Beautiful wooden villa. Carved wood and stone. On the edge of ricefields but with building encroaching.

Road with very noisy motor bikes all day and from time to time overnight. Not lnowing at time of booking that there are three locations of villa - two away from main reception and dining. One of these was only accessible by being dinked on their motorbikes. Would be fun if young and fit but not if just had hip replacements!. Need to be upfront on booking sites about this!

My room with its private pool was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The food was mostly average and a bit disappointing. Access to my room was down two flights of steep steps which I hadn't been warned about. Also discovering that there were three locations, two of which were some distance away was disappointing.

Empezamos nuestra luna de miel en Bali en Ubud y no pudimos tener mas suerte en elegir este lugar para los días de ubud. Nos encantó lo bien que nos trataron desde el primer momento. Nos sentimos super acogidos y como en casa. Se preocuparon por nosotros y por nuestra comodidad cada día. La amabilidad y el cariño con el que nos trataron además del lugar donde se encuentra la villa que no puede ser más bonito (combinando arrozales con vistas selváticas) hacen de nuestra experiencia algo inolvidable. La comida también nos gustó mucho. El servicio de lavandería impecable. Todo el servicio fue impecable. Mil gracias al equipo y a las maravillosas personas que nos atendieron estos días. Un abrazo!!

They have two properties, everything comes from one to the other. So even after had to be brought by a motorbike. Felt bad for the staff.ants on the floor, their shuttle is just three times a day and if used otherwise it’s expensive.

We were put in a different location 5mins by car from the main one and which was not like the pics showed. Also the room was not perfectly clean (especially bed curtains).

Our villa was a true oasis. Beautiful wooden house with a wraparound porch and uninterrupted views of jungle. The garden is immaculate and the pool was wonderful. It’s lovely to be able to escape the business of Ubud into a real world of quiet tranquility. You truly have total privacy and real care has been taken to ensure you are in your own little world. The villa is set into the countryside, past rice farms and far from the road so it’s wonderfully peaceful. The restaurant is well priced and served great food. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. All requests are handled with a smile.

This is not something we didn’t like, but more just to make others aware: the villa is a scooter ride away from the reception so you need to factor that into travel time. The walk isn’t too bad, but it’s a good 5 minutes so just bear that in mind, and it’s down moderately steep hills and stairs. Also, the bathroom is open, so you will be sharing your space with some insects. We didn’t mind any of this but if that’s a deal breaker for you it’s worth knowing. It would have been nice if the fridge was a stocked mini bar because of how remote the location is.

Wspaniała obsługa, bardzo fajne położenie tuż obok pól ryżowych. Super basen przy willi. Mega fajny klimat. Bardzo dobra restauracja z super jedzeniem i bardzo dobrymi cenami.

Niezbyt dobre pieczywo do śniadania. Słaba moc energii elektrycznej - trudno podgrzać wodę w czajniku.

The service is exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond to any requests, making every stay feel effortless and welcoming. The villa itself is stunning. Its traditional charm, beautiful surroundings, and peaceful atmosphere are the reasons we keep coming back. It offers excellent value for money and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Located just a 10-minute drive from town, it provides a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle while still being close enough to easily enjoy everything the area has to offer. The Satay chicken from the onsite restaurant is AMAZING!! One of our favourites!!

Logement assez excentré du centre d’Ubud , idéal pour ceux qui cherche la tranquillité et la fraîcheur le soir À 20 min en voiture du centre

Kahvaltı oldukça kapsamlı ve güzeldi. Genel olarak kahvaltı menüsünü size akşamından atıp sabah neyi , saat kaçta odada olmasını istiyorsanız, sorup bilgilendirme yapıyorlar. 6 gecelik konaklamamızda 2-3 sefer odayı temizledik, mis gibi olmuştu. Dürüst çalışanlar, güvenilir bölge, ubud merkeze motosikletle 7-8 dk varma imkanı. Her şey kusursuzdu.

The very private villa looked over some lovely fields making it very relaxed. Sadly workmen came early very close to us and could see into the open bathroom and bedroom, and started felling trees and using a chainsaw. After discussion with the hotel they got the work halted until we left the next day. We really appreciate local people need to go about their work, but for £100 a night we wanted to enjoy it! Initially all the little stones on the large open air bathroom looked quaint. But try walking on them at night or trying to balance having a shower! Lots of comfy places to sit and relax. Pool was great. Breakfast was very good.

Food in the restaurant was very good but had run out of several drinks and some food. Overall think it’s a bit pricey, but very beautiful so kinda worth it for the unique factor.

Super nettes Personal das jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Das a la card Frühstück war lecker und hatte eine gute Auswahl. Bei der Auswahl an Ausflügen wurde uns sehr geholfen. Shuttle Service nach Ubud auch kostenfrei vorhanden. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Eine Anmerkung: Die privat Pool Villen und die normalen Villen befinden sich an unterschiedlichen Orten (Fahrzeit mit dem Auto ca 5 Minuten). Es existiert aber ein Shuttle Service, der jederzeit genutzt werden kann.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cet hôtel ! Le lieu est super charmant, le personnel d’une gentillesse rare, au petits soins, nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Es un lugar increíble, muy buena ubicación todo limpio, la villa tiene todo a la mano. Lo que sea que pides te lo tienen rápido disponible, Pero sobre todo sus anfitriones y su equipo son un amor, muy muy atentos. Si vienen a ubud no dudeis en reservar esta villa 😍 no te vas a arrepentir.

We loved the location and the room. Since we decided to upgrade, we learned that the property actually has two locations with two different types of villas. We stayed in the area where the lobby and restaurant are located, which felt more lively and convenient. The villa itself was authentic and really gave us a true Balinese experience. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming and the restaurant was excellent. Overall, this place is a true gem and we had a wonderful stay.

