Mooie kamer, goed bed, goed ontbijt, eigenlijk alles wel.

Parkeren kon je niet van tevoren reserveren, dus ergens anders geparkeerd, zodat ik wel zekerheid had. De douche had niet echt een krachtige waterstraal.

La colazione è passabile. La pulizia nelle camere è migliorabile. Non c'è modo di avere un minimo d'aria che arrivi dall'esterno in camera perché ci sono delle bellissime vetrate ma non si possono aprire neanche di un centimetro. Capisco che sia per sicurezza ma sarebbero stati sufficienti pochi centimetri.

The second room after being moved was clean and tidy and well appointed. Location was great and an easy walk to Edinburgh Castle

Staff not helpful when we found ourselves in the accessible room. No other rooms available other than a twin. We checked booking.com and queens were available? Accessible room is next to gym with free weights. They start hitting the floor at 6am which is ridiculous. Moved to another room the following morning by a wonderful staff member. To be honest after staying at both the bath and london Hampton by Hilton the Edinburgh version not in the same league in relation to customer service.

Staff were excellent,very friendly and hotel was spotless. Think hotel is overpriced for what you get,ive stayed at Hamptons in Liverpool,Manchester(avoid that one)and Blackpool all inc breakfast and around £120-£140 but this was £268,and bit of a walk to the city. Taxi from hotel to Waverley station was £23 for 10 min trip so we were stung for that. Overall regarding the hotel was a nice stay and really nice staff

Hotel over priced,drinks over priced and no hotel evening meal avail,but they do panini or pizzas,there is a place to eat in the hotel called Sofias but that is nothing to do with Hotel is a private Resturant,but food is lovely as we had evening meal there as it was too far to walk back in the town after walking round all day

room not finished cleaning on entry but was soon sorted by reception. At breakfast there was only one choice of eggs no option for another way .

Bar order got mixed up and resulted in a delay. Should be careful to get orders confirmed. TV in the room provided limited options since it's not a smart TV.

Nice location 10 minutes walk from Haymarket station. Found the staff generally friendly but Erin who checked us in at reception was particularly lovely and helpful. We found the large seating area by reception very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The windows can't be opened, not even a crack to let air in.

Türe zum Bad, WC ist gleichzeitig die Türe des Kleiderschrankes.( wird nur seitlich verschoben) Wenn man im Bad,WC war hat es immer einen Spalt von ca. 10 cm gegeben. Die Privatsphäre im WC ist daher nicht gegeben. Hier könnt man nachbessern.

Precio exagerado para la calidad de lo que ofrece El Sofá-Cama para un bebé de menos 2 años era muy incómodo y peligroso. Desayuno de muy baja calidad y poca variedad para lo que se paga (pancakes del día anterior, croissants secos y de bajísima calidad, nutella una cosa poco higiénica a compartir un bote entre todos, poca variedad de fruta, … etc.

Stanza spaziosa, pulita, posizione comoda.

Hotel was lovely and clean. Breakfast was plentiful,great selection to choose from.Room was spacious and equipped with everything needed.There was also a Lebanese street food restaurant inside the hotel. On the doorstep there was plenty of places to eat and drink. Transport links into the city centre were really good but you could also walk and it only took about 15 minutes. Literally 5 minutes on the number 30 bus takes you right to Murrayfield Stadium,then a number 1 bus brings you right back to the bus stop at the hotel door after any concern you might have been to at the stadium. Not to forget about parking,the hotel has a locked car park that is free to use for the duration of your stay and its just round the back of the hotel so no need to park your car in a car park away from where your staying like some of the other hotels in Edinburgh.

Price.....although the Fringe Festival,the Military Tattoo and Bon Jovi were playing at Murrayfield stadium so that was totally the wrong time to expect an affordable room rate.

Very Nice hotel, near almost everything on foot or tram, very centric to go many places. The room was very nice and comfortable.

The breakfast could be a little more though of, very repetitive if you plan to stay for a few days.

The hotel was exceptional on all fronts. Great room, great facilities and exceptional eye to detail. The breakfast was amazing and the team was accommodating and very friendly.

A minor point was the parking and getting to the overflow parking. Not really the fault of the hotel but because of the road works it took us 30 minutes to get there (its 4 minutes walk).

The property was good and comfortable.

We've stayed in a hilton chain hotel before and found this hotel to be on par with our previous visit. We would consider this hotel if we go to Edinburgh again. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Sadly, we found a lack of choice if you wanted to eat in restaurant at the hotel but there was plenty of choice nearby.

