Мебель и ремонт старый, в ванной грязно, везде налет, сломанный дозатор для мыла, плесень в душе, засоренный сток.

Номер 6 дуже сильний запах каналізації у кімнаті Номер 8 майте на увазі кімната з санвузлом, без огородження, не усім таке сподобається, полагодьте штори, не працює телевізор На фото усе виглядає краще

Номер не соответствует описанию на сайте. Двери балкона сломаны и не закрывались на замок, в номере обнаружили подсобку чердачного типа, вытяжка в ванной по какой то причине закрыта бумагой, при этом на ресепшене не знали об этом! И на закуску оборванные занавески. Плюс запах канализации в номере.

Reservamos una habitación para tres adultos y en la distribución de la misma no había comodidad para tres personas

we stayed as a family of 3: me, my mom and brother. the overall stay was nice! location is superb to be very close for all the tourist attractions, but far enough from the road or any restaurants with loud music to avoid noisiness. regarding the room, it was a bit small for 3 of us but honestly still enough to sleep and put our bags somewhere/in the shelves. it was clean, they cleaned our room every day while we were away. AC/hot water/TV/fan/fridge all worked, so all in all, besides the size of the room we were more than happy. the breakfast was good, no complaints. it was outside (food and couple of tables are inside though) in the cute garden. so for the price-location-experience wised, could definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff are incredibly welcoming, attentive, polite and professional. They were especially kind and thoughtful toward my daughter. and the breakfast is absolutely delicious 👍 The view from this room is stunning, offering unobstructed sea views where the sea meets the sky. There are also many lovely cats 🐱 The owner and staff gave us great assistance, including helping us book transportation to the airport.

Расположение прекрасное. Разнообразные вкусные завтраки. Приятный персонал. Номер небрльшой но уютный. Что хотелось бы исправить : качество постельного белья и качество уборки ванных комнат.

El lugar es muy acogedor, las habitaciones son comodas, el desayuno buffet fue excelente y lo mas importante la antecion por parte de Emrha y BK fue excelente, te ayudan en cualquier duda que tengas sobre la habitacion o sobre que hacer para aprovechar al maximo tu instancia en la ciudad.

Расположение очень хорошее. С одной стороны -набережная, а если пойти в другую вот уже и Айя София. Стоит подняться по лестнице и уже улочка с кафе и ресторанчиками

Мебель конечно подустала, но если рассматривать отель как перевалочный пункт- он идеален. Меня смутило усердие с которым администраторы предлагали мне заказать трансфер из/в отель, на мой взгляд одного предложения было бы достаточно, но я получала их каждый раз проходя мимо) но в целом на ресепшен разговорчивые администраторы готовые поговорить обо всем, и отказ в трансфере воспринимали спокойно.

Was in excellent location, many famous places are in 5 mins walk. Good restaurants nearby, excellent view to the water. Was clean, people were really friendly

Hotel limpio y cómodo. Personal amable y atento. El desayuno es suficiente y va variando ligeramente cada día. Hay comida turca principalmente pero también hacen platos más occidentales. El desayuno se toma en el jardín y es muy agradable, tiene una zona al aire libre y otra cubierta y climatizada. La zona en la que está el hotel es muy buena, puedes ir andando a casi todos los sitios importantes y en pocos minutos estás en el tranvía que te lleva a otras zonas. . Las habitaciones son suficientemente grandes como para pasar una semana.

Para mi gusto las camas y almohadas un poco duras pero se puede dormir bien. Entra bastante luz por las ventanas y te despiertas pronto pero es lo que hay que hacer si quieres disfrutar de la cuidad.

Great location , beautiful view of the sea. attentive, very friendly and helpful staff, very nice garden for breakfast and coffee.

For the people with mobility problems i would recommend to book the room on the ground floor. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow and stiff.

