Es un lugar bonito, limpio y muy bien ubicado. Pequeño pero funcional. Las habitaciones tienen nevera, microondas y cafetera, bastante útiles.

Como son cabañas en madera y al menos la nuestra estaba pegada a otra, se escuchaba absolutamente todo del al lado. Y los vecinos madrugaron todo el tiempo y no tuvieron en cuenta que podrían incomodar..

El lugar es tranquilo, muy cómodo, una vista muy linda hacia el pueblo, el desayuno estuvo bien.

Deben cambiar el letrero de la entrada donde dice que hay que tocar la campana, ya no se ve y si llegas de noche es algo difícil de leer.

Lo mejor fue la atención del personal, la limpieza, la ubicación y el desayuno (variado y abundante). Deimar muy servicial!!! Lindas vistas. Wifi ok y agua caliente ok! Camas cómodas.

Un poco reducido el espacio para 3, rústico, faltaban cosas básicas como un secador de pelo y más artículos de tocador. La puerta del baño no cerraba bien y se escuchaba todo!! Pero en general bien

Even though we didn’t speak Spanish, staff made all the effort to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Breakfast was delivered straight to the terrace in our room which was amazing. We’ve received help in arranging transfer to/from Pereira airport which made our journey stress free as we arrived late at night. Hotel is located short walk from main square and there is plenty of food options around.

Option to order some additions or slightly bigger breakfast portion would be an improvement

La ubicación muy centrica, cercana a muchos restaurantes y puntos turisticos, la amabiliada de los trabajadores, limpieza de la habitacion muy amplia y confortable, se tiene cocina en la habitacion si se requiere, el balcon muy bonito con vista a la iglesia de salento, el area muy tranquila para descansar, ambiente familiar.

Perfect combination of charm, location and practicality. Angelica and everyone else on the staff did a great job. Very attentive service. Breakfast was delicious and it was so nice to enjoy it on the deck looking out at the beautiful mountains.

Location, comfortable cabins and the view from the balcony!

We had a very nice stay. The terrace was great, the location was very convenient, the breakfast was delicious, everything was very clean, and the service was excellent. The apartment was also very well equipped, with useful amenities such as a microwave, coffee machine and laundry service. We definitely recommend this place.

Salento hotel is a quiet hotel in Salento, with few rooms, but very comfortable. It is located 5 mins from the centre, enough to get there easily, but good to miss the noise of the main area in Salento. The breakfast in the morning in the balcony looking at the sunrise was breath taking. Rooms are really ample and comfortable, with a small kitchen and a fridge if you want to cook something. The staff was really helpful, and friendly. The Restaurant opposite to the hotel serves excellent patacona dishes if you want to try something local. Nearby you have all the facilities you might need, including supermarkets, restaurants, laundry facilities, etc. From Salento you can reach easily the main holiday hubs in the area, like Filandia, the Cocora Valley, or the various coffee tours in the area. There are various options within walking distance from the hotel (45 to 60 mins walk for an ample and nice path). Location wise was really good. Overall a great experience, highly recommended.

Nothing really, if anything, it would be good if they could be clearer about how the ordering of the breakfast process works, as we had some conflicting information, but this does not mean that it was not very good !!

Ubicación, instalaciones, tiene para dejar el auto, hay recepción las 24 hrs, el personal es muy amable, el desayuno está muy bien.

No tiene aire acondicionado, hay que ver temperaturas en la época de estadía, la verdad nosotros tampoco lo necesitamos, pero es un dato a tener presente.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns leider kaum verständigen da wir kein Spanisch sprechen, trotzdem waren sie sehr entgegenkommend und fanden immer eine Super Lösung! Sehr Freundliches Personal!

The lovely, friendly staff made us feel so welcomed and at home. The location was easily walkable to everywhere we needed to go, with private parking. Our room was super clean and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower. The cherry on top was an amazing front porch where we enjoyed breakfast each morning.

El servicio excelente, siempre buscando como complacer, tanto la joven de limpieza como el celador. Nos ayudaron contestando nuestras dudas y guiandonos para hacer nuestra estadia mejor. El desayuno personalizado y siempre al tiempo.

Una noche de lluvia, mientras dormiamos nos cayo un chorrito de agua en la cama. Aunque no arruino nuestra estadia si fue incomodo, tuvimos que correr la cama y nos arreglaron al dia siguiente la gotera. Salento en general es un lugar magico, creo que todo es parte de la experiencia y nos atendieron divino y nos resolvieron todo super bien

La chambre et sa propreté étaient parfaites et la vue était incroyable. Je recommande à 100%. C'était surtout très tranquille comparativement à tous les autres hôtels ou nous sommes allées pendant le voyage. Nous avions aussi une superbe balcon avec un déjeuner à la chambre! C'était incroyable!

Very comfortable place to stay. Lovely big room and deck, very nice breakfast included, very friendly staff. Location off the main busy streets so rooms were relatively quiet and peaceful. Great restaurant right across the road too (super patacon)

The room was large with a gorgeous view from the huge balcony. The beds were comfortable and the shower always had hot water. The lovely owner helped arrange transfer from Pereira airport for us and let us check out a little late. The property felt very secure. Tasty breakfast.

There was nowhere to unpack our clothes, only 4 hooks and 1 hanger were provided. We would have liked a little coffee to be provided. Be aware that there are roosters that start their morning very early and are fairly disruptive to sleep. Good ear plugs are a must! There seem to be roosters all over Salento so this isn’t fault of the hotel, just a heads up.

