Pricey, buffet is expensive for all meals

We always have an excellent stay in this hotel everytime we have our holiday , this is my son's favorite hotel so we have to stay before heading back home. Staff are excellent.

Spacious room and the bathroom

Only 1 bathrobe available in the room for 2 occupants. The elevator from the parking doesnt connect to the main lobby .

Love the room space and it's facilities especially the fitness gym and the playground area for kids. The the swimming pool area and actually the lobby as it makes it so comfortable.

L´hôtel est très moderne avec une grande lobby . Le petit-déjeuner est gigantesque. il y a un mall à 2 pas.

Outre le mall, il n´y absolument rien autour de l´Hôtel. nous avons pris un "grab" avec l´application et pour 3 euros nous sommes arrivés au centre historique (croix de Magellan etc...)

Very clean modern and attentive staff with great view Great food choices with their 3 different restaurants and buffets. Nice pool bar and lounge . Most of all excellent staff attentive to their customers needs . Highly recommend !!

I really like the navy-blue velvet chairs at Bai Hotel Cebu. They’re very comfortable and relaxing. I’m also very happy with the hospitality of the staff, and I truly appreciate it. In particular, I was very impressed by the young man in the tailcoat who was working in the Executive Lounge on the 22nd floor. He was very considerate of my English ability and communicated with me using pronunciation and wording that were easy for me to understand. I really appreciated that. I wanted to check out quickly that day, and I really appreciated how smoothly and efficiently they handled it. It felt as though they understood exactly what I needed, and I was checked out in less than a minute.

The red DO NOT DISTURB button in my room, 1904, seemed to be broken. When I pressed it, nothing happened, and it wouldn’t stay engaged. Also, the ceiling light above the bed by the window seemed to need replacing. It kept flickering, which was rather annoying.

Comfort in room and bathroom amenities are fine and in good condition. Food was great, suggest to add grilled foods like barbeque and grilled fish. In addition, the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, which made the overall experience even more pleasant.

Nothing, moreover we expect the disco bar to be opened but unfortunately only available on weekends.

Bel hôtel bien situé. Chambre spacieuse, lit très confortable. Super accueil. Idéal pour un passage éclair à Cebu entre deux étapes. Mandani Bay Boardwalk est à 10mn à pieds où il y a une très agréable promenade le long de la baie avec des café et restaurants. Endroit tres agréable un peu à l'écart du tumulte de la ville.

Pas d’eau chaude..tout juste tiède mais c’etait peut-être exceptionnel. Nous avons éteint la climatisation malgré la chaleur exterieur car la chambre était vraiment très froide.

Was hoping for a bath tub in the " deluxe " room. I figure some rooms DO a tub. Guess I should have read the fine print

The spa was outstanding - the spa needs updating big time - robes / old shorts / equipment / bathes are too small / dirty and tired looking - it’s just not class for the standard of the treatments - I have experienced the best spas in the world and never had better treatments ! Girls need sharp uniforms !

The food - breakfast buffet is terrible with substandard offerings - if the buffet is not replenished @9.30am then tell the guests . Uno was ok but too many items not on the menu or available - a theme that ran through all the outlets - The steak restaurant was limited - mash potatoes served with every dish and you are not allowed to swap for fries - This has to be a joke ? The steak itself was excellent but the green vegetables were actually a lettuce cut in half and undressed - the shallot butter was super as was the bread - my ribs were ruined by the over strong reduction and again not allowed to swap rice for for fries - they actually got my order wrong even after repeating it and I waited 20 minutes for main - there we only 2 tables of 1 which again was a theme through the outlets - maybe revisit the offering

Not charged so much for the buffet. The Lechon was cold and appeared to have been leftovers. Definitely not fresh. The variety was available but not much to my liking. I had great hopes for the Lechon but it was dismal It was definitely NOT worth the price paid

De mensen maakten echt de ervaring rijker. Wat een vriendelijkheid en service. Los van het feit dat het hotel een prachtig plaatje was.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hospitality was exceptional, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of choices. The rooftop pool and views were great, and we had no issues with the Wi-Fi during our visit. Overall, the combination of service, comfort, and value made for an excellent experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is a little removed from some of Cebu's major shopping and entertainment areas. My wife especially enjoys shopping, so being within walking distance of more stores would have been nice. That said, Grab was available, and made getting to malls and other destinations easy, so it ended up being only a minor inconvenience and did not detract from our overall stay.

Den beste frokosten jeg har spist på lenge, på fredagen fikk jeg en kakebit av en servitør, jeg har bursdag i august. Personalet både de som serverte oss mat vi bestilte begge ettermiddagene på rommet var meget hyggelige, og de damene som ryddet rommet var meget hyggelige, de hilste på oss når vi var der. Alle var meget hyggelige der på hotelet. Det var det beste hotelet vi har bodd på hittil. En meget bra utsikt over Ceby City fra toppen og det koselige svømmebassenget med forskjellige sitteplasser rundt.

Her er det ingen negativet komentarer å legge til, alt er meget bra på det hotelet her, ingen ting å sette fingeren på, alt er i orden der.

料金設定に見合ったホテルでした。 ルームサービスの食事もそれほど高く無く 氷も毎日一個目は無料が良かったです！ ルームサービスの食事はローカルフードもあり どれもクオリティーは高かったです。 現地の人が居ないと何か分かりませんけど🤣 すぐそばに、パークモールがありフードコーナーがたくさんあり便利です！ パークモールは有名な偽ブランドか豊富に売ってます！ 二階で売ってます！

歯ブラシ等の交換が忘れられるので 日本から持参がおすすめです！ シャンプー、ソープ等のクオリティーが低いので 気になる人は持参がおすすめです！

Mega Zimmer und das Personal ist Super. Frühstück ist super alles was man braucht sogar richtiges Brot. Natürlich der Pool oder eher die Pools.

Auf dem 21 Stock ist es oftmals bis nachts laut wegen dem Nightclub darüber. Hätten aber auf Wunsch sofort mein Zimmer getauscht

The aircon is set on 23 cool (regardless if you change the temperature higher or on warm, so the room is always slightly cold

The facilities

It’s a bit far from where we usually go when we are in Cebu. But, it’s accessible anyway so no problem.

All of the staff were helpful and friendly..especially those at the pool bar. I smoke so I appreciated the smoking area at the pool bar. I had some great conversations there while smoking.

The shower. A very minor adjustment can can the water from cold to very hot. It's hard to get the right temperature to have a comfortable shower.

とても綺麗でした！ 朝食バイキングめちゃ良かったです。 プールは飲まずに泳いで休んで気持ちよかったです。 総合的にまた行きたくなるホテルです。

ただエアコンがキツかった。 温度上げても一向に寒いままなので、エアコン電源オフにしてちょうど良かった。 ロケーションが目の前が建設工事中なので、昼間は見晴らしは良くないですね。。 工事が終わったら目の前に大きな建物が来ると想定されるので、その時の見晴らしはどうなるのかな？
