Mansion Buenavista

It’s worth the stay. They were staining the wood so a minor smell of linseed oil.

Outstanding stay for 5 days. Very nice property. Outstanding staff that went above and beyond in taking excellent care of me. Mimi arranged for all my tours which were excellent. Laundry was done very efficiently and inexpensively. Mano cooked excellent dinners along with his 2 helpers. Jessa did a great job with security. Flora did amazing deep tissue massages. I had the most relaxing and amazing stay with the really very attentive staff. Housekeeping did a fabulous job. I plan on returning here with family.

The service was excellent from the start to end. The staff was friendly and helpful, Every needs were taken care of. The breakfast was great.

Mansion Buenavista was perfect for our family of four. Coffee and hot chocolate was over flowing, breakfast was scrumptious and delicious, close to everything you need and Noud, the owner was just a fantastic host. With his staff and crew, they treat us with all warmth and out most hospitality. Our room is very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend it. They even gave us breakfast To Go because of our early flight to our next destination in our family vacation. What a wonderful experience for our family.

The hotel was awsome with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was awesome and the family that operates the hotel was extremely hospitable.

Nuod and his staff are the best. This hotel is walkable to town, os beautiful and clean. Thank you Nuod for a really awesome experience!

Noud and Jen are the perfect hosts. I am so glad I based our booking on the reviews. Rooms and dining area are clean, food is great -- they offer free breakfast with a selection of Pinoy or American. Lunch and Dinner -- you might think is pricey but it's a huge portion and can be shared. Water, ice, Coffee and milo (hot choco) is avaliable anytime of the day. They have airport transfer for a fee. They offered early check in as well as late check out if rooms are avaliable. Because of this, we were able to maximize our stay by booking an additional tour. They also lent us dry bags so we don't have to buy. The tours they offer are also great! Compared to others, booking with them includes hotel pickup, towels/snorkels included in the fee and eco tax can be arranged by them. Everything is con convenient with them.

The owners of the property were very attentive to their guest. Their food is delicious and cheaper than eating out. The property is very clean and inside the rooms. We had a really wonderful time. I will be booking again. Thank you Naoud and Jennifer.

Great hospitality from owners and staff. Included breakfast with options of Filipino and American options. Owners helped schedule our island hopping tours and our massages. Pitchers were provided to refill with filtered water and have in our room. Having unlimited drinking water was great. Rooms were clean and simple with a beautiful view.

very nice and clean place will be back

Excellent property with very friendly, helpful and informative staff. Good location away from busy El Nido, yet walkable into town. We had a good time here; room was comfortable and to a good standard. Cleanliness was a high standard. Downstairs in breakfast area is a bit noisy when busy, but otherwise overall tremendous.

Hotel was a good choice, staff really friendly, booked trips for us and offered a good service, breakfast excellent at hotel

Great property and hotel staff! Noud and Jennifer were very helpful with all of our tour and transportation bookings. There’s a pool getting built, so a great benefit for future travelers in a couple of months. We enjoyed

Very good location. Owners and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Anything you need they will organize. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was great with a wonderful view and exemplary service! The food was so good that we came back to eat here after we hopped over to Coron and were on our way back home. The owner was very gracious and friendly. I messed up one of the towel swans in the pic before taking… it was perfect before I touched it.

I've never felt so welcomed and cared for at a hotel before. Noud and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable, relaxed, and tended to. They will help arrange travel, laundry, and day trips. The rooms are comfy, clean, and offer a great view. The morning breakfast is excellent and there is a great lunch/dinner menu as well. I dont think I'll bother looking at other hotels the next time I return. Can't wait to visit again once the pool.is ready!!