Nous étions à deux pas de tous les lieux touristiques mais pour autant très au calme. Le petit jardin est un véritable plus on n'a plus l'impression d'être à istanbul. Le personnel a pu nous proposer des prix très intéressants pour le transfert vers l'aéroport. Il y avait des petits chatons c'était un hasard mais nos enfants étaient aux anges

La salle de bain était un peu petite mais sinon tout était très bien

I especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of this location, right in the heart of the ancient old city, likely on the site where the old palace once stood. You can truly feel both the spirit of history and the charm of the present moment, with the calming sea, the cries of seagulls, and the rhythm of everyday life blending together. I particularly loved the location and layout of the dining area, where excellent breakfasts are served. Enjoying breakfast among the garden trees, surrounded by a peaceful, country-style atmosphere, was one of the highlights of my stay. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, and my overall impression of the stay is extremely positive. The hotel also has a neighboring property that has been recently renovated, and it is equally excellent. The staff are polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Bilkay, Miray, and Selim and others (apologies if I have misspelled and forgotten any of your names). Complimentary coffee/tea were offered throughout the day, and you can also help yourself to enjoy the tea in the garden in the evening.

اجواء المكان مميزة ودافئة حسيت ان مستضافة عند عائلة اكثر من كونه فندق. بنسبة للغرفة كانت نظيفة ومريحة، تعامل الموظفين كان رائع خصوصًا الفتاة في الاستقبال كانت لطيفة ومتعاونة، وهنالك موظف قدم لنا معلومات عن معالم وعادات المنطقة استمتعت بمعرفة المعلومات والافطار كان لذيذ ومتنوع اوصي به وسأكرر الإقامة فيه

عدم توفر مصعد لكن موظف الفندق ساعدنا في حمل الحقائب بارك الله في صحته

Замечательный отель, очень удобно расположен на карте города. Приветливый персонал, вкусные завтраки, уютная атмосфера. Трасса на крыше с видом на море, маленькие улочки вокруг и крики чаек, все это создаёт неповторимый Стамбульский вайб)

Очень хорошее расположение, близко к автобусной остановке и поезду. Набережная рядом, все достопримечательности рядом. Приветливый персонал, чистый и очень уютный номер. Мы были в восторге.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже второй раз. Он маленький, но очень уютный.Да, там нет супер ремонта. Но довольно чисто. Подходит для тех, кто не намерен сидеть в отеле весь день. Для тех, кто приехал много ходить по Стамбулу. Расположен прям у главных достопримечательностей Топкапы и всего, что вокруг. Удобно идти до трамвая, который едет в разные районы. Очень понравились завтраки и персонал. Все очень приветливы и отзывчивы. Рядом есть ресторан на крыше, где можно покормить чаек. Называется VILLASOFIYA. Очень вкусно и красиво

Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as reserved, with a beautiful view. (Air conditioner worked properly) Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of fresh options. The hotel has a lovely garden that’s open 24/7, where you can meet adorable cats and kittens, which made our stay even more special. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to major attractions. It was definitely worth the money.

The only minor downside was that the bathroom provided just one type of shampoo. I had to buy a separate shower gel and hair conditioner from a local market. Other than that, everything was great.

地理位置靠近老城区蓝色清真寺🕌 凌晨4.30会有唤拜声 影响睡眠 500➕一晚 但是并没有图片中的向外延伸的观景阳台房(需要另外加钱)，自助早餐比较丰盛，猫咪很爱吃肉，会上桌，撸猫人士友好，不然会觉得很烦影响吃早餐，退房会收寄存行李费10欧 ，话不多说

The location is perfect

The service and facilities were not in order at all. After a long day i went back to my room and the airconditioning was empty of gas on a very hot day. They did not have other empty rooms and the ones empty had the same problem which means they were not taking good care of their facilities. The offered a fan but for the whether that day a fan would do nothing. I wanted to leave but they insisted that i should pay something as I “used the room”, but i did not use it except for leaving my stuff when i was out exploring the city. They said they have another hotel but it’s more expensive so they cannot move me there. I had to find another hotel myself at 12 midnight after of course having paid them some money. I don’t like how they did it and how they treated the situation. Totally inconscience.

