Hampton Inn & Suites Franklin Berry Farms, Tn

The hotel is in a nice location with stores and restaurants in close proximity. Also the hotel was close to the venue we were visiting.

Great location and very clean

Loved everything

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion

The laundry soap you use to wash the bedding and towels smells HORRIBLE! The scent made me cough and I had to use my inhaler a lot

Free breakfast

We were placed on floor 1 facing the parking lot so that wasn’t ideal as we had curtains drawn for privacy most of the time.

The location and quaint town. Wonderful food and fudge ice cream. The hotel need updated mattresses. Humbly I mention this as the hotel area very nice. Stay here

Excellent

Great location for our purposes

Nothing

Staff checked with me multiple times to make sure I was happy.

Desk chair in room

That covers it.

An Electric car charger station

Great variety of food, and the location was great.

Nothing, everything was completely satisfying.

Everything was great. Staff was wonderful, room was comfortable, everything was quiet and safe, parking was easy.

Nothing

Darrika checked us in. She was so friendly, professional, and helpful. Our room was very clean. You can't beat the location close to anything and everything you need. Breakfast was so convenient and had a good variety.

Very Convenient location

Nothing

Location was perfect. Easy to get to and close to downtown Nashville. Cleanliness was top-notch. Front desk staff were all very, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and varied. Couldn't have asked for more.

Bed was a tiny bit lumpy. I like a firmer bed. But we were exhausted from our activities, so we fell asleep quickly and stayed asleep all night!

Was awesome

Good location, clean

$5.00 parking with empty parking lot and other hotels nearby with free parking

LOVED the location

Very quiet, very nice location

In the area we like. Clean

I didn’t see any dog stations. Grounds not adequate as dog relief areas.

The location

Beautiful clean and good location

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very courteous. The location was ideal since I was looking for home s in the surrounding communities.

Everything was fine.

Location, staff, cleanliness

The shower wasn’t the best for handicap

Rooms were spacious.

No complaints.

We asked for a quiet room on the top floor and they put us in a room on the second floor facing a busy street with a stop sign. We listened to delivery trucks, cars, and motorcycles zooming by all night. Not only that, but the window air conditioner was VERY loud. We did not get any sleep. We were hoping for a restful trip, but it was far from it. Breakfast was average with horrible coffee. We were disappointed overall in the stay and will not be returning.

Good location

Very quiet and friendly staff

Amazing service, definitely coming back!

Clean

Parking lot light out at the far end of parking area.

Greatroom and location to local restaurants

Great room, clean, safe nice area. Would stay again!

The local is perfect when visiting for concerts at First Bank Amphitheater. Room was nice.

No hot water. We called the front desk and told them we had no hot water and was told ya it takes awhile for it to get hot. Even after allowing it to run for 30mins warm border line cool is the best we got.

A pleasant stay in all areas!

Location and breakfast included

.

Great location with plenty to do and places to eat in the area. We stayed here for a concert at the FirstBank Amphitheater and access was much easier than expected from this location. Check-in was easy with Jerryca helping us get our very nice and quiet room. Comfortable and clean as well. The breakfast was typical nothing spectacular Hampton Inn but there was plenty of coffee to go around. There is a Chik-fil-A and Biscuit Love close too. We ate at Edley's BBQ for lunch walking distance from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, easy check-in

Clean rooms and easy check in. Nice location with friendly staff.

Just an overnight stay... but the room was great and the location was excellent!!

Great location, clean rooms, impressive space for the price

Top notch hotel.

I appreciated the parking. My room was clean. Front desk was pleasant.

Perfect for our trip to Franklin and a wedding in Columbia! Love the king room!

Everyone was nice and helpful

I just love this hotel! Convenient, safe, close to all. And the staff is so friendly Can’t wait to come back!

Great location, just off the 65, nice area to walk and go grab a bite. Short drive to Franklin

If you like swimming in a pond the “pool” will be perfect for you. Lots of dirt and debris, not just leaves, but bugs and sediment, the pool was not only filltyphy on top but the water was not clear, you couldn’t see the bottom. Not cleaned at all and not taken care of with chemicals correctly. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, had a backache the next day.

Easy access to the highway.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and quiet, making for a pleasant stay. It offers convenient access to I-65, a nearby gas station, and several restaurants in the area. There’s plenty of available parking in a well-lit lot, which adds to the overall sense of safety. The complimentary breakfast is decent and a nice added touch.

Friendly staff , clean and breakfast was ok.

Toilet was clogged when we first entered the room. There was pink mildew in the shower and empty body wash container.

Great suite! One of best hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Close to dining. Close to interstate. New.

Entrance hidden at rear. Paid parking.

People nice. Clean inside

Breakfast was decen! Beds comfortable enough!

The rooms were very clean, and it was really quiet for being so close to a busy road. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to stay, I would stay at this hotel again.

Great place to stay!

Very convenient location Great breakfast Quiet

Lots of smokers Hallways and elevators smell Broken bed

We were traveling for a concert and the location was perfect. Local shops made it easy for us to get all the things we needed for our stay. The property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast area was beautiful. The bed was very comfy and our room was clean. We were granted early check in as we arrived a little sooner than originally planned. Overall and excellent experience.

A lot of fun things to do around the area. Hotel itself was very clean and comfortable.

The property is clean and quiet

Would be 5 stars except for being charged $5 for parking on an unsecured lot.

It was very clean and front staff was very friendly as we checked in

Clean. Love the mattress on the beds!

Room was reasonably clean. The evening person working check in was very friendly!! The breakfast in the morning was great - hot and cold options! There was a slight smell in the hallway- not necessarily bad - but was not in the room.

Clean and comfortable
