Embassy Suites By Hilton Denton Convention Center

Everything

Several times from desk, people at the front desk, I guess though we didn't belong there until they saw me pull out my key card. And then they walk away. I couldn't use my Hilton account for the stay. Apparently my account lock me out.

This hotel has roaches. Do not recommend staying here at all!! Saw a german one crawling on the doorframe of a room while walking to my room. Nasty

Good location for my needs, friendly/helpful staff.

Had to ask for a new iron as one in room did not work.

Literally everything

Great breakfast

It is quite expensive as compared to similar hotels in area.

The breakfast was awesome!

Leave coffee out for people can have more during the day!

Everything. The decor, the staff, the breakfast…

No complaints

Petits déjeuner et apéritifs offerts de bonne qualité . Propreté de l’établissement , bien situé

The property was well maintained, clean bright, and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast is great!!

It is more pricey compared to most other hotels around

Location, cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. 👌

My short stay

It was beautiful

It was big and beautiful

I loved the location and the availability at the property and nearby area.

I loved it. No complaints.

One stop shop

Fantastisk hotell på alle mulige måter. Perfekt beliggenhet , generelt gode fasiliteter, god frokost, hyggelig personale. Tilnærmet perfekt hotell ift pris.

Ingenting å mislike

Great hotel! Clean. Upscale. The best place to stay in Denton. Kim and Abby were absolute life savors when I needed a last minute item for a business meeting. They helped me out and I am forever grateful. Highly recommend staying here.

Cleanliness and staff was great.

For 300 dollars a night the water pressure was awful and would not stay hotter then for 5 min

The breakfast was really good.

Needs a trash can in the bathroom

The breakfast was great! The room layout is great!

No information on how to access Wi-Fi, toilet wasn't working in our room, the conditioner in the shower was empty, there are stains on the walls in the bathroom, the room doesn't cool low enough, the shower's water pressure was lacking and the coffee pot in the room didn't work. This was our first and last time to stay at The Embassy.

Le déjeuner était un festin! La chambre était tres propre et spacieuse. Le personnel hyper compréhensif, si je retour a Dallas c'est certain que je choisi cette option

Stayed here many times. The location is great and we love being here for dance competitions because of the convenience

They never took out the trash. Stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping came by once before 8am and woke us up. I asked her to come back later, but she never came back. Had requested late check-out when booked, but then got the text Saturday night late check-out was maxed out…from people asking for it at check in for the dance competition.

Everything nice and clean.

The property was awesome and very clean. The staff was awesome at front desk as well. The suite was very nice and the breakfast was amazing. First time my family enjoyed a trip and commented on the property and in such a positive manner.

During happy hour, there’s limitation on type of drinks you can have without the need to purchase which was my first time experiencing this at Embassy such as my trip earlier in the month in Austin which this wasn’t a factor. Also, my husband and I were standing in front of the bar tender and was overlooked and another lady was helped even though the bar tender clearly knew she didn’t help us yet. Kind of felt uneasy from that situation but I didn’t want to make a seem so overlooked it. That was my only concern. Felt racial and this was our first time traveling to this part of the state so unfamiliar of intent from being overlooked.

Very comfortable, clean, staff was great.

One remote didn’t work and some of the light switches were hard to operate.

This is a pretty new conference center facility and the hosting facilities are very nice, meeting rooms, catering and bar area. Where they missed the mark - inadequate check-in staff created lengthy lines and long waits for check-ins. Waited hours for a room because the app makes you pick a room to check-in. Upon arrival, my room wasn’t ready but multiple others of that room type were but front desk didn’t offer those as an alternative. Small Starbucks was overwhelmed daily by number of attendees and there is effectively no retail within walking distance to provide alternatives. Finally, they booked another conference starting on our last day so everyone was forced to check out an hour before our conference ended.

Everything you could ask for. Spacious room with separate sitting area and kitchenette. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels already in the room. Great breakfast included. An exceptional value for the price.

The pillows were comfortable but (I’m very sensitive to odors) they should be deodorized occasionally. My husband didn’t notice a thing though so don’t base your stay on this. I will stay here every time we visit Denton.

Proximity to the location I needed to be. I also liked the breakfast buffet.

The hotel room was not in the best condition. It was really dark, smelled bad, and the lights switches didn’t work properly. Then, when I went to bed, the a/c return vent on the wall started buzzing really loud and woke me up. It sounded like an alarm. I called and got another room. The front desk manager helped me load my belongings to switch to another room at 10:30pm. The second room was much cleaner, brighter, didn’t smell, however the toilet didn’t work properly. Sometimes I think they give people the crappy rooms when booking through a third party, because it’s happened before at other hotels when I book through booking.com???? Not cool!

Love this hotel

Lobby was nice coming in Denton Embassy, Breakfast was great!

The elevator is broken, please don't question the scores I gave.