В цьому готелі по праву можу оцінити лише сніданок і сад, в якому він проходить - прекрасні! Номер нам дали не той, що бронювали, але там можу позитивно оцінити чистоту, все нове, доволі потужний фен. Місцерозташування- чудове

ЖАХЛИВИЙ СЕРВІС щодо поселення і усного відгуку на ранок. Забронювала номер Делюкс з видом на море (зазначалось, що площа 30 кв.м, є диван в номері додатково до ліжка, на фото - гарний вид). При поселенні після оплати виявилось, що номер зайнятий і нам запропонували номер в сусідньому готелі, який є спільним. Номер виявився маленьким, але ми були втомлені (9 годин в дорозі в машині) і шматочок моря видно, тож погодились. Та потім нас чекав сюрприз - ще й вай фай не працює, телевізор також (а звʼязок був дуже важливим). Нам запропонували перейти в інший номер з вай-фаєм, але тоді б виду на море зовсім не було б. Після того, як перед виїздом чоловік сказав всі нюанси, які нам не сподобались, адміністратору, готель на букінгу скасував моє бронювання, щоб я не змогла написати відгук і поставити чесні оцінки. Довелось писати на букінг додатково (чесно - не сподівалась, що мені відкриють доступ, але рада, що вийшло). Готель (фото додам), в якому нас розмістили, але не там, де ми мали бути і не в такому номері - новий і, відповідно, все нове там, але немає навіть гачків для рушників, вай-фай не у всі кімнати дотягує і в нас його не було, на крутих сходах треба бути дуже обережними, так як не було поручня, дверці шафи при відкритті бʼються об лампу і тому не можна її нормально відкрити. Кімнати в Sublime Porte Hotel, де ми мали бути, зранку показали чоловіку на нижньому поверсі зі словами, що тут такий самий розмір, в якому ми жили і що всі номери такі, але що на верхньому поверсі, де ми мали б жити, зайнято і тому не можуть показати. Тож лишаються питання: 1)чому номер був доступний для бронювання на букінгу, якщо він зайнятий? 2)якщо номер однаковий за розміром з нижнім поверхом, чому на букінгу він більший з диваном на додачу? Тобто, в будь-якому випадку готель обманює і опис не відповідає дійсності. Про що фактично сказав адміністратор готелю чоловіку - що так робиться бізнес.

Location is superb! Design of the hotel is lovely, small details make the place authentic and different from places around. With its own charm. As well as the garden, small and quiet oasis near top touristic locations. Rooms on upper floors have sea view and the room downstairs ( the bigger one is for a family ) is looking the garden, we stayed both and I shall say the garden room was even better delight. Though the view from the room is also great deal! The breakfast is good with nice selection of local cuisine. Local çay is especially tasty in the garden near Aya Sofia.

In general it is quiet, but the doors are not that sound proof so some time you can hear neighbours. Also sea gulls are loud )) if you open the window

Не ведитесь на картинки и описание, а также на накрученный рейтинг, что совсем не соответствует действительности.

Номер, который по описанию должен был быть 30 кв. на самом деле не достигал и 15. Очень шумно ночью, плохая шумоизоляция. На завтраке нечего есть вообще. Не было даже свежего хлеба. Тостера нет. На вопрос где можно подогреть хлеб, мне подогрели в микроволновке… Яичницу, которую готовили персонально, девушки делали с большим одолжением. Растворимый кофе. Персонал оставляет желать лучшего. Никак не пытался при этом сгладить впечатление. По большому счету персоналу вообще наплевать на своих постояльцев. В целом отель неуютный, старый, а также нет лифта.

маленький простенький отельчик ) Самое хорошее это расположение , в 5 минутах от Айсофии и трамвайных путей , но при этом находится в очень спокойном месте , можно выспаться.

