The rooms were clean, the staff is very hospitable and friendly. They helped us with bike rental, ferry tickets, breakfast, food recommendations, airport transfer and luggage.

El lugar es muy tranquilo, bonito y bien cuidado por la familia que lo maneja. El desayuno es abundante y rico, la mejor manera para empezar el día.

La recomendaría a los dueños que hagan algo de mantenimiento. Hay detalles menores que si no son atendidos a tiempo el alojamiento no va a durar muchos años más en estas condiciones.

Accueil et service extra chaleureux, la beauté et le calme situé loin de la rue principale, le jardin de cette authentique maison balinaise depuis 8 générations, le jardin avec son temple et sa collection de cornes de cerf géants (plante), les petits déjeuners compris, le chauffeur qui nous a attendu 2h à l'aéroport (pb de visa suite arnaque internet), les hôtes qui partent anglais et nous ont appris beaucoup sur leur culture... Une expérience inoubliable pour un 1er séjour à Bali qui mérite sa réputation. La vue sur la végétation luxuriante depuis la baie vitrée de la chambre et son intimité, excellent tarif avec genius, 15€/j avec petit déjeuner

La salle de bain un peu vieillotte, très grande chambre un peu rénovée qui devait être très belle il y a 10 ans, ventilateur de plafond un peu sale et bruyant mais on y retournera malgré tout cela et au vu des autres hôtels ensuite.

Daisy and Sinta were the loveliest ladies and very accommodating. Their whole family were very helpful and made the most delicious breakfasts every morning. The location of the homestay was perfect and the surroundings were beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Расположение рядом с центром Убуда, всё в шаговой доступности 10-20минут, на тихой улице. Приятные хозяева, вкусные завтраки: на выбор: жареный рис/лапша, омлет с овощами, блтнчик с жареными бананами и немного фруктов, чай/кофе. Номер большой, большая кровать, хорошие, удобные матрасы, чистое постельное бельё. На втором этаже при выходе из номеров есть деревянные стулья/кресла и круглый столик, вечером приятно посидеть. В округе тихо.

Краска в некоторых местах на стенах в номере и на лестнице на второй этаж пузырями вздулась от влаги. Я бронировал 2 номера, в одном номере во время дождя в районе кондиционера капала вода с крыши, пришлось класть полотенце на пол, чтобы не поскользнуться. В одном номере не было ТВ, хотя он нам был не нужен. Но в общем соотношение цена/качество хорошее. Подойдёт тем, кто приходит в номер ночевать. Вода горячая и холодная идёт с хорошим напором.

I had an amazing stay at this guest house in Ubud! Everything was spotless and well taken care of. The family is truly wonderful, always kind and helpful. Special mention to little Arya, who is so sweet and brings such a lovely energy to the house 🥰. I felt completely at home here and will definitely come back on my next visit to Ubud. 🙏✨

1) Posizione ottima; 2) Bellissima atmosfera familiare; 3) Ottima esperienza in famiglia, sono molto gentili, educati, disponibili e sempre sorridenti.

1) La pulizia non era eccezionale; 2) Lenzuola e tende macchiate; 3) Lavandino senza luce e parete in cui si trova posizionato non in ottime condizioni (umida e coperta con dei pannelli)

The family is lovely, and the location is conveniently close to the center of Ubud.

The accommodation requires renovation, exhibiting an outdated aesthetic. The air conditioning unit operates audibly, and there is evidence of moisture throughout the room's walls. Furthermore, the breakfast service was unsatisfactory.

Die Familie ist super freundlich und ich habe mich willkommen und sicher gefühlt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die Energie auf dem Anwesen, ist sehr magisch und habe ich dankend eingesaugt.

Das Zimmer Nummer 12 benötigt eine Renovierung! Möbel sehr abgenutzt. Der Verputz blättert von der Wand, es ist Schimmel zu sehen, der Abfluss roch eine Nacht so widerlich, dass ich davon wach wurde. Ich habe ausgeräuchert und mir mit Duftsprays geholfen. Aber mit mehr Pflege wäre, dieses Anwesen definitiv ein Paradies.

Небольшой семейный отель недалеко от главной улицы. На территории отеля есть собственный храм. У нас было 2 номера не в главном здании на втором этаже, комаров было не много, как и ящериц. С балкона открывался шикарный вид на джунгли. Влажная уборка со сменой полотенец у нас была ежедневно. Завтраки были сытные, также можно было заказать обед за 20 000, что очень бюджетно. Владелец отеля помог нам сорганизовать поездку на террасы, водопад, 2 храма и кофейные плантации.

