Reviewed Aug 27, 2026We enjoyed the breakfast and the fact that we were not served the same things every day; there were variations. This meant we didn't have to eat the same breakfast every morning.
We found cigarette ash on the windowsill, which meant the previous tenant was smoking and the cleaners had neglected some parts of the room.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Did not have breakfast. Room service - food good. Two toasted sandwiches ordered. One fork and knife and one serviette given. They also said that they will bring our ice which we got from the bar to our room... was not delivered. No salt/ pepper sachets to accompany BLT sandwich.

I was booked for a family of 4 but only kept providing 3 towels and had to keep asking everyday for the 4th. The tea station in the room caters for 1 and not a family. Kept asking for it to be topped up. Only to find out on the last day that they had a tea and coffee station opened 24/7 down at the bar.
