The room itself is quite spacious, giving a comfortable and relaxed feeling right away. The bed is soft and comfortable, making it easy to rest well after a long day. There's also a cozy sofa that's perfect for lounging. One of the highlights is the large glass window overlooking the street, which adds a nice sense of openness and lets in plenty of natural light. In general, the room is fairly clean and well-maintained.

However, there are a few downsides. The toilet had visible stains, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. The bidet spray (bum gun) was also not clean, which is something the hotel should definitely improve. In addition, the service could be better. When I asked a staff member for help buying a shaving blade, she wasn't supportive, which felt a bit disappointing. Overall, the hotel has good potential with its comfortable room and nice space, but it needs to improve cleanliness details and customer service to provide a better experience.

Staff not interested or very helpful and had no English.Shower was in bath with no curtain and as a result lots of water ended up on the bathroom floor.

Super nice accommodation with a nice pool area & sauna & steamroon. Close to many restaurants.

The hotel is located near restaurants and bars. 10 min walk to the beach. The service is very friendly and helpful. The room was big with a huge window. Safetybox in the room. Everything was working fine. I really liked the pool, sauna and steamroom!!!

it was a great location and close to all restaurants and bars, easy walk to both beaches

staff were rude and never cleaned up. By the pool towels and water bottles were left there for 5 days. Didn’t clean our room unless asked. rooms were attributed 4 bottles of water a day but if didn’t get room cleaned, didn’t get them. When checking out wanted $$ for mini bar despite not providing water. Staff sat around and not very helpful, had to ask for towels. Our door came off its hinges.

We were upgraded to the resort. It was absolutely beautiful. The design of the pool area was spectacular! The front desk staff spoke good English and very helpful. May at the front desk was awesome. Rooms were clean, we only ate at the restaurant once but it was the best pho soup we had. Highly recommend

Lovely hotel good location able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were amazing, could not have been more helpful. Loved our stay. Had my birthday there and was spoiled with Flowers and a pamper in the spa. Thank you to you all 🥰

The Wind hotel is in a street with easy walkable access to coffee shops, bars and restaurants! The room we got when checking in was looking towards the cliff wall! It was small and we were a bit disappointed as the pictures looked different! I told the staff at reception and she gave up a much bigger room( apartment) with kitchenette! It was very nice and we felt much more comfortable! The windows are huge and with sitting area, daily cleaning, bottled water and coffee/tea!

This was a terrific place to stay. Very convenient for the bars and restaurants in VT. Spotlessly clean, amazing breakfasts especially the Pho and the stir fried noodles. Transport up to the resort available during the day. Has great swimming pool. The complimentary massage was exceptional. Star of the show is Miss Lily at Reception who is absolutely fantastic. Super helpful super friendly and super efficient. We loved her. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was our second visit to The Wind Mountainside Hotel ..It is a wonderful hotel with great staff.We recommend it to anyone visiting Vung Tau

We had a long-weekend stay and despite the terrible weather, their warm service made our experience much better than expected. Renting a motorbike and planning breakfast ahead of time were easy thanks to their professional and efficient support. The breakfast options were excellent, and their coffee was delicious. Our room was nicely decorated (we got a free upgrade!) with a modern and minimalist style. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. The pool area, while not the largest, was cozy and inviting. I would definitely return to this place whenever I come back to Vung Tau.

The Hotel was closed, so we got an appartement at the Resort which is located up the hill. The appartement was larger than our original booked Studio. The staff was very friendly. Nice pool.

There were a lot of work around the resort, 4 out of 5 days we woke up by the noise of heavy work utilities.

We were upgraded to the Wind Boutique Resort, which is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. The pool area is so nice we ended up prefering it to the beach. The staff were all very friendly and ready to serve and the spa staff exstremely skillfull. The free shuttleservice around town is brilliant and we were supplied with a free phone from the hotel to call for service. They also offered a driver service from the airport at a fair price in a lovely car.

