Reviewed Aug 25, 2026La ubicación nos sorprendió, ya que está muy céntrico y resulta muy cómodo para moverse por la zona. El apartamento es muy moderno y está muy bien cuidado. El que muestra en la foto es el que encontraras. Fiel a la foto. También nos ofrecieron la opción de desayuno por un suplemento por persona. No recuerdo exactamente el precio, pero creo que eran unos 12 € por persona, así que tampoco nos pareció caro. Finalmente, nosotros no lo contratamos. Por último, destacar la atención de Diana, que fue muy simpática, profesional y encantadora en todo momento. Nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y fue un placer tratar con ella.
Lo que menos nos gustó fue que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente. Se lo comentamos y, según nos dijeron, estaba funcionando, pero lo cierto es que no echaba aire frío. Hacía bastante calor y tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas. También echamos de menos que el apartamento no tuviera lavavajillas ni horno. El apartamento es muy moderno y, aunque entiendo que no es algo imprescindible, estando de vacaciones no apetece tener que lavar los platos y los cubiertos a mano. Además, un día decidimos hacer unas pizzas y nos dimos cuenta de que no había horno, sino únicamente un microondas con función grill. A pesar de estos pequeños detalles, nos ha gustado mucho el apartamento y hemos estado muy a gusto. Si en el futuro volvemos a Porto, seguramente repetiremos y nos volveremos a alojar aquí.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Wszędzie w Porto można dostać się pieszo lub szybko dostać do komunikacji miejskiej. Komunikacja z właścicielem bardzo dobra. Znakomite śniadania. Klimatyzacja w pokoju. Widok przez okno. Generalnie polecam !
Poziom czystości mebli w apartamencie, no i fakt, że apartament na zdjęciach był nieco inny, niż ten przedstawiony na zdjęciach.

Me faltó una escoba y una fregona, porque siempre manchas algo y te gusta recogerlo, sobretodo al viajar con niños. Y luego también eché de menos un pequeño tendal, ya que al viajar en verano, si vas a alguna playa piscina, no tienes sitio donde colgar la ropa mojada. Pero el resto todo genial, solo esos dos pequeños detalles fácilmente solucionables

Nuestro apartamento daba a una fachada en ruinas y había piedras que habían caído al patio, pero entiendo que eso no depende de ellos. Como sugerencia añadiría un par de cápsulas de leche como amenities a lo que ya hay.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Excellent emplacement ! Appartement très propre dans un bel immeuble. Chambres spacieuses avec une très bonne literie. La rue est bruyante en journée mais double vitrage et le soir, c'est calme. Nous recommandons !
Nous avons eu des soucis avec l'électroménager mais l'équipe est intervenue dans les heures qui ont suivi pour nous dépanner. Des remontées d'odeur dans la salle de bain mais sûrement en lien avec les canalisations de ce vieil immeuble.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Spacious, clean apartment. Very central. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. Easy walk to all main attractions. We were provided with extra toilet roll and bin bags when we requested them.
Staff communicated by text and email and were most helpful. It would have been nice to meet someone in person. There was a bad smell in the bathroom, coming from the drains I think. Nit sure if much can be done about this, it's a city and Portugal.

Im Badezimmer fehlt die gute Hänge für Badetuch. Wir sehen keine Mitarbeitern vor Ort.

Le cialde caffè, presenti solo per un giorno. E la presenza in bagno solo del doccia schiuma, no shampoo, no cuffia doccia. Sono cose che costano poco ma fanno sentire l’ospite coccolato.

Two of the days during our stay there was a very unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I reported it through Booking and they said they would have a plumber look into after our stay. Thankfully, that smell would come and go so it wasn’t there the entire stay, and we were go a lot anyways.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026위치!!! 상벤투역 바로 앞에 있어, 대성당, 렐루서점, 클라리구스성당, 마제스틱커피 모든 곳을 걸어다닐 수 있는 정말 좋은 위치입니다. 유럽에서 본 가장 현대식 엘리베이터가 설치되어 있고, 아파트 입구와 현관 모두 번호키로 되어 있어 여러개의 열쇠를 챙길 부담없고 아주 편리합니다. 공간도 아주 넓고 와이파이가 잘 되어 가족 세명이 일주일 넘게 사용하는데에 아무런 불퍈을 못 느꼈습니다.
샤워부스 내 물이 너무 천천히 내려갑니다. 처음부터 불안했는데 일주일 쯤 쓰니 아예 안 내려가게 되어 샤워부스 밖으로 물이 넘쳐버렸습니다.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Localização perfeita, no coração do Porto, mesmo junto à estação de comboios de S. Bento. Apartamento muito tranquilo e sossegado, apesar do rebuliço da rua. Tudo impecavelmente limpo.
Algumas luzes fundidas na casa de banho, mas nada de importante.

Nous n’avons pas eu d eau chaude à notre arrivé ni le lendemain matin ensuite l eau chaude a été rétablie.

Reviewed May 24, 2026We were welcomed in person and given the codes. Great communication from the host. There was no noise even though we were on a main road. Nice bed linen, slept well. Bathroom was large with great shower.
Nothing we didn’t like-a chopping board would be useful for fruit.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Ubicación buenísima, Limpísimo y cómodo. El personal, te lo explican muy bien, son super amable. También pudimos dejar las maletas un par de horas antes de hacer el check in en sus oficinas, que se encuentra a cinco minutos del apartamento.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Nos encantó que estuviera tan céntrico y con ascensor. Muy cerca de la estación Sao Bento y de las calles principales caminando.
Si tuviera que poner alguna pega, sería que algunas habitaciones tenían humedades en el techo y que las cocinas no tienen horno, pero nada preocupante.

לא נשלח קוד כניסה, נאלצתי לחכות ברחוב עם מזוודות שעתיים ,למרות ששלחתי מספר הודעות עד שהגיעה נציגה ונתנה את הקוד.תקלות בדירה רצפה דביקה ,מכונת הקפה לא עבדה,המזרון במיטה היה גרוע וקמנו עם גב כואב , המזגן הרעיש הממוקם בכניסה לדירה כך שאינו מועיל ,לא קיבלנו שירות של החלפת מגבות ונקיון, לא ביקר אותנו נציג ,חוץ מהבחור שהביא את ארוחת הבקר,שהיתה גרועה ובלתי אכילה,וכשדיברתי עם השליח הוא התנצל,אנחנו לא נהננו מהשהייה ההתנצלות לא עוזרת.
