The staff is friendly and genuinely wants to help. The rooms are nice and clean.

The hotel organized corporate event on all three days we were there which is a pretty nuisance for the occupants of the building. The hotel doesn't meet standards which you normally expect from a Lemon Tree premier. And then there are no nice views to offer either. The hotel is still exorbitantly high priced like a lemon tree would be in a tier 1 city.

Staff Behaviour and Preparation of food

The bathroom towel quality is very poor

The price was quite high considering the facilities provided. Even basic amenities like complimentary mineral water were not included and had to be charged separately. The breakfast was good, but the items were not replenished quickly, which was a bit disappointing.

Room size was very good, quite spacious. It had the adequate facilities with electric kettle along with tea and coffee. Overall hotel was clean and seemed like a 3-star property

For this kind of property, the price was exorbitant. It was comparable to 5-star hotels like Marriott or ITC. But the cleanliness or maintenance was nothing compared to the better hotels. The bathroom especially was quite pathetic. The shower was leaking from all over the place, hot water came quite late after turning on the taps, and the towels were of pathetic, cheap quality.

Staffs are very supportive and helpful. Rooms size is good. But it smells. They have mold smell in the room and its suffocating.

When access the floor there is prominent moldy smell like it, the carpets were super dirty, the hygiene was lacking extremely 😳

Nothing I wouldn’t say the lemon tree Hotel is 4 star , lobby is rubbish no atmosphere at all , soon as we checked in they told us you can’t drink alcohol in the hotel, you can’t even drink out side, we have paid so much money not happy at all the way you see this hotel in the pictures it’s nothing like it, I have wasted my money for that place

Soon as you enter the room you can smell the damp, some of the electric plugs weren’t working , the bathroom were filthy the shower handle came in my hand I had to call at the customer service they said we will send someone I will send you the photographs,

I didn’t know it’s a dry state but foreigners should be allowed to bring their own alcohol every counties even some Muslim countries like Dubai etc allow . We took alcohol unknowingly and they broke all the bottles worth £110. They should at least kept it and give us back on our return.

Relaxing hotel for our visit to home town of Patna. All staff accommodating to make our stay as homely as possible!

Just the location

Everything else about the property was really sad, very unhygienic, bad facilities , very poor food.

The location was good

shower leaked, the carpets were filthy, the kettle was broken, the staff were overworked. Took me an hour to check out because the billing was a mess.

It comes under 5 star property but the services ambience everything was lesser than 3 star... The lift was also not working properly and too croudy everytime we need to wait 10 min just for lift....specially the food very less option in breakfast... Overall not worthy

Additional taxes were charged beyond what was initially shown, making the overall cost significantly higher. The food quality was average, yet the prices were high for the mediocre offerings. Furthermore, numerous hidden charges were not disclosed during the booking process on booking.com

Very central, clean and comfy hotel in hectic Patna. Staff at the restaurant took very good care of us and food was nice. Enjoyed the pool, too.Room was spacious and very clean.

The pool area is lovely. The rooms are decent - comfortable.

The only TV channels were Hindi news. Overall the location is a bit odd not much to walk around.

The cutleries were dirty. Asked them to change it for a clean one but were given dirty cutlery again. Food was not of good standard.

Food choices a bit limited and a tad overpriced. There were 3 weddings at the hotel at the time I stayed there so if you want a bit of peace might not be the best choice.

. There is no internet most of the time. Also the bed is very bad and the mattresses are not clean. If you want any service, the worker will come to you after half an hour.

In short the hotel was excellent and I had no complaints whatsoever in any of the departments. They run a nice tight ship and I was very happy about it. Keep it up

Food, overall ambience

Common area cooling was less.

Despite being the only hotel brand in the city, they are managing the customers very nicely and have not gotten into the monopoly mode. The property is in the middle of the city and reaching any corner is pretty easy. Staff is very nice and courteous, stay was very comfortable and the food was good too.

While the room was pretty clean, common areas like the lobby, restaurants and the lounges need attention regarding their cleanliness of the upholstery.
