C’est déjà le 3eme séjour que nous passons ici. A chaque fois que nous sommes à Bangkok et cela parle pour soi ! L’accueil est exceptionnel, que ce soit à la réception ou Monsieur Est, à l’accueil des voitures,le rapport qualité prix est incroyable et le confort est au rdv !

Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Die Zimmer sehr sauber! Der überdachte Pool war schön sauber und kühl,die bereitgestellten Handtücher waren sehr weich und kuschelig!

Das man einen späten Check out nur kostenlos bekommt wenn man nicht über Booking.com bucht! Die Gegend ist langweilig und nicht besonders ansprechend!

المكان بعيد عن شارع العرب لايصلح للعوائل الخليجية الحمام داخل الغرفه بالزجاج وكل شي واضح في خارج الغرفه بشكل لايصلح للمنام ولا للعوائل الخليجية فقط للنوم مدة يوم او يومين والقطور اسيوي لايوجد شي للمسلمين

I like the friendly and attentive staff especially at the reception. There was a complimentary drink and snacks plus unlimited drinking water bottles. The room is large and clean.There is a nearby 7 Eleven across the hotel and plenty of restos and cafes. Metro is just less than 10 minutes of walk from the hotel. A pool and fitness center topped it all.

Not soundproof coz u will hear unruly children running even at wee hours of the night. I reported the matter to the reception and they talked to the guests concerned. This is really a problem when you have hotel guests that lack decency, proper etiquette and respect as if they own the entire place.

The hotel is located in a quiet area with good access to the MRT. My room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The breakfast was decent as well.

De kamer... wij hadden de comfor room met badkuip. Echter de kamer was zo klein, omdat in de kamer een bad stond.. je kon (je was met 2 personen) niet jou kleren kwijt... weinig bergruimte.. je was genoodzaakt om de koffer plat op de grond te leggen. Douche was ook geen rekje voor shampoo en degelijke, de handdoekrek was op de wc plaats... een gekke plaats. Ontbijt was ook geen verrassing.. simpel en weinig aanvulling. Het bad was kapot, terwijl je daar wel €130 meer voorbetaald (7 nachten). Wordt daarna wel opgelost, maar geen goed begin aan vertrouwen. We zijn dan maar naar een ander hotel gegaan Qater UHG gegaan. Een hotel zonder problemen.

Bed was too stiffed. And room with no soundproof. Also please consider DC consent near by side bedstand. Not everyguest has USB outlet charger.

Fabulous little gem, the room was great clean it provided you with everything breakfast is also good the stuff were super friendly super helpful and the location is a great if you especially if you're going to knock markets it's a bit further away from the center but there's easy access to many places 7-Eleven is right in front of you when you go out of the hotel McDonalds is at the closest point to the hotel

Quite new hotel, looks good. Unlimited drinking water is available. Sutthisan area is not a tourist centre, but you can experience real Thai feeling more than in Sukhumvit, it is quite convenient when you learn what is where around.

The hotel is 10 minutes from MRT Sutthisan. It is OK in dry weather without a luggage. AC was broken, we had to move to a different room. A

Specious rooms, quiet area and there are good bars, massage and continent stores near by. Rooms are cleaned daily and staff are friendly. The lobby floor is one level up from Ground and you need to take a lift. This also means, with your room key, you can go to the room floors without having to go thru lobby. The egg station during breakfast is very good with lot of things in Menu. I liked the pan fried eggs and egg benedicts more than any other places

Situated in a residential areas and my view was just another house across road. A small indoor pool, but still good enough. I would like to see bit more varieties in breakfast buffet.

Good location near 7 eleven and a coffee shop / bar on hotel site. The MRT was a short walk too. Staff very pleasant too. The room was nice and shower was ok too.

The running machine kept stopping on me so I couldn’t get a proper workout done while there. I informed the staff but nothing seemed to be done about it. Just service the machine or buy new as if you state you have a gym I expect everything to be in working order

A very pleasant and peaceful place to rest. Close to the metro and the centre of Bkk, only 8 minutes by metro. They have good service and a good buffet

Check-in was very easy and fast — the receptionist was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cosy, perfect for a short stay. The location is convenient with plenty of dining and transport options nearby, and the staff were helpful throughout our visit. Good value for money — I would definitely stay here again. I also want to give a special shout-out to the doorman for helping us so much during our stay; he even went out of his way to assist us, which made a big difference. Our favorite feature of all was the cocktail bar at the front — the drinks were tasty and the atmosphere was incredible. Will definitely be back again for sure.

The staff were warm, the manager personally helped me day 1 when i didnt have sufficient money to pay cab. For that am super grateful.

My mattress cover was super dirty with so many stains and the duvet as well. The bedsheets anf the inserts were clean but the mattress cover and the actual duvets not clean at all. They should invest in stain removal cleaning agents. Also maybe make the windows tinted from outside. I checked in stripped, then started unpacking only to see the next block neighbour wave those like we can see you!!!!i hope i gave them a good show😂😂😂

Exceptional staff and facilities. Daily buffet breakfast was really good. They provided free water daily and snacks near the reception which was a plus point.