The staff is so nice and friendly. The hotel owner is very nice. Hotel is close to the beach. The hotel room is clean. Good breakfast. So quiet place, relax. Highly recommended to stay

What can i say, the staff and owner at the property were amazing, they made sure we felt welcome and attended to at all times, the breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Great views from the good sized balcony, and loved watching the numerous geckos scurrying around. The staff happily organised tours and transfers for us and everything was settled smoothly on check out. There is some building work going on as they are having a pool installed, but this did not affect our stay at all, but will improve it for others when finished. The property is situated just outside of the main nightlife, so is quiet at night, but only 5-10mins walk of you want the bars and restaurants. Great stay and would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in the mansion. Thank you for the warm welcome Mr. Nuod!

Our stay at Mansion Buenavista was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the owners and staff made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our visit was smooth and memorable, assisting us with booking local tours and arranging airport transportation with ease and efficiency. Their dedication to guest comfort and personalized service is truly commendable. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness and support throughout our stay and would highly recommend Mansion Buenavista to anyone seeking a welcoming and well-organized experience.

Awsome little hotel on the hill, quiet clean nice owner always on the property and attentive to your needs.

Was an amazing stay and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The food and breakfast is amazing as well.

A fantastic place to stay, just 5 minute walk from El Nido town centre. We stayed in Rm3 with a balcony overlooking the vast limestone mountains. The room had 1 double and 2 twins and a bathroom. Air-conditioned with fridge. Very clean. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Noud (owner) - thank you for our fantastic stay and helping us really enjoy El Nido and its surroundings. We had the most wonderful time. We'll be back to use that pool when it is finished 👍

Mansion Buenavista was a great family owned property. Noud and his family go out of their way to be helpful from the minute you arrive. Breakfast was delicious each morning especially the fresh fruit and banana pancakes. The room is spacious and a nice view from the balcony. The property is on a steep drive up so if you have mobility issues it can be difficult to stay here, but all the restaurants, bars and cafes of El Nido town are 5-10 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Just left this lovely hotel. I got the room I booked on the 3rd floor. Great view for sunset. The staff are outstanding. A great breakfast was included. Fantastic location for walking around town - plenty of dining options and access to the boat tours. Room very clean and I loved the tea/coffee making facilities in the room. AC and fan in the room. I see why this place gets good reviews.

Staying at Mansion Buenavista was so great. The staff took care of us in such a great way!!! Loved the communication with the property. They provided the perfect landing pad for our adventures in El Nido!!

I would highly recommend staying at this property. Noud and Jennifer are amazing hosts! They are happy to please all their guests! The staff are happy to do the same! The food - oh my gosh! They have the pleasure of an awesome chef on staff and he makes every meal with love - best food by far in El Nido! Rooms were cleaned every day and very spacious and very nice! ❤️ Rey and Vicky

Oh, my. Where to begin? If I could give 6 stars for service, I would. I arrived early on my first day, tired after a long flight to Manila from the US and from Manila to El Nido. I was immediately greeted with a smile and the option to check in early, which was amazing. From there, it just got better. Noud, Jennifer, Mimi and the rest of the crew are all fantastic, warm, hospitable people. Very attentive and always smiling. The room was great, spotless and bright. The breakfast was amazing, with Filipino, Continental, or savory options. They take care of everything for you, book rides to Nacpan, island hopping tours, or help you get to Vanilla beach. We had dinner at the hotel one night after a long day and it was really yummy too (and very inexpensive). On our last day we were leaving early and they had breakfast and a tricycle ready for the airport by the time we went down. Truly amazing, all of them. The town is a short walk away, but not in the super touristy area, which for us was a plus. They are building a pool, so it will get even better from here. Keep up the good work, and thanks for making our stay memorable!

Very lovely stay here, staff are amazing and very accomodating, breakfast is beautiful and cooked fresh every morning, the town is in walking distance and the hotel is safe. The staff even packed us breakfast for our early morning flight. Thank you hotel mansion buenavista!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Mansion Buenavista. The location was perfect - close to shops and the island hopping tours. The owner, Noud, and staff were amazing and very hospitable. They were very attentive to all our needs, providing assistance in booking tours, transportation, local spa services, and so forth. Made to order breakfast were included and other dining options for lunch and dinner. The facility is very well-maintained. Special shoutout to Mimi - above and beyond service. Would return and recommend. Thank you so much, you all made the experience so smooth.