The rooms face a stunning view of Salento and the town is easily walking distance (though keep in mind, the town is very hilly). We were able to have breakfast each morning on the deck, which looks out on the town and mountains, which was beautiful.

Due to the type of construction, it seems it's hard to keep the floors clean, so the beds and sheets feel a bit gritty. And since the cabins have large sliding windows that don't allow for noise insulation, the rooms can be a bit loud if people nearby are partying, but that would be true of anywhere one might stay.

It’s such a cute and nice setting, each room has a beautiful terrace and u can see the town from them. Since it’s not in the center of the town it’s quiet and it’s a nice walk to get into the center of the town, about 10mins. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff was very attentive.

Great hotel! Really clean and lots of space. Beds are firm but comfortable with crisp white sheets. There is a small kitchen which we didn’t use but looked good. The bathroom was clean and showers were hot. The staff were so helpful and accommodating too. The outdoor space form the room was lovely with a view of the town and it has table and chairs to eat outdoors. Lighting in the room is lovely too with lamps. Great location only 8mins from the square.

Beautiful view from the porch, comfortable beds and fantastic large bathroom. Location is perfect with a short walk to many restaurants, shops, and the town square, but far enough away the lively town noise was not too intrusive. Staff were friendly and kind. Would strongly recommend!

Having breakfast brought to us on the balcony was so nice! Great views over the city without having to be really far out or up a giant hill. Had an actual double bed rather than two singles pushed together. Giant tv. Generally felt quite luxurious - really nicely decorated.

Shower pressure wasn't brilliant (noticeable as we were very much looking forward to a shower after a 3 day trek!) - not a deal breaker by any means but just something to be aware of. There was a lot of construction noise a block or so away, which slightly spoiled the relaxing atmosphere in the morning! But not something the property can help obviously.

Very quiet place - each room is a separate unit. Outside space with views to the hills and joy of joys, a small kitchen area so we could make coffee. Breakfast is brought to your room and it is served on the deck which is a pleasant touch. The hotel is a few minutes walk to restaurants and the centre of this charming town. Off street parking.

Staff were a touch cool when we arrived, but warmed up. Because the parking area is steep gravel, we had to leave the bike at the top near the office and carry all our bags down.

Beautiful and spacious cabin with a big terrace, also comes with a fridge and microwave. Very close to the centre of Salento. Really enjoyed my time there.

Water temperature was either very hot or cold. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Beautiful, quiet and private. Only threr small cabins. Close to the bus station - 10 minute walk. Slightly away from center - 10 minute walk. Staff was very professional and attentive. Gracias a Daniel y Andreas. Very safe 24 hour staff and gated parking. Breakfast was delicous and on time. Having a big covered balcony made it feel like an apartment. Sunrise is great from the balcony. Left my phone on my way to bus, met dude RUNNING with it to give it to me!

The terrace and view were great.. Nice full breakfast provided. The location is great, close enough to walk to town but in a quiet location.

There was no warm water for a couple of the days we were there, although it seemed to be a problem throughout the city. There is also a small gap between the door where cold air gets in. The coffee served at breakfast was very watery and could be improved.

Fabulous stay at the Salento Pequeno Hotel. Just a few minutes walk from the center, made it very accessible and quiet. The room for the 3 of us was a perfect size, comfortable, clean, nicely decorated with a balcony. The mini kitchen allowed for flexibility with eating, and preparing snacks. The staff were very friendly and helpful - patient with our non fluent Spanish. Also, felt safe and comfortable here. Would go back in a second!

The bungalow was fantastic, very clean and spacious room with a large balcony with an great view over the village. The small refrigerator was very useful to keep water cool. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the main square and all the restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We would have liked to stay longer!

Small property, well kept, cozy

The property is well-located in a quiet neighborhood outside the bustle of the tourist area but close enough to walk to everything within 10 minutes. The QUEEN sized bed was HEAVEN, and hard to find in Colombia. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains and a patio with a table and chairs for outside dining. The shower was large and hot. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is a patacon restaurant located across the street and we ate there daily. Power is available near the bed for charging electronics. Breakfast was good. It included eggs, toast or arrepa, fruit and cheese, coffee/tea/cocoa/milk, no juice, and you scheduled your delivery time daily.

Internet was super unstable, not good enough to stream videos or participate in a Zoom meeting. There are supposed to be 3 networks on the property and we only ever saw one. (We read that internert instability is a Salento-wide issue, so not sure if this is the property or just a Salento thing). Kitchen electricity did not work and fridge wasn't cold. They do provide you with a stove top and small kettle so we didn't need the electricity in the kitchen. Coffee at breakfast could have been hotter.

Breakfast should be offered erlier than 8:30. Most of the tourist want to go to Cocora as early as possible, so early breakfast is a must.

Wonderful hotel. Very convenient to everything, yet very quiet. Staff is very friendly amd helpful. The rooms are beautiful and very well designed.

Great space with everything you need. The deck is awesome for relaxing after a day of exploring.

They take security very seriously and you have to ring a bell to get the gate opened everytime you leave or enter the property. A key for the gate would be easier.

The property was alright, nothing breathtaking. They didn’t have hot water in the shower, and the TV wasn’t working correctly. No creams, coffee, or AC are available. Our breakfast wasn’t included in my tariff, so I don’t have any comments on that. Stuff came across as arrogant. Maybe a bit of training in customer services would make the experience better for future visitors.