Сами номера подуставшие, от климата краска осыпалась, хотя сами стены чистые. На первом этаже стены номеров в кафеле. В ванной комнате, как и во многих местах нет разделения на сухую и мокрую зоны; нет фена, холодильника и телевизора (в принципе это видно в описании при бронировании) зато хороший напор воды но ввиду того что Лейка старая вода лилась не прямо а как-то бочком)) Была доступна туалетная бумага, гель для душа и мыло. В одной комнате кондиционер работал хорошо, во второй слабо. Не приятно было то, что у нас были забронированы 2 комнаты на 5 человек с завтраками, а нам отказали в завтраке для 5-го человека, поскольку комната рассчитана на завтрак для двоих…. Повторюсь не смотря на то, что система booking забронировала 2 номера с завтраками для пятерых. Но за дополнительную плату наш вопрос решился. На территории отеля не было кулера с водой и до общественного холодильника идти все-таки не с главного здания далековато Wi-fi можно сказать не работал-слабый сигнал и все время слетал, приходилось использовать 4G Хотелось бы зеркало, где будет видно не только лицо, но и тело

Room light was too dim. No light over mirror in bathroom. Need more hooks and places to hang your things. Paint peeling on walls. First room we were booked into smelt so much of mold that it started to make me cough, but when I told this to management they immediately switched me to a room that did not smell musty and moldy

Very friendly and beautiful entrance. We enjoyed being welcomed into an authentic Indonesian home. Good breakfast and value for money. Good balcony area and fairly quiet but good location to attractions.

For what you are paying it reflects what you get so be reasonable in your expectations for the room.

My stay was disappointing. The room wasn’t very clean. The bathroom had no proper lighting and felt like a cave with two tiny windows that you couldn't open, and the towels were dirty on arrival. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and I left a night early without any offer of a refund. Sadly, the usual warm Indonesian hospitality was missing and it felt like the focus was more on taking money from guests than creating a comfortable, inviting environment.

Хорошее месторасположение, тихая улочка, лес обезьян в пешей доступности, центральная площадь с ярмаркой тоже недалеко. Отзывчивый персонал, вкусные завтраки и красивый внутренний двор. Рядом сетевой супермаркет и улицы с различными заведениями.

Старый санузел, у нас была громкая вентиляция в ванной комнате.

It's a very homey place. The room at the back of the property was quiet, cool and comfortable. The room is cleaned every day and is very clean. The amenities are simple, so if you need them, please ask the host.

The location is excellent — it’s a very quiet area but still close to the center and everything you need. The owners, who live on the property, are very kind and friendly. Our 2-year-old child felt great and enjoyed playing with the owners’ children. The breakfast was good but quite limited. The yard is beautiful and well maintained. The young man who works there is very kind and helpful — he was the one who cleaned our room every time and I can say he does a really great job. We stayed here for two weeks and we felt very good and comfortable.

Of course, there were also a few downsides. For us, the biggest one was that the room didn’t have any closet, so we had to improvise and keep most of our clothes on the floor. There are a few hangers, but only enough for a few T-shirts. The furniture is a bit old — the edges of the bed are coming apart and can be quite dangerous, especially for children who might hit them and get cut. There is a small table and two chairs in the room, but they are also a bit worn out, partly rusty, and could really use a fresh coat of paint. In short, the room we stayed in could really use some renovation, and a wardrobe would be exceptional.

-Location, very centrally located in a quiet Ubud Street, it‘s a real peaceful oasis compared to the buzzyness of Ubuds Main streets. There Are plenty of Shops and restaurants in walking-distance. - the kindeness of the host-family, it‘s an imersion into Balinese Culture. - what you get for the price is unbeatable.

No drinking water available. My 4 day stay, I had to ask for a towel change, room bin not emptied . No water to shower or use the toilet on my last day.

I booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 9- that’s how much I love it! The room was big and very clean, and the whole guesthouse was spotless. The family was incredibly kind and welcoming — I truly felt at home. Location was perfect: close to everything but quiet at night. And the breakfast — banana pancakes and omelette was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

Humidité dans la chambre

Extremamente bem localizada. Travessa da avenida principal, a mesma do Palácio de Ubud. Por perto você encontra, muitos restaurantes, casa de cambio, lavanderia, mini mercado quase ao lado, supermercado a 15 minutos. Café da manhã muito saboroso. A família dona da Guest House é muito amável. Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, janela bem grande com luz do dia. Varal de chão na porta do quarto. Sabonete. Água quente no chuveiro. Ar condicionado que esfria bem. Vista do quarto bonita, de frente para o mini templo da família que fica dentro da Guest house. Tudo limpo.

Toalhas de banho manchadas ou rasgadas. Falta cortina no box do banheiro. Falta secador. Falta minibar (tem uma geladeira para o uso dos hóspedes na parte térrea, mas ela não gela quase nada).

I loved staying in a traditional Balinese house. The breakfast was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, the family is so nice and made me feel very welcome. Great location in a more quiet area in town and still close to the center.

It's a traditional Balinese house! The family lives in the property from generation to generation. It is for sure a jewel and a unique experience. Breakfast was fantastic, close to the main attractions but in a quieter area. I warmly recommend it.

The family was fabulous - kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, the room and house were very clean.

For this price point it was great.