I loved everything about this property. I was welcomed by the warm, hospitable, friendly host, and was well pampered by the staff. The property is perfectly located for a short walk to all the bars and restaurants and the rooms were clean, quiet, and well stocked. I highly recommend staying here and I will definitely return soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This guest house provides 5 star service from the owner and his wife, to all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we were provided with help and advice in every aspect of our stay. The room was beautiful and comfortable and the property is eco-friendly. When the pool is finished, this will be the icing on the cake! Thank you Noud, Jennifer and staff! :)

Absolutely enjoyed the hospitality and cordial from the owner Noud, his staff wonderful you must meet Mimi she is a delight, everyone helpful, would recommend a stay here, and would return

The owner and all the staffs were so kind and welcoming. Very clean room and nice breakfast. I would definitely stay again!

This is an amazing place to stay with an amazing staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful and made my stay a breeze. Walking distance from everything in town, but a little away so it’s nice and quiet. The rooms were new and clean, would definitely stay here again

We cannot fault our stay at Mansion Buenavista. The room was spacious and cool to escape the El Nido heat, and the view (from level two) was absolutely gorgeous. What stood out the most though was the staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay - booking our tours, transport, arranging laundry, providing towels and always providing suggestions or answering our questions about the local area. A small note that there is some construction going on next door and some construction noise during the day, but it was not too disruptive. We look forward to coming back again in the future!

Amazing staff, beautiful rooms You want to go there!!

With only 8 rooms, this hotel was the perfect stay. Breakfast was included and it has decent views especially from the third floor. I would stay here again. Noud the owner was friendly and very helpful, was able to rent a motorbike which came handy during our stay.

Jennifer and staff went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable and welcoming. Our flight came in at 8am and we were pleasantly surprised that our room was already available. Included breakfast was delicious and filling! Added bonus is that Jennifer was able to book the tours we preferred, complete with pick-up from the hotel to drop-off at group meeting places. We optimized the time we were in El Nido cause of their organized tours.

Perfect stay in elnido. Amazing staff. They do everything they can to help you with all your needs, including booking island hopping and scooters. Can’t wait to come back when their pool is finished. Can’t recommend enough.

Nuod was a great host. He was easy to work with and he personally assisted us with our requests. His staff is excellent. Service was great. They kept our room clean and tidy. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Mr Noad and Mimi and the rest of the crew makes sure your stay in El Nido is unforgettable Highly recommended. Mr Noad booked all our tours and transportation back to Puerto Princesa at very reasonable price. Surprised my husband with a bottle of wine and s bday cake with room decor. Staff greeted him with birthday songs as soon as we arrived!!! That was fun! Thanks a lot Mansion Buenavista!

9/10, only because the road in front in noisy and there is construction all around. Otherwise absolutely incredible staff, proximity to everything and the food! Mango pancakes were so yummy and the beef burger was one of the best I’ve had in years! Rooms are basic but very clean and I just can’t say enough about how accommodating the staff was. I was ill and they really cared and took wonderful care of me . If your going to busy and looking not to rest much, this is a great choice. Street noise does slow down after 22:00. Enjoy

Amazing Hospitality. The staff took care of everything and our accommodations. Best recommended

A nice place to stay and close walking distance to the ocean and restaurants. A 10 minute ride to Angel Beach and Lio Beach! The hotel serves breakfast for free. The owner is very polite and will answer all your questions.

“This property is absolutely stunning, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Mimi was particularly amazing, and the owner of the facility also played a big part in making our experience truly unforgettable. We can’t recommend it highly enough!”

W had an amazing 4 night stay here! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and the bathroom is very clean. We enjoyed the daily breakfast too, which was made to order. The tours and van services arranged through them have no markups, and we got our laundry done by then as well. If we come back to El Nido, will stay with them again!