The villa we stayed it was really nice. The view is spectacular. The staff is extraordinary. Would repeat the booking any time. Really close to Ubud by Grab.

The sheets were unclean, the doors didn’t close all the way, the lock was difficult to lock, the mosquito net was dirty and had holes, the floors were unclean.

Очень красивое место , уедененное . Хорошие завтраки, еда в ресторане тоже отличная. Отель расположен за Убудом , мы посетили все достопримечательности на байках через приложение Гождек. Даже ездили на пляж Керамас , с черным вулконическим песком . Очень рекомендую его увидеть .

Staff are incredibly responsive, amazing. Amazing views, amazing pool. The food was good but could be improved.

It is in nature, so will have things like Balinese geckos (some of these can be big), and insects. But this is not a bug deal.

Emplacement idéal, à l’écart d’Ubud, de sa pollution et de ses embouteillages parfois terribles, tout en restant assez proche (environ 10/15 minutes en scooter) par une petite route magnifique à travers les rizières. La villa est également très bien située, à égale distance des principaux points d’intérêt de la région. La vue depuis la villa est très jolie et le cadre est vraiment idyllique. Le personnel est gentil, accueillant et serviable, ce qui est très appréciable.

La piscine est malheureusement très froide, donc pratiquement inutilisable, ce qui est dommage compte tenu du cadre. La propreté laisse à désirer : les WC n’étaient pas propres et le sol de la chambre était très sale. Il semble qu’une cire soit appliquée entre les lavages, créant une épaisse couche noire qui salit immédiatement les pieds. Un simple test avec une serviette blanche humide suffit à le constater. Cela reste malheureusement dans les standards de propreté locaux. Autre petit bémol : aucune prise en compte des allergies alimentaires, même les plus basiques (vrai gluten free) ce qui donne une idée de la gestion de l’hygiène.

The food was delicious, the villa was gorgeous and right in the heart of nature which was what we wanted. The staff were so welcoming and kind. Loved the atmosphere. Had a wonderful time 🙏🏼

The private villa is amazing and the pool is great. The location is right in the rice field - it's a dream. We rented a scooter to get around. It is very romantic and perfect for honeymooners.

The breakfast is not so great, but there are great places nearby to eat.

The staff is super friendly. The restaurant is amazing. We spend there 5 nights and eat every day dinner in their restaurant because the food was soo good. The staff was so helpfull. Highly recoment to stay there. It is a bit out from Ubud (which was plus for us as Ubud is too busy and to much traffic there) but the hotel provide free transport to town.

Me miss the view to the rice field. As it is just a fence around.

The staff is absolutely amazing especially Debbi, Risa and Awan. The food was great, the floral decor they did and the property was beautiful.

I am uncomfortable around insects but that’s the nature around the place I was living.

Ich erwarte mir für diesen Preis einfach, dass alles gründlich sauber ist. Die Bettwäsche war bereits schwarz verschmutzt, und auf dem Bett lagen tote Fliegen. Über den Bereich zwischen den Wänden über dem Bett möchte ich gar nicht erst sprechen. Die Toilette war stark vergilbt – ich wollte sie gar nicht benutzen. Auch der Pool war nicht wirklich sauber; ich habe mich nicht getraut, darin zu schwimmen. Bei so einem Preis erwarte ich mir deutlich mehr Sauberkeit.

La zona exterior y jardín muy cuidados , personal muy amable y servicial. Desayuno muy bueno y a elegir .

La limpieza en general deficiente y el baño que está en un anexo exterior, inodoro. antiguo y deteriorado.Tiene deficiencias en la construcción y entran entran bichos a la estancia , en concreto tuvimos un ratón entrando por la noche y sobre la Cama. Cierto es que avisamos en recepción y pusieron una trampa, pero no sirvió .

Everything was great, especially the staff. We were really pleased with everyone, especially Somang, who drove us on a daily trip. He helped us with everything and I can safely say I made a friend.

La struttura è fuori dal centro città che è veramente caotico e rumoroso, perciò è necessario usare taxi o il servizio trasporti del hotel per andare in centro. La colazione è abbondante e va ordinata alla sera. Viene poi servita in camera.

Staff were amazing and so lovely. We were very much looked after by all staff but unfortunately I didn’t get everyone’s name but I managed to get two names Putri and Tari. They were two very kind young lady’s that made our stay even better. We will definitely miss this place and will be staying here again when we visit Bali for the second time. Our villa was so magical and clean. Had the most beautiful outside bathroom and was close to monkey forest, rafting, coffee tasting, jeep sunrise tour, rice filled, temple Goa Gajah and much more. Highly recommend Madani Antique Villas!

Es un lugar muy lindo, con una vista excepcional, las habitaciones tienen gran amplitud y el personal muy preocupado de nosotros. Buen servicio a la habitación y extras que se pueden pedir para una estancia romántica.

El baño tenia un problema con el agua caliente, no duraba mucho por lo que una ducha larga o llenar la tina no era posible. La iluminacion de la habitacion era muy tenue por lo que de noche costaba tener una visibilidad muy clara.

Liebevoll eingerichtet, super freundliches Personal, die private Villa mit eigenem Pool ist traumhaft! Aber auch die Zimmer sind schön. Essen war sehr gut!

Es hat uns nicht gestört aber man muss sich auf mögliche Mitbewohner wie Geckos oder Frösche einstellen.

Les bungalows sont superbes, bien décorés et très confortables. Nous sommes arrivés tardivement et nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux. Le repas du soir était très bon. Nous avons pu louer un scooter pour rejoindre Ubud par la suite. Malheureusement il pleuvait lors de notre venue mais l'extérieur de l'hébergement est très mignon et cosy, même si nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. La pluie a ajouté une touche de charme et de cocooning au logement.
