise we needed to pre-book or that there would be limited transport in the morning.

Danke:)

great experience if you are planning to spend a night in Surat as a transfer to the islands They pick you up at airport and ride you tommorow morning to the Lomprayah or other company office so you can continue your journey , all included in the price witch was more then convinient I took a private room , It was clean and got me all i expected Even they have a small in house owned restaurant 5 STARS ALL THE WAY . WELL WORTH IT

Comfortable stay with lovely owners. They picked us up from the airport and dropped us of at the bus stop to the ferry the next morning (after buying our tickets with them). There is a restaurant in the hotel with a la carte menu. I had one of the best Pad Thai in my life here!

Sheets and towels had stains on them, but were clean and smelled fresh.

It was close to airport

Weve had bedbugs in the room, couldnt sleep, it was awful. Also some hair left after old guests. We had to keep our stuff in bathroom and throw out the clothes afterwards.

I appreciated the quiet and private room It was close to the airport. The staff were friendly

We stayed here for one night as a stop over before heading the Khoa Sok. The owner picked us up from the airport, even when I forgot to give them our flight details until 2 hours before. Breakfast was lovely and the room was clean.

The service the family provided was great. Good location for Surat Thani airport.

......

Very noise from the street,dirty,smelly

Everything was clean and room was comfortable.

Everything good although wish the tv worked

Close location to main road between Surat Thani and airport. Great and tasty breakfast.

We had moldy pillow and ants in the room. The windows are not sealed properly so you can hear the cars all night.

Muss man wollen.

The staff is really nice.. the dinner they provided was good enough for location and breakfast was adequate

The location is right on road close to no where.. the room facing road has lots of noise

Het luchthaventransport was oke Het ontbij was sober (toast, groentjes, paardenoog (ei) hamburger en worst) maar we zijn ons bewust van what you pay thats what you get

Although very small in size, the rooms are very conveniently set and arranged; the whole place is super sweet

size of the room

Free shuttle to the airport. Perfect if you have an early flight the next morning.

On a big road with nothing around.

Vriendelijk personnel.

Location, and very helpful staff, also good simple breakfast included.

Rooms were basic but clean. Honestly don’t know what people expect for the money.

Gratis transfer

Prima prijs-kwaliteit Shuttle nr luchthaven

Afgelegen

Goede locatie.

Harde bedden.

This hotel was the worst I’ve ever tried. Bed bugs everywhere. The hotel was awful. This hotel is swimming in Bed bugs. I left after two hours. Never ever experienced anything like this. Worst experience of my life.

Dicht bij t vliegveld

Airco was óf heel koud.

Perfect if you need to sleep close to the airport.

Super emplacement pour un in and out près de l’aéroport.

Nothing literally nothing it was terrible, If you don’t wanna sleep alone and prefer to sleep with bed bugs then you should definitely go here!

THERES BED BUGS! Staff already knew there was bed bugs and didn’t even apologized for this. How can you offer hotel rooms knowing it’s unhygienic ? I am not even mad at the fact that the owners didn’t apologize, I’m more mad at the fact that they let people rent hotel rooms knowing there’s bed bugs. Paid for a short traumatic experience and had to find another hotel and taxi in the middle of the night. Such a waste of money and time. I didn’t deserve to experience this and neither do you. They even moved me to another room on the third floor and i still found bed bugs again. When i told the owner that I saw them again he told me he would move me to another side, I said that I didn’t want that and i gave him back the keys and after that he just walked away, no money back no apology nothing! If you don’t wanna sleep alone and prefer to sleep with bed bugs then you should definitely go here!

The minor thing would be that there aren’t hooks in the shower. Makes it a bit difficult to shower but everything else was great!

The food and bed was very comfortable

Very nice and helpful

The guy waited to pick me up at the airport after a one hour delay.

Be aware that there is nothing in the vicinity of the hotel.

Very convenient for the free transport from the airport to the hotel and opportunity to buy at the hotel transport pakkage to other destinations like Koh Phangan, Koh Samui, Koh Tao...

Staf was friendly, but room was much little then expected. In the pictures it looked bigger. Also missing hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. Cleanes level was not the top but decent. If you need to sleep over for max a couple of nights then iyou can live with it.

Potreboval som iba prenocovať aby som mohol pokračovať ďalej.Všetko bolo úplne v poriadku.Majitelia boli veľmi milí a ochotní.

Alles verliep heel soepel en was goed uitgelegd!