The rooms are very nice and very clean, nice restaurant. A nice view from the upper rooms. Less than a 5-minute trike ride to downtown in main Beach. The staff and owners are great they will do anything they can to see you get what you need. You will have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to your room and a small ramp to get to the property but I am a 55-year-old truck driver that smokes and did not find this an issue

This is a very nice small resort, with restaurant and a bar, good food, very clean and very nice rooms. The staff is excelent and the owners are pleasant, very helpful and onsite most all the time. Some rooms with a great view. We had room two on the lower floor with a partial ocean view and room 5 on the top floor with a great ocean view. Cons. A little bit of construction noise from the building next door but that's to be expected especially in the philippines. Anything else negative to say would be i wish the beds were a little softer but that's my personal preference, seems like every hotel i ever visit have firm mattresses. It really is a nice super clean small resort with great rooms.

We received a warm welcome and enjoyed a fabulous stay. Our room was spotless the sevice was personalised and impeccable. Our hosts went out of their way to assist and and accommodate our needs in a foreign country. We trusted their recommendations implicitly and were not disappointed.

If you are looking for a place that is close to home comfort, this is the right place. The whole atmosphere was welcoming superb company by host and all the staff. We were welcomed by a cheerful Mimi and enjoyed conversations during dinner with Jennifer and Noud. What a spectacular time we had! The meals were thoroughly enjoyed by all. Thanks fora terrific vacation at the Mansion :) Shiela and family

The owner Noud and his wife Jennifer was very pleasant and made us feel at home. They even prepared special breakfast for us when they heard that we were craving for champorado and tuyo. The property was very clean and spotless. The rest of the staff was friendly and responsive to our requests. They also arranged our tours and excellent recommendations as to which tours to book. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

already evaluated

The owner, Noud, and his staff were kind and very helpful. Upon arriving we were greeted by a half dozen staff members who carried our luggage up the inclined walkway and a flight of stairs to our room on the second floor. The beds were also quite comfortable. The property is well maintained, and everything was very clean. I would recommend anyone visiting El Nido to stay here.

This place is a Gem from the time we got there everything was wonderful from tbe rooms to the food and the owners Noud and his wife Jennifer were always on hand for anything you needed . I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I like the view overlooking mountains and place is safe and quiet. All staff are friendly. Breakfast is delicious but the serving is not enough. They need to increase their serving. Overall property is very good 😊.

Our family had a wonderful stay here! The photos are accurate and there is a beautiful mountain view from our deck. This place has a lot of charm and the host is super friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. Mimi was also very nice, professional and helped us with activities! The room and beds were comfortable and Wifi was very good.

Our stay exceeded our expectation. The staff and owner were kind and accommodating. Having breakfast included in the morning was convenient as well as the excursions that the hotel suggests and plan for you. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place with a good price, views, clean rooms and nice staff

We loved this modest property and their attention to detail. Lovely owners Jennifer & Noud go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Delicious breakfast and drinks. It’s not fancy but it was perfect. Great walkable neighborhood as well tucked in the hill away from noise.

