Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The staff is very helpful, very friendly with always a smile on their face. The hotel room has a old type of style. The room is always very clean and the bed is super comfortable. In the room there is available: hot water maker for coffee & tea, everyday fresh water, iron available, blow driver, a table, a tv and a safe.
The old type of style in the room I didn‘t like too much and the the shower curtain. The bath mat was moldy, so we informed the staff and got a new one.

Jedinou "skvrnku" na kráse byla menší nečistota kterou ale běžné nevidíte . Pouze pod speciálním světlem postel lehce a koupelna docela dost.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Wir hatten zum Glück Diamond Club Zimmer mit Zugang zur Lounge gebucht. Bevorzugter check-in in der 25 Etage. Wirklich sehr angenehm ist auch, dass man dort auch gesondert Frühstück (ohne den Massenandrang) und am späten Nachmittag sehr gute kostenlose Cocktails und kleine Gerichte bekommt.
Die Lage ist einfach furchtbar!!! Rundherum ist fussläufig nichts lohnenswertes erreichbar. (am Abend schon gar nicht) Selbst zum Rizal Park oder Intramuros (wegen der Nähe hatten wir dieses Hotel ausgesucht) fährt man lieber mit Grab oder Trycicle. Der Pool ist gar nicht ansprechend und meist überfüllt von Familien mit Kindern. (Fotos auf der Homepage sind da nicht realistisch)

We checked in & the girl at reception looked us up & down. Then in a very, very sarcastic tone, SAID TO MY WIFE: you know there’s a strict dress code, if you wish to eat in the buffet of our lounge bar. So rude. We then go to the room. Very disappointing room, old & dated room. !! MY WIFE WAS UPSET HOW SHE WAS SPOKEN TO AT RECEPTION & WANTED TO LEAVE AFTER ONLY BEING THERE 10 MINS. !!! WE WENT TO THE LOUNGE BAR TO GRAB SOME FOOD & A DRINK. I counted 10 STAFF. All floating around, without a clue how to treat the GUESTS. Appalling service.!!! The all need propped training. !! I watched a guest spill a whole beer over himself. NOT 1 STAFF MEMBER REACTED . !! But that’s what you get when you pay your staff peanuts. monkeys. !! It took me 30 MINS TO GET MY DRINK ORDER. Reviewed Feb 23, 2026朝食がおいしかった。ちょっと古いマシンで狭いけれどジムがある。無料の大きなミネラルウォーターボトル2本。 WiFiをストレス無く使うことができた。
シャワーについてお湯なのかカランの仕組みなのかわからないけれど、調整に時間がかかる。プールでプールバーのドリンクを注文するのにその都度バーカウンターまで行かなければいけなかったのは面倒だった。