El desayuno es muy sencillo para ser un 4 estrellas. Se deberia mejorar el sofá cama como supletorio ya que se clavan bastante los muelles. Todo el hotel en general muy sencillo.

The hotel is well located close to castle and Haymarket tram stop. That was the main reason to take it.

Its heavily overpriced ibis/novotel mass tourism hotel. Our room had a door that could interconnect to other linked door (but not used in our case) and TV sound of other room could be heard. Breakfast overcrowed, lots of things but average quality level, and finally really disgusting synthetic coffee. That pricelevel and at the end synyhetic coffee … can’t understand that to be honest. I will not return

This hotel is in a vibrant area of Edinburgh. For the young and 50+ We found the hotel facilitates to be excellent. The gym area was a welcoming bonus to my mature teengers. Thank you for making them smile!!! 😀

Şehrin “old town “ dedikleri daha eski binalardan oluşan kısmına 1.4 km, biz fringe festivali zamanı gittik yol boyunca her gün yürüyerek gidip geldik rahat yürünebilecek bir mesafe ve yol. Tam otelin karşısında otobüs durağı var, lobidede pano var otobüs saatlerini gösteren , ayrıca lübnan restaurantı da var otelde . Girişte su , kola, atıştırmalık satılıyor. otel çalışanları , anlayışlı yardımcı oluyorlar ihtiyaç olduğunda. Kalınabilir bir otel çocuklu aile sayısı çoktu . Özellikle girişteki büyük lobi alanı kullanışlı oluyor . Langırt oynadık, kutu oyunları oynadık hepsi lobide var .

Pencereler açılmıyor, Bir temiz hava için açıp havalandırmak isterseniz klimayla yapmanız gerekiyor . Bizim kaldığımız odada buzdolabı ve kasa yoktu . Otel güvenli eşyaları bırakıp çıktık ama yine de bir kasa ve buzdolabı iyi olurdu.

La colazione , sia dolce che salata, abbondante . L' unico problema e' stato l'orario perche' dal sito risulta che si puo' fare colazione dalle 6.00 del mattino, quindi molto comodo per chi poi deve fare escursioni fuori Edimburgo, infatti l'avevo scelto per questo. Invece la colazione era disponibile dalle 7.00. Quindi per 2 giorni non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Stanze silenziose.

Stanza troppo piccola per 3 persone, e in bagno non c'e' modo di poter posare quello che ci si porta in viaggio per la cura personale. Ho dovuto chiamare varie volte la reception per mancanza degli asciugamani

Room 404. Weird shape. Designed as disabled access, but failed. Light switch to bathroom on hinge side! Shower head too high for a wheelchair user to access. Emergency cord next to the toilet, but none near the shower where danger lives. Toiletries next to a tiny sink on the wall adjacent to toilet, but no where to hang a towel. Toilet seat loose at one side. Given to us as a queen room. Yes, the bed was queen size, but one side was too near the wall. USB outlet by bed table nearest door was broken internally. The TV faced empty space, had limited swivel, couldn't be watched from bed (which is what your photos of a typical queen room show. Only one comfy chair. In the bathroom, the main sink had a huge flat area in front making it a long way to the taps and to lean over to wash. There was a towel rail under, but the toiletries were two paces away on a different wall the other side of the tiny sink.

Freundliches, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Das freundliche Team hat uns gerne Tipps gegeben und unsere Müdigkeit bemerkt. Wir bekamen Ohrstöpsel und Drinks da andere Gäste nachts sehr laut waren. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Man ist schnell in der Kernstadt sowie Dean Village oder kann mit dem Bus ohne Umstieg nach Leith. Das Zimmer hatte ein bequemes Bett und ausreichend Steckdosen. Das Frühstück war reichlich und es wurde immer schnell nachgelegt, falls etwas leer wurde.

Leider waren manche Gäste nachts sehr laut auf den Fluren, weshalb ein ungestörter Schlaf nicht immer möglich war. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn im Bad mehr Möglichkeiten wären, um Handtücher aufzuhängen.

لم يتم توفير غرف متصلة رغم اني طلبت وذكرتهم بالطلب قبل الوصول عدة مرات..فطور عادي جدا غير متنوع والمخبوزات غير طرية....الغرف صغيرة..لا يوجد ثلاجة..لايوجد مايكرويف..لايوجد عدة حمام كاملة للنظافة الشخصية فرش ومعجون..لم يتم تنظيف الغرف قبل اليوم الاخير..سعر الغرفة جدا غالي بالنسبة للخدمات..لن ارجع مرة اخرى