The staff and owners are great. A wonderful experience overall

The hospitality by Noud, Jennifer, Mimi, and the rest of the friendly staff was exceptionally awesome! They took care of all our needs making our (w/ my sister) stay such a wonderful experience. Noud always available to answer our concerns , arranged for our transport to and from the airport and our island hopping tours made our tours seamless and worry free . Jennifer is so sweet ,always there to talk to , gave us tips on places to see in El Nido , shopping , among other things. Mimi also very nice and assisted us among other things, with our meals which were delicious . The guesthouse was just a 2-3 minute walk to El Nido downtown . It’s very clean, our room has a balcony with a view , nice furnishings, homey and elegant . Will definitely stay at Mansione Buenavista if I get the chance to visit El Nido again . Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Mansion Buenavista in El Nido, where the warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The service was exceptional with attentive staff (special shoutout to Mimi) who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Another highlight was the amazing breakfast choices and Filipino food for dinner. Overall, the tour, massage, transfers, and other services such as laundry at this place was worth it. Thank you to Noud and all the staff at Mansion Buenavista!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Where do I begin? I can't put into words how attentive to detail these hosts are. Don't book things beforehand (like I did), and leave it Noud, Jennifer, and Mimi. They will take care of everything. Laundry = drop it off and it's done when you come back folded up. Wet clothing= they'll dry it. Towels= available and free if they book Tour A, B, C, or D. Breakfast is awesome and hearty. Unlimited coffee and Milo (like Nesquik mix). I spiced it up and mix coffee and Milo = Milofee. In room massages 💆‍♂️ 💆‍♀️ Made us melt (they used a neighboring room empty) into sleeping. Wifi is the best in El Nido at 200mb/s steady. It's like having family in El Nido. SUPPORT your small family businesses and stay here. If you need more then they offer filtered water 24/7 with unlimited Milo! Hot water and very well cleaned room. Give Mimi a raise!

Enjoyed our stay Mansion Buenavista. Staff and ownership was very helpful and responsive. Location is perfect and walkable to town. Also, the Wifi was excellent.

Everything about this place was amazing! The owner scheduled all of our excursions and the front desk lady was amazing and answered every question we had and gave us great recommendations. We can’t wait to come back !!!

The hotel is excellent, the property manager and employees are very kind, friendly and helpful.

I liked the area because it gave us a really nice view of the area. The staff are awesome and really friendly and helpful. My husband who is very picky also loved the place. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The place is also clean. The breakfast included was delicious . We also booked the airport transportation and island tour through them.

Except for a few hiccups. May stay was okay.

We had an unforgettable stay at this property in El Nido, Palawan. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality by the attentive and friendly hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the beach and close to numerous restaurants and shops. Despite its central location, the property is a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the fresh flowers and stocked mini fridge. Our hosts were always available to provide recommendations and assistance, making us feel truly at home. Their local knowledge and willingness to help made our trip even more special. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting El Nido. It's a gem that combines convenience, comfort, and exceptional service. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This could have been the best place I've stayed at during my 17 days travel around the Philippines. It's beautiful and the most eco friendly place I've stayed at. The staff were very efficient. The owners where welcoming, but it was hard to sleep because of bed bugs. I travel a lot and this was my first experience with bed bugs. The room was sunny, open, and clean so I was surprise actually seeing them crawling after spraying my Hygea Natural Bed Bug Treatment. I wouldn't wait to leave because I couldn't sleep, but I did enjoyed El Nido.

Pros: Very close walking distance to restaurants and their downtown. Rooms were clean and they offered to clean our room every day but we opted out of it since we were only there for 3 days. Wifi was very good in our room even at the dining area (although you have to connect to a diff wifi, it’s not a big deal). Staff was VERY nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area! Best part for me. Room amenities were great including TV with Netflix and other apps. Cons: every night there were dogs barking in the middle of the night. Kinda loud w vehicles passing by. Wifey wasn’t a fan of the bathroom not being vented, and it would get muggy she said, because they had little screened windows on the wall as vents. Highly recommend getting this place! We loved it.

The owner was very friendly and helpful with our questions and with booking our island hopping tour. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The staff was outstanding especially Mimi! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and memorable!

I like their wood design. Very clean and amazing host

Staff was friendly and supportive. Great place to stay

The staff and property owner are all first class people. They help you with any issues from planning tour outings and activities at various parts of El Nido, transportation arrangements, laundry service, and solid food choices for breakfast and dinner. The facility is properly named because it indeed possesses world class view of El Nido sea shore and mountains.Rooms are comfy with balcony and made of natural materials.

The view outside our window was breath taking. Very beautiful view of nature. Excellent service from the staff. Everything was well taken cared. Thank you Noud, Mimi and everyone else at Mansion Buenavista in making our stay a wonderful experience.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even packed a breakfast to take with us on our last day when we had to depart early. Thanks Mimi.