Friendly helpful staff!! The room was nice, clean and we were given an upgrade for our honeymoon. We used the pool and the steam room and both were nice. The only negative was there was a significant amount of mold on the ceiling above the shower. I would definitely stay there again when we visit next year. There are some very good restaurants (Belly) within walking distance and the beach is about a 20 minute walk. We rented a scooter for $10 a day from the hotel to tour around the city, that was a lot of fun. Dennis and Kim

The staff was very nice and helpful. We received a free upgrade for the resort which was nice. The pool was good. The breakfast was excellent, you could order actual meals for breakfast and the quality is very good.

From the outside the resort looks really nice and fancy, but the interior was really outdated and there was no A/C in our builing where we stayed. At least uur room had A/C and a nice view but the room was outdated too and the bathroom was the worst. It really needs renovation and we stayed for 2 nights and 1 night there was no water at all in the evening until next morning, which was uncomfortable. Because the resort was up on the hill there was a free shuttle but only until 5 pm... this should change because nobody wants so walk up the hill after 5 pm. The resort needs a 24h service for this because the hill is very steep and nobody wants to walk 20 min up the hill especially in the dark.

Best hotel for the money. The receptionists were excellent and gave really good service.

It was very quiet when we stayed and the sauna and steam room poolside are brilliant. The receptionist was polite and friendly.

Nobody was around when we arrived and we had to call on the phone after waiting a while.

2回目の利用だが今回も素晴らしかった。ブンタウでは、このホテル以外は考えられない。 レセプション/プールなどホテルの共用設備はキレイで、同様に部屋の清掃も行き届いている。アメニティも問題ない。 今回は時間の関係で利用出来なかったが、オプションの朝食は一品づつ手作りで大変美味しく、部屋だけでなくテラスでとる事もできる。 同じくオプションのスパ(マッサージ)も素晴らしくてコリがほぐれ足が軽くなる。 ホテルのスタッフは皆さん気持ちの良い挨拶をしてくれる。 特に受付フロントスタッフの対応は本当に素晴らしい。バスチケットの手配/お薦めレストランの紹介など、何に対しても良い対応をしてくれる。 1つだけ難しいのがロケーション。バックビーチとフロントビーチのだいたい中間に位置していて、自分は良いトコ取りと思えるが、海に来たのにビーチから遠かったり、回りにお店が無い事を不満に感じる人もいると思う。

The room was large and had plenty of storage. Equipped with a Jacuzzi bathtub and fully equipped kitchen, suitable for long-term stays.

location was good, near the bars and restaurants, small room but good value. we had to swap rooms due to a noisy air conditioner. Upgraded to a large room at the front with a kitchenette. The staff were very helpful. We would certainly stay here again

Super friendly staff

Comfortable beds and pillows that I can't ask for more. I and my partner enjoyed our stay there as their hospitality (especially the housekeeper and cooking lady who is always attentive to our requests). Their thoughtful receptionists were a plus point as well. They offer us 2 apples as welcoming fruits in our room which was nice.

Soundproofing was an issue as my partner and I were waken up at 2am or so by our next guests who kept laughing so loud. However, I did raised my concerns about the noise and immediately addressed by the reception. I think the hotel should remind their guests more strongly about not disturbing other guests as we all stay in a same place.

There you will feel like in a 5 start hotel: - breakfast at the room - free fruit - water dispenser 😊

This hotel has a great location between front beach and back beach and is handy for bars and restaurants. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was spacious and light. Both rooms had a well appointed bathroom with a shower that worked well. The beds were firm but moulded pretty well to one's body shape. (7.8 for the beds). Breakfast was served in our room at a time of our choosing before 10am and there were 6 choices making it possible to vary it each day. Reception was run by highly professional, English speaking staff. There was a fantastic massage spa on site which, with their 50% vouchers was very affordable. The swimming pool area is small but pleasant and as a guest, one is entitled to use the somewhat larger pool in their sister hotel just up the mountainside. This hotel also hosts a small gym in which everything is working. All in all we had a really enjoyable week at the Wind Mountainside and I would recommend it to anyone.