The elevator is broken

Room was clean and very comfortable. Modern lighting and curtains was a pleasant surprise

The indoor pool and outdoor pool and splash pad

The water pressure in the shower was almost none existent. The lights in the room were very challenging for young kids, and could be difficult for elderly patrons as well. The lamp next to the bed was broken when I got there, the button to shut off was gone (the light still worked). I brought a firestick to access our home Netflix accounts, and was unable to connect it to wifi-there was no ability to login with a password, it required more that is not possible with the stick. The thermostat was set to 65, but did not ever stay at 65. It was at 68 and the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable. 2 of the 4 elevators were out of service during Saturday morning, the seemingly busiest day and during breakfast. Making it a long wait down and back up from breakfast, and loading up the car before checkup.

Location was great, customer service was good. Room wasnt exactly clean.. Ie. Trash under bed, stains on couch and linens. Potato chips behind bedroom door. Air conditioner wasn't great, but I requested a fan and the front desk provided.

Breakfast, large room, indoor pool

11:00 check out

Everything! Will definitely recommend!

Just wish the celebration package was something I could’ve really enjoyed.

Love it

Love it

The breakfast was amazing, way better than any place I've been to. The room was incredibly clean. Staff very friendly.

Amazing staff as always!!! Breakfast was great and chef's and waitresses were very helpful.

Nothing negative to say. Was an amazing stay.

Breakfast was great with great service.

Pool could have been warm but besides that love this place.

The property is so nice! The facilities, lobby, bar, breakfast area, hallways and rooms are all very nice and clean. It’s incredibly convenient to entertainment and dining options. Perfect for a girls trip or family gathering.

The managers reception included some vegetables and that’s all. Especially for New Year’s Eve, we expected much more. Additionally, the bar staff were very short with us and other guests, almost to the point of being rude.

EXCELANT

We had the premium corner suite which was awesome! I really liked the requirement of using the door key for the elevator, added security! My husband loved the gym and the breakfast. I didn't go to breakfast, but he said it was really nice. There was a huge variety of food and the staff was very helpful.

The hotel was clan and inviting. The room was nice because the configuration made it easy to close off the bedroom from all other areas of the room. The breakfast was very good!

Our shower head had a large stream pouring from the back that was annoying but did not affect the water pressure.

Staff

Beautiful, clean, top notch!

Everything was great!

Everything was great. The breakfast was wonderful. Facilities were good.

That the pool isn’t salted And that my shower went off mid shower (they were doing fire drills. But they did not warn us that the water would go off.)

Cleanliness

Construction around

Very clean rooms/hotel. Quiet. Nice staff.

Everything was great for us and our small dog! Clean room, comfy bed, amazing shower pressure, and good complimentary breakfast. The staff was all wonderful as well.

Staff was very helpful professional breakfasts was great gym

Comfortable

Breakfast was fresh! Room were big, comfy and cozy! 5:30pm free Margaritas and snacks was an awesome idea 👌. I loved every moment ❤️

Everything

Very nice hotel. It seems new. It was a beautiful hotel with a quiet stay.

This is a beautiful facility with excellent service. We have stayed at other Ebassy Suites and our first time at this one. The breakfast is really good, not like others with nothing fresh. The breakfast here always have hot real food and some made to order items. There is a reception in the evening but if it was like others, that would be great also. Our problem was with housekeeping. Of the five nights we were here, housekeeping came in once to actually empty our trash and make the beds. The other days, we asked for and got towels and coffee supplies. After that, when we asked for housekeeping, someone came and emptied the trash and eft towels, but cleaned nothing. Once, they made the beds. We will always stay here when we come to Denton because everyone was so accommodating. I hope this was a one time experience at this venue.

Clean rooms

Nice room

The hotel was nice and clean. I would stay here again.

The hotel looked nice, but the basics made it one of my worst travel experiences. The AC wouldn’t cool below 72° and there was no ventilation in the bedroom — miserable in the heat. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel, and the shower/sink water pressure was barely usable. I would never stay here again.

Great stay. Only thing I can say I didn’t like was the light switch’s. I know petty but I like real switch’s.

Friendly staff

Hotel is great, newer, clean, very modern style, rooms are great, included breakfast is the best, restaurant on site is awesome, great staff, very good service . Satisfied all around.

the breakfast was outstanding!! I loved it The grounds, lobby and rooms were extremely clean!

Lovely hotel, better than average breakfast and a nice perk was the happy hour. Totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is good

No hand shower. Only overhead shower was available.

Very clean - well organized - staff was amazing Cleaning staff did not speak English.. was difficult to express special or specific requests to direct line staff - although staff was responsive and helpful

The breakfast was amazing, the restaurant reasonably priced with good options.

No complaints

The breakfast was amazing. Pool was clean and fun. Staff was friendly and courteous. My stay was wonderful

This is my third or fourth time staying here. Always had a great stay.

Happy hour and breakfast was fantastic!

We had a great stay.

It was a great hotel. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is the shower water pressure wasn’t great but other than that it was wonderful.

The bed was so comfortable. We loved this location. Everything about the hotel was amazing. The breakfast selection was great also.