Staff, location and help with trips was excellent. Thanks for a great stay!

Very quiet, nice and cleam rooms and safe place to stay with family . Management is very Helpful with all the question's and personal is very friendly. We enjoy staying at this place plus they have good restaurant as well. Definitely recommend to my friend's this place to stay.

Noud and the staff were amazing hosts. We felt like we were visiting family. All our needs were taken care of and Noud was able to book all the activities we were interested in just a day or two prior. Mimi and Anna were just as awesome as Noud and so friendly. The laundry service was amazing - fresh and pressed within a day. We especially loved the daily breakfast - delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

From the owners to the staff it was a wonderful place to stay. 10 min walk to the beach and access to their mopeds.

The place is fabulous and you will feel at home. The mountain background in our room looks like we are in the set of Jurassic Park. The people in the property is extremely helpful, respectful, honest, and will provide you ideas of excellent places in the island. Mimi is awesome! Noud is amazing host. We recommend that you eat in their restaurant it's economical and delicious. 10/10 love the place and will book with them again.

Excellent stay at the Mansion. Everything was perfect, well organized, very clean, and with great staff! We were treated like family and Noud was very responsive to our needs and requests. Highly recommended! 5 star service! Thank you.

Great location and staff! :)

Noud and his staff were amazing! From the delicious breakfast to setting us up with our tours…everything was 5 star! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Super friendly staff and management, especially Mimi is fantastic! The place is super clean, well maintained, convenient walk into town. All over a really good value.

Wonderful boutique hotel with only 8 rooms. Very clean and has amazing views! Food is delicious! Owners and staff make you feel welcome every minute. You can book tours, in-room massage, laundry service, and more, all on site. Very convenient. Loved my stay there! Definitely coming back again.

Owner was friendly and helpful. Staff was always available and cheerful. Guard at the front. Owner and staff super helpful with transportation travel tips for the area. Beautiful place near town, just off main road.

The owner and the staff are friendly and the food is great. I would recommend Mansion Buenavista to my relatives and friends. Thank you for your warm hospitality to my family. I will see you again in the future.

The property is accessible to all local dining, market, shopping and beaches. Owner and staffs are very accommodating, hospitable and friendly. The property is well maintained and clean. I definitely recommend to everyone. We had a great experience.

Wonderful service! The hosts very extremely accommodating and helpful! They assisted in organizing transport and tours and went out of their way to make us feel at home there! The breakfast had a lot of choices and was delicious! The location was in walking distance to the many shops and restaurants in downtown El Nido.

The place is wonderful, clean and I like the way they built the building. The staff are approachable. They also offered a delicious local dishes👍👍👍. The owner helped us to book airport transfer back and forth and tour booking. Love ❤️ to come back to this place..

Nice hotel with everything you need for a great stay in El Nido. Amazing staff

Owner and staff were extremely helpful and kind. Location is very good also. Amazing breakfast and hands down the best pancake I've ever eaten. The room and restaurant were lovely.

All of the staff are very nice ang helpful. Thanks Mimi for looking after us . Thanks to the owner too. Place is spotless .

The food was excellent, staff was helpful and arranged a great tour for me. Love the cats! Easy walk into downtown El Nido too.

Exceptional, hotel was clean and safe; room was spacious, stayed on the 3rd floor had amazing view , located near ElNido town, Noud was a great host, assisted with activities and transportation. Breakfast was really good, will stay again

Extremely grateful for Noud & his staff’s hospitality here. Any rides, laundry or information we needed, they were more than helpful in providing & arranging for us. As first timers in El Nido, this was the best place for us to stay. Hats off to this crew!

Incredibly gracious and accommodating host. Helped with every aspect of my stay without question. Rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. Food is incredible in the restaurant, especially if you’ve been travelling for a while and are craving a good burger