The pool at the Wind Hotel is small and they allow people to smoke next to it which rather negates the benefits of swimming! Although the pool at the sister hotel is larger, it is very shallow making it hard to swim in. Ask the staff to spray the gym for mosquitoes before use: my son was bitten a number of times.

Staff was very, very charming and tried everything to satisfy the guests. The rooms are modern and looking nice. I'd stay there again. There is a possibility to rent motorbikes directly at the reception.

The pool area is nice but a bit small. Anyway, you can guess that from the pictures in advance, so you know what you book and get.

It’s a very clean and modern building. The pool, spa facilities are great. We received an upgrade to the studio which was really nice. The breakfast was a choice from the menu with good options, you could have this by the pool or in your room! The staff were super helpful with everything we needed! Will definitely stay again!

Great boutique property situated on a hill, two bedroom apartment was very spacious and great pool and staff with shuttle service

There was a spa treatment included in the stay which was a great massage. We hired a motor bike from the hotel for a good price. There is also a shuttle service provided by hotel and they give you a small mobile phone to have throughout your stay to contact them.

I booked the Wind Hotel, but when I reached, The door was locked and was told to go 50 mtrs to the Wind Resort. With two big suitcases in Tow, we walked but was shocked to see that we had to walk a very very steep road to reach the reception. Leaving the luggage down, I huffed and puffed and gasped and struggled to reach the reception where I asked someone to go down and get my wife and the two suitcases up. They said they had a shuttle, but the driver was on leave, and sent a guy on a bike to bring the suitcase one by one and then my wife up. Without the shuttle we were like prisoners in our room, The shuttle is only till 6pm. It is too hot to go anywhere in the after noon, and you cannot do anything before 6pm. On one occasion, we took a cab to return but he dropped us down refusing to go up the hill. I had to get the manager to drive the white mercedes to take us up the pitch dark slope with dogs around. Very scary. What I did like however, was the always smiling and polite staff, the free massages was Superb ! The breakfast was not bad either.

What could have been better, is that the Shuttle operates from 9 am to 9 pm. They have no restaurant in the premises, and the only menu card they have from Belly Watering Hole, is very pricey. The Wind Resort has no lift, lots of stairs to climb and very steep to walk to, and NOT recommended for people with walking disabilities or anyone with a Heart problem ! Very quiet during the weekday but come weekend it gets very noisy with kids screaming in the pool. The liquid soaps and shampoo were in a porclean Bottle. On one ocassion, the bottle slipped and cut my toe. Very wrong to keep in the bathroom as it tends to slip. May look fancy but could cause serious damage. The staff were quick to send over cotton and and band-aid. The Bathroom was very small.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our studio suite was lovely except it did not have a kitchen as advertised. Facials and massages were available. There was a nice pool. The breakfast was very good. It was very quiet at the hotel without traffic noise. They also had a shuttle that took us to the ferry. We were able to rent a motorcycle directly from the hotel. That was very convenient for us.

The receptionists were so lovely and friendly! When my room didn’t match the one I had booked, she kindly showed me around the other rooms. I was extremely happy with the new room. The pool, sauna and steam rooms were wonderful. The free shuttle service was awesome and I used it to see a lot of the sights in Vung Tau. A lovely little retreat in a cool little city.

I booked this 2 night stay especially for the spa treatments/massages that were included. The first massage I had was wonderful. On the second day, I could tell the massage therapist was preoccupied because she was only using one hand at a time. I turned around to see what she was doing and she had her mobile phone between her legs and was using it. I requested another therapist and was rebooked for the next day. different woman, SAME problem. She also was using her phone while trying to do the massage. Extremely unprofessional from a resort which markets itself for the spa facilities. I have never encountered this ever before and was extremely surprised. If you are having a massage I recommend telling the therapist before you start not to have her phone out.
