Indomitably exceptional quality of courtesy, professional and care portrayed by the front office, restaurant and housekeeping staff. Probably, one of my best stay experiences in Bangalore. Special thanks to the front office and restaurant team for their proactive attitude and out of the way approach, especially Ms. Hiteishi Mehta from the front desk and Ms. Linda from the restaurant.

Location is about half an hour away from Indiranagar, where the action is. Not bad but considering Bangalore traffic can get a bit tedious. Smaller foyer and entryway, but a nice warm feeling. Rooms are on the smaller side, but well appointed. No desk but round table which suffices. One irritation was that the WiFi stopped working for half a morning, and somehow also knocked out the TV. Couldn't get it to work again! Breakfast had a smaller offering but tasty. Loved the Filter Coffee outsourced to local Cafe. Bonvoy status recognized! :) Clean, tidy, well maintained, aside from the above issues.

During my recent five-day stay at the Renaissance, the breakfast and lounge teams truly made my experience memorable. Snehashish, Ritwika, and Payel at breakfast were consistently warm, attentive, and made every morning feel welcoming - small touches like remembering preferences went a long way. Chef Arun and Chef Jai Prasad did an excellent job with the live counters, and were happy to accommodate requests with a smile. In the lounge, Chef Ravi consistently put out a great spread and was very accommodating with requests. Arunima, Rabika, and Shriya were fantastic - friendly, efficient, and always made sure I had everything I needed. A special shout-out to Shriya, as an ex-hotelier myself, I know exactly how much it takes to be that professional. She was amazingly warm, hospitable, and crisp, and that kind of service really goes a long way. Overall, the hospitality and warmth of this team made my stay so much better. Kudos to the entire breakfast and lounge staff for their consistency and care throughout my visit!

What an amazing five night stay at this amazing hotel. The rooms were fresh and modern. The bathroom was beautiful! I absolutely loved the welcome tray of goodies with a hand-written note. During my stay, a floral rose petal design was left on the bed - it was such a nice touch of opulence. The buffet breakfast was divine! The attendants were so attentive to your requests plus they were always around to make sure that your dining experience was good. If I had a complaint, it would have to be the cheap bed slippers. Those slippers are not the Marriott way. Everything else was absolutely beyond good.

Everything was good . The room design , the washroom and mini bar . Also liked the view . The service was good . The room was clean . The noise level was low . The value was good to whatever we paid

I am compelled to put the review because I am trying to connect with somebody from the hotel for my reservations made for 03 rooms and 05 nights booked through MMT and I understand its not refundable booking and as mentioned on the call with hotel team that I do not want refund but if I can get stay adjusted to other dates which is not impossible. I had called 3-4 times and all the time i was assured that i will receive call back which i didn't. Stay cost is almost INR 75-80,000 which is not small amount. Renaissance being such brand hotel and cannot do follow-up call is a Shame. I do not wish to take names on online portal to whom i connected but Hotel Management should know how their guests are treated when prepaid reservation reservations are made & later when they need any help they are neglected. The lounge was excellent and food superb. Staff there were very courteous and helpful. Reception staff were also very helpful and informative. the room was comfortable and the view of the city awe-inspiring.

There are no complaints. The renovation work is inevitable and didn't affect us.

Wonderful dinner, breakfast

The room was very comfortable with a lovely view of the racecourse. The bed was large and aircon efficient. We slept well! Staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. Lounge access was a good bonus.

There are renovation works around the hotel which wasn’t ideal. It wasn’t convenient to use the swimming pool whilst we were there. Drinks were very expensive.

Lukki and a girl who handled our check in asked extra money for 3rd person and disallowed breskfast despite confirmation by booking.com. these two guys are most heinous and disgusting

the entire staff, from reception to kitchen, were absolutely fantastic. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. We requested an extra bed ( stayed with 3 adults) which was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choice even if you wanted something else they would get it for you. We had an early checkout and really appreciated the breakfast package they prepared for us. Top-notch staff!

I‘d like to convey my special gratitude for Shivankur, Shriya, Sonam, Mahendra Anjali and Ritwika for making our buffet experience truly memorable! My mom was very happy! The staff was friendly. Everybody had that warmth and greeted us well whenever they've seen us. Breakfast was great with variety of options. We ordered food from outside and the staff was so kind and generous to deliver it to the door instantly.

There are some broken tiles in the pool. Would be great if they're taken care of.

I stayed four days and four nights at Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course and had a lovely experience. The rooms were comfortable, service was service warm and efficient, and the hotel itself is conveniently located. Munna, Dona, Anjali and Vishal especially showed outstanding hospitality. The attendant at the reception bar in the evenings, I forget her name, went above and beyond to do her part in making our stay memorable. Not only did she do an amazing job on suggesting a drink, she also got me a hot water and some honey when she noticed me coughing uncontrollably. Didn’t even have to ask for it… and it’s these little things that make an ordinary experience extraordinary. The only suggestion we’ve got is a more eclectic breakfast spread. All through the four days we were there, the breakfast buffet was the same, and a little variety would be appreciated. Other than that, our stay was extremely satisfying. Surely had a huge role to play in making our trip to Bangalore one to remember.