Ein kleines aber feines Boutiq hotel, freundlich sauber und die Jungs an der Reception kümmern sich wirklich um jeden Wunsch und unterstützen bei allen Fragen gerne! Die Damen in der garten Küche machen das Frühstück sehr liebevoll und ich würde es jeden gegen einen Rabatt and der Reception empfehlen ! Sonnst bezahlt mann das dreifache in der Umgebung. Das hotel bietet auch Ausflüge an was recht Angenehm ist. Ich habe mich richtig wohl und sicher gefüllt da die Anlage auch durch video überwacht ist und 24 h Reception.

Breakfast times we found quite late for travelers, we didnt want to wait around, we wanted to get out before the rush so we didnt get to have the breakfast that was included. Being woken by late arrivals who unfortunately dont know how to be respectful of others. One morning a man was sleeping on the couch in the lobby, it was strange but we didnt know the situation.

Отличное расположение, очень понравилась планировка номера - он просторный и хорошо распланирован. Вид на босфор - великолепный. В холодную погоду немного прохладно в номере. Завтрак вкусный, сотрудники всегда готовы помочь. В номере был чай и кофе. Хотелось бы немного больше косметических принадлежностей в ванне - зубную пасту, например. В остальном все очень хорошо.

Op de foto's ziet het er net wat chiquer uit dan dat het in het echt is.

The location was fabulous, we walked everywhere. I loved our little room, very comfortable and a peek at the palace fence from our window. We also felt we adopted the cat, Jasmine which was lovely.

Nothing really, we had everything we needed.

Great location only 5 min from Hagia Sofia and close to metro line. The staff was very friendly, helping and give great service and suggestions. For us family with baby and older kid was the perfect stay. The view from the top room we had was amazing ! Great sunrises and the opportunity to see the seabirds come an ask for food ! The high light from all was that you could see dolphins from room as it had sea view ! Amazing emotions for me and my family !! Thank you for all ! From girls in kitchen , the cleaning staff an all the guys in reception. !! Hands down was the best accommodation that we could have in this budget !! Thank you 🙏

Мы жили на цокольном этаже, Это не очень понравилось, тк вид только на сад! Отель маленький! Все по-домашнему! Единственное запах кошек сильный, но это в Турции норма наверное! Очень узкие лестницы, когда приехали нам спустили чемоданы, а когда уезжали, не было никого, пришлось поднимать, было сложно!

Aggressive staff, a room that didn't match the description, it was smaller and had old furniture, payment was only possible in cash, breakfast was terrible ,only spreads on bread and one type of sausage

Очень понравился номер - , теплое просторное помещение, прекрасный вид из окна - на крепостную стену и Босфор , в номере был чайник, чашки и запас чая и кофе, деревянный пол чистый и тёплый , было комфортно ходить босиком, отель очень удобно расположен - до площади Султанахмет - 10 минут неспешной ходьбы. В номере каждый день убирали, забирали мусор, меняли полотенца пополняли запасы чая.

Понравилось все, разве что было бы здорово еще добавить микроволновку и штопор.

The location, cleanliness and most importantly dhe kindness of the staff made our stay very enjoyable. They were very efficient, very helpful and made us feel like home. We used also their transportation service to the airport. We will defenitely come back here any time when in Istanbul.

The owner, Emrah is very kind and ready to help, he made sure we were treated like at home. The location, and the boutique classy design of the hotel is really enchanting! Highly recommended

Excellent staff and very affordable prices. Central location walking distance to Blue Mosque and Haga Sofia and Metro station.

The location is perfect for all the sights in the city. Breakfast had a wide selection of savoury dishes and omlettes to order but I missed a pastry with my coffee... only bread available. The bed was very comfy and the view from the terrace would have been beautiful... if it hadn't rained the 4 days of our stay! Staff were very helpful with good knowledge of the locality and recommended two very nice restaurants nearby. Hotel offers a local hammam service which includes a pick up from the hotel... wonderful experience!

Bathroom was a bit quirky with no division between it and the bedroom. No lift to the top floor with access only by a narrow stair. Breakfast/cafe area was in a separate garden room. No real public sitting space.
